Bad Customer service would prefer online shopping instead. It does not have proper management. I love the service in other cities but don't know what is wrong with management here. Stood there for nearly 3 minutes with no one entertaining us, though the shop was not so packed as in other cities. I prefer home try in carat line if it's available in this city.

Caratlane is an online jewellery site from Tanishq where you can find wide variety of assured authentic gold platinum and diamond ornaments...this store situated in ground floor of city centre is a store version of it.. Though the collection is not huge... But still classy... I dint buy anything from here yet.. Just visited to check the stock.. And the staffs were good and helpful and patient... Must visit...
