Zero star hotel I can give below that if possible. I stay for 2 nights very pathetic experience. Total different from what shown in pics. Very dirty full of mosquitos and different insents in room . It is very unhygienic hotel. Feel like staying in bad dharamshala. Breakfast is also bad. I stay in may month and there is no AC in rooms. Please don't stay in this hotel if possible. Trust me. We had 4 rooms. All had same experience.

Fantastic views of the Kanchanjunga and Char Dham. Hospitable, warm hearted staff. Housekeeping needs improvement, otherwise nice experience. The cracked Bathtubs need replacing. The casino is small, and could use a few slot machines. Would love to stay again.

A good place to stay in namchi. Enjoy luxury in the lap of nature. Their pool area is fantastic and you can get a breathtaking valley View. Coming to food, it was very good in taste. They don't overload buffets. Rather, they offer fresh made parathas and puris. Coming to room, they are spacious with all luxury facilities. Overall, a good stay. The reason I took back one star is cleanliness. Though it was up to mark, it wasn't like a 5 star hotel. They have a beautiful property but if they do not put extra effort in maintaining the cleanliness, it will soon become a 3 star hotel. Please put some efforts and focus on minor things like cleaning the area below wash basin and filling up the space between almirah and wall. These little things keep you one step away from being outstanding. Also put light on the roof for night. I went on game zone after 8 and it was dark, the entire floor. These are suggestions for further improvement and not any limitations. It's an amazing place and you won't find any other property like this in this place.

Our stay was so comfortable just because of Mr.Pawan (management).I would recommend to get in touch with him before online booking.Mr.Pawan is very helpful polite and would get u the best. Mr Amrit Rai is the next helpful man from travel desk. Mr Firoz Khan from the Food and room service was at his best to provide yummy food at any time. Next Ms.Prashanna and Ms.Chanda the 2 beautiful lady from front office will get u the best witha smile always..The other hotel staff were also very helpful. Very good room and breakfast was complimentary but with very good attention to each guest.

This is my second visit to this property. Amazing location and they get brownie points for the views from the room and their patio. Neat and clean rooms and good hospitality. They also offered us free upgrades which made our stay more memorable. The breakfast spread is decent. Overall good value for money. Few recommendations would be to include a kids play area and speed up the room service.

It's a decent hotel with modern rooms and amenities. While it says 5 star at a lot of places, it doesn't seem to be like that. It's good for 1-2 day stay and probably the best option in Namchi. The service could be a little better.

On the way to Char Dham. Great view. Lots of space for kids. Has fabulous outdoor space near pool. Food was good, Limited but acceptable buffet options. Sooji halwa was very nice. Cons: No kids play area.

Well the best place to stay in Namchi if you are looking for a good hotel, a very good view. The place has got something for everyone. The staffs were very humble. The back lobby and swimming pool area is very good. Only things that needs some improvement is the taste of the food. We tried some Chinese cuisine which was not up to the mark, morning we had dosa which again was not at all tasted like dosa hence some improvement in food ll make the place a very good one.

We had get together with school friends. Great location. All expected service and quality you can expect. Book in adcance abd you will get good room and logistics rate.

No did not meet because of horrible breakfast was served.. idly is hard, chutney is tasteless, bread is hard and rest are too oily.. Good part was pool for kids, location was quite good

Hotel s location is too good. They had upgraded us. Chef Praween was customizing each n every client. We loved the hotel n our stay n food.

I stayed at the hotel for a week in December 2021 and was impressed with the facilities there. My room was upgraded midway through the stay and I must say the upgraded rooms were so much better. The food was good and I was under the MAP plan so was served dinner as well. The view from the hotel is stunning. My advice is to upgrade your room, to the ones in the upper floor with a balcony. You would not regret it.

Experience in the Sobralia hotels,casino and resort was good 👍. I Stayed in their deluxe double room. Which costs me ₹4200 after discounts and after negotiating with breakfast and dinner. Had a very great swimming pool 🌊they keep it clean and change water of it every day. My children loved the swimming pool 😊😊😄.

The first thing that is excellent about this place is the food. They even prepared superb khichdi for my 1 year old daughter. Once you are done eating, you can just step outside and enjoy a great view. The swimming pool is well maintained and gives a great view while swimming. The rooms, bathrooms, bathtubs are very well maintained although not all the rooms have bathtubs. Also not all the rooms have good views. Please check with the hotel before booking if you have specific requirements of view and bathtub.

Nice experience worth staying in this hotel. Staffs are too good they take care of their guests to much and understand problem of guests. Yummy breakfast Rooms are big and clean but not as per five star grade. In casino only roulette is going on that to on screen .

You can get a best view of kanchenjungha. Hotel food is little bit costly and has limited items. Stay at this hotel was comfortable. Temperature was low, so it's recommended to check the weather forecast before coming here.

I would rate it 5/5 .It is the only good hotel cum Casino which i found in Namchi and moreover the rates were pretty reasonable. They have a proper dining area and we had a great dinner on New Year's Eve and the party hosted on 1st Jan was amazing . Although i didn't like the breakfast very much but other than that i would say everything else was amazing. The rooms were clean and not to mention Wifi was good as well The back view looks amazing as well .Swimming Pool gives an amazing view and last the view points are nearby to the place.

Not 5star but still a good hotel in namchi. Food is great. Service is ok. Casino is very dull not for casino lover. U get only 2 drinks per person per visit. More over there is no live game. All are computerised and can play only barracat and roulette

The service is not worth the money. The room is smelly, the reception doesn't respond on time, the food didn't come at all and we had to go to another hotel to have our food. The bedsheet was dirty and not washed, and the staff was rude and didn't respond well. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nice property with cordial staff. Foods are good in taste and the breakfast has plenty of options. Car parking facility is also good. Thank you for making our stay safe and comfortable.

Recently visited. Location is awesome. Cleanliness is good, but there are some pros and cons of this property. No bathroom Matt, no hand towel, but hand towel rod in bathroom. In premium room one fixed glass panel in between bed room and bath room, but in night if the bath room switch on. it is very uneasy that lights come in the bed room for disturbing sleep, it should be covered with curtain, food is OK type not very good and also breakfast. There is a swimming pool and a casino. Overall good but more attention of the above things, as it is a 3* property in Namchi.

We had an utterly bad experience with the Sobralia hotel at Namchi. The images in the internet are just a fluke. No proper management. We visited the hotel in month of June. Just a small rain caused the room to be flooded with water. We complained for room change but we had no response and we were made to stay in the room filled with water. We also had a bad experience with the dinner. We had booked the room along with dinner and breakfast. The dinner/ buffet was not ready on time and extremely late. There was No AC in the room. They do turn off the power back up in the night in case of power failure, making the condition even worse. No one is available at the reception 24×7. I would have definitely attached the video explaining the condition of the room if allowed. Attaching the images.I would suggest to go for other hotels in Namchi.

It was the worst decision to choose this hotel. No welcome done and no welcome drink served. No guard at entrance, no security check. Waiting for a long time even after doing web checkin. Luggage was unloaded by vehicle after 20 mins. No bathrobe, towel, hand towel, hand wash, slippers provided in the room. When asked they said it is only provided on demand otherwise not. We wanted to plan an anniversary party, no arrangement was made for that. We ordered the food at 7pm and got at 9:30 pm and instead of chicken they delivered paneer instead of that. Food taste was worse. Chappati delivered was not warm and made long back. For even small things we had to call several times. Even small things like spoon were delivered to room after 30 mins after calling 4 times. No cleanliness in the room, proper lighting is not there. Receptionist and managers were drinking alchohol in the restaurant while serving dinner and don’t know how to talk. Overall worst experience, if you don’t believe go waste your money. Even small hotels like Oyo provide better services then this hotel.

This place is awesome. just checked out from here. This might be the best hotel in not just namchi but the entire Sikkim. Had one of the best experience staying here. The staff is extremely cooperative. The chef is brilliant. The taxi arranged by the hotel was pretty useful too Would definitely come back here again and again
