Fit up gym is a fantastic gym in Daman (Kachigam).The owner and the trainer of the gym Jay Desai is my friend and he gives his full efforts to each and everyone and my personal experience with this gym is best and have not been disappointed since 3 years from when I've joined. Even it has other amazing personal trainers and all the trainers are very nice to me and they take interests in everything and creates a perfect workout environment.
