A gated residential complex at Dunetha having two wings. It is very near to Dunes Residency and Sherenton School. The road side wing has multiple shops which includes two kirana shops, one school items shop and one ladies shop. There is ample amount of parking space available for both two wheelers as well as four wheelers. Some of the residents also have dedicated parkings. There are no other buildings in the surrounding which allows a lot of fresh air and sunlight. The only downside is the condition of the lifts and water scarcity during summer.
