wife
and
I
visited
this
restaurant
after
learning
that
they
had
a
Vegetarian
Pho
that
was
actually
vegan
and
we
were
also
pleasantly
surprised
to
find
additional
vegan
items
once
we
talked
to
our
server,
Calvin,
who
did
a
great
job
helping
us
navigate
the
menu
and
pointing
out
which
items
were
also
vegan.
The
service
was
great.
Calvin
came
by
several
times
to
refill
our
water
and
answered
all
the
questions
we
asked
of
him.
The
veggie
spring
rolls
and
avocado
rolls
were
very
tasty
as
were
the
dipping
sauces
that
came
with
them.
The
Bahn
Mi
with
fried
tofu
was
very
tasty
and
it
had
a
sauce
that
we
were
a
bit
worried
may
contain
mayo,
but
after
asking
Calvin,
he
let
us
know
that
it
was
made
using
a
vegan
mayo.
The
Vegetarian
Pho
was
delicious.
It
was
full
of
veggies
and
very
satisfying.
The
expected
toppings
and
sauces
were
provided
and
the
vegan
broth
was
very
rich
and
flavorful.
The
only
critique
we
could
think
to
offer
would
be
to
have
the
menu
updated
to
clearly
indicate
which
items
are
vegan
or
could
be
made
vegan
as
it
wasn't
immediately
clear
which
vegetarian
items
didn't
contain
egg,
dairy
or
fish
sauce.
