I would give 10 stars if I could. My waxed Nikki was outstanding!!! She made me feel very comfortable and I have been going back every 4 weeks now for Brazilians and will start to get other waxes by her. She is phenomenal with her clients and she is very educated and you can tell she loves what she does because it shows in her work. I have had traumatic experiences with Brazilians before and I have recommended friends to Nikki because of the painless wax service I have received numerous times and advice she gives!! I would recommend anyone to go to Nikki she is awesome and I’m so glad I have been going to her.

Nikki has been doing my Brazilians for almost a year now and she’s amazing! She’s very thorough, she makes the experience comforting especially for first timers, and she always gives me great advice for aftercare!! I wouldn’t be a loyal customer if it weren’t for her!!!

Nikki is very great at what she does. I am an older gentleman with sensitive skin. I have had waxing done at several locations and even her by other employees. I have suffered from damaged skin and ingrown hairs after every service prior to Nikki. Nikki was the first to examine my skin and explain what she was doing, why she was doing it the way she was, and what I needed to do to repair the damaged skin. My first visit with Nikki was the first pain free visit. No sensitive skin and no ingrown hairs. She gave me the products I needed to use at home and by the second visit my skin was looking and feeling much better. I will continue to see only Nikki and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to be waxed.

So I had never been waxed before... I went into the Annapolis EWC on Forest Drive in December 22' for a Brazilian and was not a huge fan of the original specialist I worked with... I went back a second time in the spring of 23', ended up with Nikki, and have been going to her ever since. I just want to say how amazing she is. She always makes you feel comfortable and she goes above and beyond what is asked of her. She always suggests the best products for your personal skin needs and they are available to purchase in-store. She truly has wonderful energy and I will continue going in, as long as Nikki is there.

I started going to this location in November, and I absolutely love it. Nikki is my waxer and she is AMAZING! By far one of the best waxers I have ever had since I started going to European Wax Center. I actually enjoy getting waxed which I never thought I would ever say (because I mean who really likes getting waxed). But from the moment you walk in the door Nikki makes you feel comfortable, she's so easy to talk to you (which makes the appointment fly by), and is very thorough - to ensure that you have the best wax possible. Not only that, she's extremely attentive and actually recommends products that work based on your skin needs. I can not rave enough about her! She is truly the BEST, and I am so glad that I found her.

Mariah is very professional and good conversationalist. My underarm wax wasn't painful. The conversation took my attention off of when she was pulling the wax off. I also appreciated seeing her sanitize the table once we were finished. That gave me a peace of mind. I do recommend Mariah for your wax appointment.
