Writing on behalf of a friend of mine that visited— she went in for a scan and they found some very alarming results. no one called her to tell her the results, she just found them on the portal. she was about the leave the country and not a single doctor could get in touch with her to give her more information on the results or offer her any piece of mind. the staff simply told her she needed to wait over a month to make another appointment to be able to find out more information about her diagnosis. Absolutely unacceptable, when a patient receives results they were not expecting they should be notified right away & provided any kind of helpful information as to what the next steps are

I had an amazing experience at AllCare. The online scheduling feature was super easy to navigate and schedule an appointment on. Since it was my first time there, there was a preregistration I did before I arrived which took care of a lot of paperwork that I would have spent doing at the front desk and let me pay online. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and very helpful. The medical staff here are also very professional, kind, and understanding and want to get to know you and your health concerns. The doctor I met with was Yasas Rodrigo and they were excellent. It was the first time in a doctors office for me in years and he assisted me without being judgmental or concerned about why it had been so long. They only thing they cared about was making sure I get back to making my health a priority. They did a thorough examination and I left feeling confident in our discussion on things that were fine and things that needed to be worked on regarding my health. They are a 10/10 doctor and recommend them to anyone. Overall, this was a great place to go for my annual physical and will definitely be going back for any other primary care needs I have. And I will recommend this place to my friends and colleagues.

Giving it 2 stars since I have received good care in the past and the facility seems clean. However, I would like to mention a few bad points - it is difficult to get appts with your selected PCP. I have never got an appointment with my PCP unless I come in on a specific day only. Secondly, they charge a high fee for the office visits by up-coding on the claims. Lastly, and probably the one thing that really annoys me about this place is that they refuse patients who might have Covid. When your patient needs healthcare and the most, you refuse to book an appointment for them.

I see Nichole Perrin - she is truly amazing, she makes me feel so comfortable and she really listens to her patients. If anyone is looking for primary care, I 100% recommend her!

One for the Dr. before you get to see one is the problem. The front desk is disgusting. I was there in November, at approximately 5pm. I took my son to the Clinic hoping that I will get the best service at AllCare, Arlington however we (my son and I) have been mistreated, humiliated, discriminated and denied care without any type of logical reason When we entered the building that day, one receptionist collected all the essential data and informed us that there is a 45-minute wait before a DR. can see your son. We were OK with the wait. Consequently, the second receptionist with an incredible insolence stated that it will cost $130 for this visit. I simply replied, we have insurance to avoid paying this way. She asked for our insurance card because she needs to check with upper management. While in the waiting room, she came to notify us the AllCare does not take our insurance. She opened and held the door for us and told us if you can pay $130 up front, we can’t help you. She was lying I knew before I left the building. We went back to the vehicle, I called multiple other AllCares, each one of them stated that they would take our insurance. I returned in the clinic with my phone recording, I told her she was lying and asked for her name and the reason she kicked us of the health care facility. My name is Wendy and it is upper management’s decision, she replied. That day was my son’s 3rd visit at AllCare, Arlington, 1515 N Courthouse Rd, Suite 100. Personally, I have seen Dr. Yasas Rodrigo, multiple times. My physical and my kids sport physicals were done at AllCare Arlington using the exact same insurance. So, yes AllCare does take my insurance. Being rude to me, my kid or other patients is not a crime but denying health care in this country is unlawful. I would like your take on this matter.

We had a visit with Dr Morgan, as our regular attendant was out. It was really odd, he told us that the visit wasn’t a BOGO…(2*1) it was for a physical, no order for preventive mamography was provided… for my daugther he advised to set appointment with another doctor in a different all care as he had no idea about her complaint. Even when is a physical which means no copayment, I got a bill for the copayment. Seems like not an accurate professional.. but a good biller. Very dissapointing as we never had a bad experience with all care, I keep going but I never will take any visit with this Dr specifically.

Terrible experience. The Dr was demeaning and passive aggressive. He could not answer simple questions about common diseases and repeatedly told me that any question about inherited diseases are for geneticists. They did not make it easy to find my own medical records but after I did, I found he bent the truth at best and flat out lied at worst to cover his own behind including interpretations of facial expressions when I had a face mask on. Never actually asked me how I felt. Just juvenile, petty stuff. Do not trust them with your healthcare and if you do, be sure to check your medical records (which you will need to jump through hoops to get a hold of).

They cancel my appointment a day before my planned visit saying I need to reschedule it by myself. What an awful customer service attitude. I made some work arrangements to be able to come and all I got was an email saying the appointment is cancelled, please reschedule. NEVER. There are so many clinics in this area, I will make sure to choose another one for all my family.

Don't go. It's not worth the frustration. I was a patient for almost two years and needed a prescription refilled. Last year in July CVS told me my prescription wasn't refilled and to call my doctor. When I contacted AllCare, they said my doctor left...which is a very strange thing to not tell her patients. I ended up fixing the situation and dismissed it as a freak incident. This year I got a similar message from CVS that my prescription wasn't being refilled. I contacted AllCare via email and phone, and I was told my doctor would get back to me. After calling again throughout the week, finally I got a person on Friday. I told her I would run out of my prescription the upcoming Monday and wanted to know the issue. She said I had to see the doctor every 3-6 months to refill it. I told her that's completely fine if I was notified and then asked her when the last time I was in. She told me August 2022...which was almost a year and AllCare had ben consistently refilling my prescription every 3 months. So either the office didn't keep track and was sending CVS my prescription when they shouldn't have, or they could help me before I ran out on Monday. The woman at the front desk clearly did not care and just wanted me off the phone, so she said the conversation was pointless (actually said those words) since my doctor was only in Monday and Wednesday. She said they have hundreds of patients and can't keep track of patient's prescriptions and that it's our (the patient's) responsibility. While I understand that, I had tried to call the office for a week without any reply or response. Also most doctor offices have you schedule an appointment at the office if it's in 3-6 months/send you an email notifying you that you have to schedule one. This is when I knew I needed a new doctor because either the office didn't tell my doctor this was timely (and I could have made an appointment either at AllCare or someplace else to refill my prescription), or my doctor didn't care enough to get back to me.

I was their patient for almost 2 years. Dr.Rodrigo has nice manners, vert white robe, clean and crispy, he is smiley and always optimistic. Can't say anything about him as a doctor because he limits to a routine services and non objectionable advice. He referred me a few times to specialists who never return the calls but I don't hold it against hi. My experience with the front desk was always bad and unpleasant but yesterday I was waiting for 4 hours to get my pre operational approval. On Friday they told me to do a walk in on Monday at 8 am and forgot to mention their ECG machine is broken and wait will be long. I came at 8 am and they said: the wait will be an hour and a half. I agreed and after a two hour wait they told me that the ECG not working. They made me an appointment at Balston location for 2 pm for ECG. I still wanted to see doctor Rodrigas since he referred me to a surgeon and he knew my history. So I waited another 2 hours with front desk just laughing off my attempts to be seen and get blood work done. Then I was lied to my face by one representative that I can be seen in Balston right away. She said: I used my magic. I went there and they refused to see me until 2 pm. It was 12.20. Sad when the practice and a doctor you trust chases money by trying to get patients with appointments, walk ins and phone appointments and doesnt care about the patients they have seen for a long time.

Everyone in this practice is great. Dr. Rodrigo is an amazing doctor, so caring and thoughtful. Lucky to have such great care in Arlington!

Everything was fine with the exception of the privacy of the consultation rooms. The walls were very thin and you could hear other patients (in other rooms) explaining their issues to the specialists (which was a little awkward).

I scheduled a visit with Dr. Stacey Goldfine, DO last week and I’m writing this review because my interaction with her was unexpectedly helpful. I had not met Dr. Goldfine before but I was genuinely impressed with how well she “actively listened” to me. Dr. Goldfine regularly paraphrased/summarized back to me what she heard to confirm with me that she understood me correctly. She did it in a way that was NOT procedural and detached but rather felt very warm and caring. Honestly, I made the appointment because I had been experiencing significant anxiety; I could not have found a more compassionate healthcare provider to connect with. I was so impressed with my interaction with Dr. Goldfine that I’ve booked an in-person follow-up with her in a couple weeks and I plan to “establish” her as my primary care provider. I’ve seen a handful of “urgent care-type” providers since I moved to Arlington but none have felt like an advocate for me & for my health and wellness like Dr. Goldfine did/does. I’m thankful that I’ve connected with her!

If you look up the definition of "dumpster fire" in the dictionary, you'd find its defined as "AllCare." AllCare employs the laziest, most incompetent and rudest staff (doctors, front and back offices and management). A used car salesman has more integrity and competence compared these people. I have had prescriptions lost, doctor's notes not entered into the system, services offered only to be denied later, insurance documents not submitted, etc. They will tell you, you can walk in without an appointment, but when you get there they will decline to help for incomprehensible reasons. Stay away from this place if you value your health, time and money.

Good experience as a walk-in. Doctor quickly assessed and recommended that I go to the ER for additional tests as Allcare location doesn't have X-Ray or Ultrasound machines. Staff and doctor were pleasant, experienced, and knowledgeable.

I scheduled an annual checkup over my lunch break. Arrived at the office several minutes ahead of time. After waiting for 40 minutes, I still did not see the doctor, even though I was told that I am next when I first arrived. Informing the front desk that I'm canceling the appointment and went back to work. This is not a reasonable waiting time in the middle of a workday when the clinic is empty. I'm not sure what the staff was up to, but it didn't seem like seeing patients was part of it.

I came to this urgent care as a walk-in and saw Dr. Stephanie Ng. The wait was almost 2hrs but it was okay since I knew walking in would require hefty wait time. My concern was rash and swollen lymph nodes. Dr finally saw me and provided no useful information nor treatment options and instead did a blood test and gave me a referral to ultrasound and dermatologist. I asked if I would need a second follow up appointment for the interpretation of my test and she said no and assured me she would message/send me a text via the patient portal. Blood test came back and no interpretations. The portal tells me if I have a question I'd have to book an appointment and pay $$ first. I spent over 200$ for basically a blind blood test and zero lead on what could be causing the issue. The dr literally googled rashes and was trying to see what could be looking similar. Clearly I could do that at home myself. She left the room saying that she was gonna continue to think and look what this could be but I never heard back from her.

Got an appointment on a Sunday a few days after visiting the site! Would have to have waited a month for an appointment at my regular Internal Medicine Provider. I had a very positive experience and would definitely go there again!

Dr. Rodrigo is so thorough and attentive. He took the time to learn my history during my initial visit (for a specific issue), and he reacquaints himself with it every time, before he comes into the exam room, so asks really thoughtful questions. He pays attention to the whole person, which I especially appreciate, and I never feel rushed with him.

The front desk is staffed by a gang of trolls that backs each other up with their lies. I took my toddler in as a walk-in. They said it would be a 1.5 hour wait. After 1 hour and 40 min, I inquired with the front desk. They said they never gave that benchmark and that it would take much longer because they were so behind. Instead of apologizing, they ganged up on me and told me when it wasn't their fault that I misheard. There were patients with appointments who were being made to wait 45+ minutes. Unless you're desperate, I do NOT recommend this location. Highly unprofessional staff who are abrasive, aggressive, and just want to be "right." They wouldn't know good customer service if it slapped them in the face.

I arrived from out of town and needed immediate care for a UTI. Dr Rodrigo was excellent explaining very well a treatment plan. As a “drop in” patient I only had to wait ~30 minutes. The front desk receptionist was friendly & nurse very helpful. Thank you!

I came to this office disoriented with a panic attack. The team was absolutely phenomenal. Nobody could ask for better care.dr Yasas Rodrigo was amazing and all the nurses and staff were absolutely amazing. They calm me down. They ran many tests in a very short period of time. I’m extremely grateful for their care.

The staff was very attentive and accommodating to my needs. Dr.Ghani was very personable and sweet. She answered all of questions. Your phlebotomist (forgot his name but he did my blood drawn) was very quick and painless with my stick. I was very shock and he was sweet as well. Overall experience was great.

This All care Arlington branch 1515 courthouse road is the worst healthcare service place we had ever been in USA. We went there in the morning. The reception clerk or assistant was very rude at introduction. Still we waited to meet the doctor. That lady took the patient and said very rudely that nobody is allowed with the patient as the room is small. She told the patient roughly to take out the tshirt so she can measure blood pressure . Here to be mentioned it was extremely cold outside that morning and patient already remove the sleeve almost near shoulder.long story short the patient called me as I am a foreign physician working here in healthcare department. I requested them politely and finally the doctor allowed me inside the room. When we try to explain the doctor what happened in front desk unfortunately saying my apology for your experience or sorry and he just ignored us and asked why we are there.A physician can half cure a patient only with his or her behavior and smile . We just stepped out of the facility. I will request any new patient to think 100 times before going there if they don’t want to waste money for worst behavior and management need to check or monitor the work behavior of the employees.Otherwise in future nobody will go there.

Dr Ghani is amazing. My mom feels very comfortable with her and, after only three visits, we feel how much she cares about her health and overall well-being in addition to making my mom feel very calm. Her diagnosis saved my mom’s life and we are very grateful for that. The front desk staff and the nurse Abby were also very kind to us.

Long wait times, very little time spent with you as patient, varying charge codes so you can never know what to expect with charging. Difficult to contact after getting charged varying amounts for two similar visits. Highly recommend against visiting here.
