Horrible pricing they want $300 for a 700 ft² apartment for the very 1st time that's a rip off of I've ever heard for only 2 cleaners it's a $150 each person for 90 minutes

We love 💕 our ladies. We had them do a special fridge cleaning and it made such a nice difference! With all of us in the house having three meals plus snacks, going into the fridge so often while we are in quarantine, it was crazy how much we needed the fridge cleaned. We highly recommend it! You just don’t even know until you have it done!

My cleaning crew does an excellent job of cleaning the house. They come in and get right to work. When they are done the house has a fresh clean smell and doesn't smell of chemicals.

Merry Maids cleaned the house on Tuesday; as usual, the cleaners neglected to wipe off all counters ; in particular, the counter that separates the kitchen from the dining room. This has been an on-going issue and to be perfectly frank, I’m really tired of it. The maids have been called back on numerous occasions to rectify cleaning problems - to the point where supervisors have visited to help resolve problems.

Have used Merry Maids for about 15 years, very happy with service, feel comfortable with the crew who have come, they are sweet and respectful. Well trained, good efficient system. When my kids were young I had ladies I employed directly to clean every week (even twice a week at times). When those ladies finally moved away or took other employment, I started using cleaning services and went to once a month cleanings since my kids were older & could help more. Now, kids have moved out and we're down to just a few times a year. We do lots of in-between cleaning ourselves, our house is always in ok shape, never too dirty or cluttered. Results for a very messy or dirty house will be different, but we are so happy with the results after Merry Maids leave, to have our whole house well cleaned. Our regular ladies have been Lorena and Reyna, assisted by other crew members. There are probably cheaper services, but I have not wanted to deal with worrying about security or needing to supervise a new crew. We do tip them in addition, I appreciate their reliability.

The Merry Maids associate that came to clean my apartment was very nice and very professional. She did a wonderful job in a short amount of time cleaning my kitchen and bathroom (all I requested); everything was fresh and clean and I was extremely pleased. The process of getting things set up for the service was easy and also very professional. I will definitely request her in the future/use Merry Maids again.

We are selling our house. We had Merry Maids come in and mainly do three full bath rooms and our kitchen. Our realtor gave them access and then went back to check on everything. He said they "really did a good job". He said that 3 times actually in a short conversation, without me asking. He is extremely picky/critical when it comes to these things. The house is over 60 years old with 2 of the bath being in original condition. We personally won't see the bathrooms before the house is sold. We feel very confident in using Merry Maids. I'm only sorry that I didn't use them sooner to make my life easier. I was very satisfied with everyone I dealt with via phone and text regarding Merry Maids and making this happen. Thank you to all involved!

Service is excellent but i keep getting emails and messages to rate and it doesn't stop. PLEASE, i told you already several times-stop asking me to rate you.

They have no problem if asked to do a special job on occasions.

My Mom’s house was filthy because she is elderly and had to move out. She could not keep up with keeping it clean. Once it was emptied of furniture we had so many piles of dirt and dust and very dirty linoleum floors. There were lots of cob webs in the corners and the basement was very dirty as well. These ladies were fast and did an outstanding job. They even vacuumed the attic floor and swept out the garage. I was so happy and relieved to be able to leave a clean house to the new buyers!
