I usually order and pay ahead. The staff is very friendly and the drive thru moves quickly. The first time you try to get into the drive thru line is confusing but it is due to the shopping center's parking flow. Once you figure it out, it is a breeze to navigate.

My new favorite Starbucks! They have a donation box for coffee for our SERVICE MEMBERS, as well as games and coloring books for kids. It’s not decorated with propaganda. Baristas are really friendly and just doing what Starbucks does best. Making coffee and being kind to the customers. Thank you for honoring those willing to lay their life down for the freedoms many take for granted in our county today. 💗

It was not crowded on weekday afternoon. Half of the indoor tables were taken, only one was taken outdoors. Three staffs greeted before and during my order and wait. The personalized drink was made promptly as expected.

Wonderful location. I am giving a low rating because the back door to the patio has a gap causing cold air to come in. This is probably wasting energy in heating the place. Once someone sees and responds to this posting, I will up the rating. Hoping the low rating will cause mgmt to read this. I believe this was a faulty installation. Editing the review. Thanks. Its a nice little location with a cool pick up window and the new starbucks decor. Service is incredibly slow despite being overstaffed. Management needs to take some budgeting and customer service lessons to bestow some knowledge onto their employees at this location 😊

We visited the Starbucks location in Montgomery Village, Maryland today on our road trip and had a fantastic experience. The coffee and food were both delicious and the service was fast and friendly. We also enjoyed the nice music and clean environment. Overall, it was the perfect stop for a quick coffee and snack on our road trip. Highly recommend!

So so so disappointed at this Starbucks today. Normally I would give this Starbucks a 4 or 5 stars but today I am giving it a one star and not going to this location again. I was coming here almost daily since it opened last year, but I am going back to the one in Spectrum center. Today I was harassed by another person there and the people behind the counter didn't do anything. They even took the side of the harasser. They allowed the harasser to stay in the store and even gave him the ice water he asked for. I am done with this store. If this is how they handle harassments, I do not feel safe in this store.

They are really disorganized and do not paying attention. I went inside to order a Frappuccino with 2 extra pumps of the Frappuccino roast. It took them more than 20 minutes to get my order and it was not as I ordered it. The person making the drinks put my order at the drive thru counter, so I asked them for my order and the cashier forgot to put my name on it and they said they didn’t have it. So they redo it but it didn’t have the 2 extra pumps of Frappuccino roast and the one that was supposed to be my order was just standing by the drive thru counter. So frustrating!!!

My favorite Starbucks ofcourse - closest to my home. Love walking over and relaxing in their patio area with a oat milk vanilla latte in my hand. The service is warm and friendly. Calm atmosphere to get work done!

I like this Starbucks because it has a drive thru and a nice new outside seating area. They always get my drink right. Getting to the drive thru is confusing, because you have to go through the parking lot and not all aisles go to the drive thru, so more signage would be helpful.

I LOVE coming to this Starbucks personally they are always so sweet and they always remember my order since I am a usual there! Nathan and Sammy are amazing! EJ also! -Jaylee <3

I have used the drive thru services several times. I have encountered a different person each time, and each time I have had a wonderful experience. The staff is super pleasant!!! This makes my morning Latte routine extra special 💕💕 Keep it up team! You Are Awesome!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾
