Second time ordering from this location, first time got bacon chips in my sandwich from them putting it on and taking it off, also neglected to give me extra meat i payed for. This time no bacon, but still no extra meat. And if this is extra meat, ur basically paying for a salad on a roll. Will gladly post pictures of my $14 sub with 4 slices of thinly sliced meat.

I love the Jersey Mike's in Germantown. Those guys know what they are doing up there. The restaurant is much warmer and nicer than Rockville, which has a cold and old feeling. The Germantown location has employees smiling and welcoming, but not Rockville. The Germantown is my favorite sub shop in the world, but I don't know why the sub I always get up there wasn't as good. I think it had more meat, or the meat was colder and making it harder. Anyway, Germantown location is to die for. This location will not see me again for a while and I live close to it.

First off just want to say this Jersey Mike's is one of the better stores here in Rockville MD. I try to as much as I can make it to this store just because the customer service is always on point and the food is always made correctly. Mr. Eli Ortez helped me out with my order and made sure it was made correctly he showed a professionalism and took his work seriously. Overall I give the store a 10 out of 10 the whole entire staff is great I have been coming to this locations for some time now never disappoints. I also make sure i send as many people as i can to this spacific location due to the fact that they usualy never make mistakes. Keep up the great work.

Hate this store but also love it. This Jersey Mike's location is quality wise better than the one in Wheaton. Maybe that's why its always busy. If you go in to order no issues. Pickup I've never had a order ready on time or even close to 10 min after. I legit placed a order at 350 AM so I didnt have to worry about it all day and even with a full 9+ hrs of prep I still waited 15min after my ready time to get my food. However my food is great. And always consistent in taste.

Hey... It's a chain deli. The young college crew were upbeat, polite and customer oriented. Good food for the price. Better than subway.

I came last night and had a problem with my food NABIL AND BRAYAN HELPED fixed everything remade it effortlessly and I was completely satisfied. They are amazing and both need a raise went above and beyond the call of duty and I will be returning because of them!

I ordered delivery after spending 72 rewards points. I requested an Original Italian sub on white bread but received a number 9 with wheat bread. The store wanted me to reach out to @doordash regarding the delivery fees charged but I ordered from @jerseymikes online (paid almost $10 in fees for this delivery)The mgr on the phone would not give me her name because she said that information was confidential (not true in the service industry). I was very disappointed that a business would be so dismissive after making a big mistake.

Tried and loved the Philly steak with mushrooms. My first experience would be memorable. I would definitely revisit very soon. It's a level above altogether from what I am used to when I go for a sub.

Tooo freaking pricey, for the skin - thin sliced meats and cheeses "right in front of you".....I mean over $10 for a"MINI" meal deal...A Mini !!!good taste, but no real value...and as grandma used to say "WHERE'S THE MEAT??"....

Efficient and friendly staff at this location. Always welcoming and working hard to get sandwiches out fast, but also properly made.

The Rockville Store is fantastic! Store#28017 The store manager NABIL is Top Notch he greets all the customers and is very impressionable, he’s very knowledgeable about the company and his sandwich making is on point. I was so impressed by the way he teaches his team members on how to NOT only make a great sandwich but on how to treat your customers. Keep up the great work Cooperate will be calling soon!

We come to this location at least once a week and sometimes twice a week. I was surprised and disappointed to hear the manager yelling and verbally abusing an employee. He used profanity toward the employee and continued his rant as he walked to the back room. The young African American female did not response but moments later left. It is not my business but I was with my children and did not appreciate the mangers tone, profanity and manner in which he treated the employee. It is hard enough to keep your kids away from bad behavior and profanity, I do not need it when I go to our favorite sandwich shop. Patent of two

Small shop, but the employees are some of the friendliest. My four year old loves to interact with them. The food is really fresh and tasty. Great spot if you need something quick, but want something healthier than fast food.

Very delicious ingredients. Only thing I would like is if they can toast the bread. If they can toast the bread, they should always ask the customer. The sub is fresh made and the ingredients are very well made. I wish the tables are more clean. Customer service here is very friendly.

The sandwich was good but one of the young ladies working behind the counter was saying to another worker that she was sick.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE at 795 Rockville Pike, Rockville Maryland!! I telephoned an order to pick-up and asked to pay over the phone. No Problem. I asked whether someone could bring the order out to my car when I got there because I have just had a total knee replacement surgery and it is difficult to get in and out of the car. "No Worries" said the young man on the phone! He made it so easy for me, and I appreciate it very much!! Great sub too!

I attempted to get food from this location. I called between 8:35 till I arrived at 8:52 pm to which no one answered. Then to my surprise the store still should have been open but the door was locked and the worker came to the door to ask if it is a pickup to which I said no due to not being able to put in a order since 8:35 . No one offered to make my order as if I arrived after 9pm . I find it frustrating that after I attempt many times to patron this establishment that there only concern is to get home before the store is even suppose to be closed.

this is my first time and last time order. I ordered online for a portabella cheese steak. it took 45 mins to get my order ready for pick up. It taste so salty, beef and the bread is dry.

I tried to order a steak sub but was told that they couldn’t make it because they were to busy making a large order. No problem, I went around the corner and ordered an amazing steak sub from Paisano’s.

Delicious subs made to order. My favorite here is the Chipotle Cheesesteak, it's got all the elements of a quintessential east coast cheesesteak but taken up a notch with the creamy chipotle sauce. Only had delivery here so can't speak on the service but can say the subs were always done without error.

I love the sandwiches but the humor from the staff is so funny. They are so friendly as well. No one asked out names to put in the bags so they were creative lmbo. Look at the pics.
