Very convenient location, floor looked dirty inside. Coffee was a little colder than I like, but very good. Like the vanilla hazelnut creamer. I got the Apple Cinnamon, Chocolate Chip and French Toast bagels, plus a tub of honey almond shmear. I asked for for my Apple Cinnamon bagel to be sliced and toasted, but when I got out to the car I realized it was neither sliced or toasted. The bagels are always great.

I truly enjoy Einstein Bagel, so we found one close to us. The customer service was extremely poor, the cashier seemed like she didn’t want to work. We didn’t eat our food until we got home. OMG! The order wasn’t correct.

Best sandwich 5/5 . Worst coffee. 1/5. Love all of their bagel sandwiches specially avocado egg. All sandwiches are really cheap, delicious and healthy. But not recommend their coffe or latte.

Got a bacon egg and cheddar bagel. Not good at all and was cold when I got it. Can make a better bagel at home for sure. I usually get bethesda bagels which is sooo good and always delicious, cold or not. Just a really long wait (almost 20 minutes) for a bagel and 3 coffees. The caramel macchiato was good but not worth $5.60. Might as well go to the Starbucks in the same shopping center. Place needs improving for sure so I wouldn’t be too eager to go here. There was a kind young white male that was helpful though :)

I usually love Einstein's but I'll never go back to this location. They removed all the seating so everything has to be taken out. The place was dingy and messy... looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in months. Service was slow... and my Nova Lox on a "plain bagel" turned out to be a cheese bagel but by the time I'd opened it I was already driving away. Einsteins should either shape this one up or shut it down... its an embarrassment to the name.

On Sunday December 4, 2022 around 1 pm, we ordered in the store two farmhouse bagels with two eggs each. When we arrived home only one sandwich had eggs. We were charged for eggs. I called the store three times to speak to a team member but the calls were not answered. The third nova lox sandwich was made with one thin slice of lox; in the past then used two slices. No fruit cups were available in the store. The quality has decreased. Sandwiches were very dry.

Thinking this review is long overdue. The bagels and schmear at Einstein are great, most of the sandwiches are also good. However, the customer service is horrible! God forbid you ask about a bagel you have been waiting on for 15 minutes. I did a test the other day, there were 4 people in front of me, 4 people working behind the counter. It took 15 minutes for me to be able to order food. I ordered a bagel toasted with schmear, 10 minutes after I ordered a bagel and schmear I receive it. Bagel not toasted the smallest amount of schmear you can put on a bagel. 25 minutes from the time I walked in to leaving with a bagel and schmear. This Einstein has been the worst experience in a long time. Will never go back and I let everyone I know about the service. Buyer beware, if you have 25 minutes to wait for a bagel, this is your place. If you are expecting to go in and order a bagel with smear and get it right away, forget it. Beware of the employees, some of them are the nastiest people I have had the displeasure of ordering from.

Good breakfast specials, decent bagels for Maryland. Coffee was hot and drinkable, although we were tempted to go to the Starbucks (which is located right across the parking lot).

For some reason, they have not reopened the dining area. They have some outdoor tables, which are subject to the vagaries of the weather and traffic. The bagel/eggs/bacon sandwiches are fine, and the soda machine works, but I had to get ice behind the counter. Check the weather before you go.

Good day, I ordered a Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich on my mobile app at approx 1:03 pm. When I arrived, I looked in the window and did not see any bags. The time was 2:01 pm so I knocked on the door. A young man of Hispanic descent with curly hair looked at me and ignored me. I kept knocking and a young lady of color came to the door. She tried to help but was unsuccessful. She told me they were out of the everything bagel and they were "waiting" for me to arrive to select an alternative bagel. UNACCEPTABLE! Why wouldn't they call me? I have eaten here maybe five times in my entire life and I live across the street. I received a $2 off coupon so I decided to patronize today. Jasmine the manager then came to the door and asked me to step inside. She also advised the young man to go to the back. She explained the process to get a refund. I have to submit a request online which is ridiculous in my opinion. Let me be clear, I have my Associates degree in Culinary Arts. I have managed and worked in restaurants. I am appalled at how I was spoken to by the male employee. He said I was complaining and that due to the time nothing could be done. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! They should have offered me something else instead of allowing me to leave without a sandwich. I will be contacting Einstein Bros Bagels customer service in the morning. And, my hope is that the corporate office investigates this, and offers some consequence to the staff member who lost his composure and yelled at me. ' NEVER allow anyone to treat you in a disrespectful manner when spending your money. Best regards, Chef Candra

Disappointing isn’t even the word to describe my experiences here, this guy in the picture is either on some illegal substance while working or just plain out incompetent. He has gotten 3 straight orders wrong, putting meat on my sandwich when I clearly asked for no meat. I won’t ever come back to this place and staff needs to be drug tested.

The place was a bit dirty, the employees never changed gloves. They would touch money or their own clothes and never changed their gloves not once.

I have had many a bagel in my day & I thought Einstein was pretty average. They have a good selection of bagels & spreads. However, the eggs & bacon sandwiches are mediocre. I hate places that serve those frozen egg patties run through a toaster oven. I got the vegetable on a seven-grain bagel with regular cream cheese. It wasn't bad but thought it was a bit over-priced. The service was ok but seems like it takes forever to get your food. This is not a place I would recommend unless you can't get bagels anywhere else. I have made breakfast sandwiches with frozen bagels that taste just as good.

I went mid morning on a weekday, and got my food quickly and it tasted ok, however this used to be a fun place to come and enjoy great food and a nice ambiance. Now it feels like a warehouse with all chairs removed from both of their dining rooms. Better off going to Barking Mad around the corner if you want to enjoy your breakfast and coffee on the premises.

Can't beat the chewiness of an Einstein bagel. I recommend a toasted plain with strawberry or honey nut smear if you've got a sweet tooth- great lemonade and coffee too. Kind quick service and clean restroom.

The service was quick and friendly. The line was not long when we walked in. You could smell the freshly baked bagels as soon as you walked in. I got the Nova Lox. The bagel was fresh and delicious. The salmon was also fresh. The only reason I can't give this location 5 stars is that there were no tables in the restaurant. I was traveling and was hoping to sit for a few minutes before I got back on the road. Might be a left over from COVID?

This place always lets me down. Since they closed the montgomery village location, I’ve been coming here. However, I always have a problem when I come. The staff are rude, they’re always wearing their airpods and will get your order wrong. They are disrespectful and dismissive. They always mess up something in my order, EVERY time I go. From the pepperoni pizza bagel not having any pepperoni, from my bagel not having any smear, my drink being a completely different item than what I completely ordered, ordering a nova lox and getting it with no salmon etc, etc. The service is incredibly slow as well. I’m not willing to wait 40 minutes for an order that might very well be wrong. These experiences just make me never want to come back here again.

Repeat after me: "HI, welcome in" "That order will be out soon, thanks!" "Please" These are basic courtesy statements used by customer service professionals all over the country. Brisket bagel was sad and uninspired. The cashier never even said anything after we had ordered, just asked the person behind us if they were ready to order. She honestly spoke like she hated her life, with audible sighs of frustration when we asked if the frosted dessert in the case was a cinnamon roll. Definitely cured us from wanting Einstein again though. Waste of time and money. Pic below.

This location is very slow and the staff is talking and laughing over our food without masks on and touching their faces and continuing to make the food. I also witnessed someone making something with only one glove on. I waited 14 minutes for a basic breakfast sandwich

Location was clean, staff was attentive, didn't wait too long. However, my bacon, egg, and cheddar on a plain bagel was tasteless. A little salt and pepper would've been nice.

Texas Brisket sandwich was decent at best. Certainly not worth the $10. The picture and description had my expectations set quite high but it was nothing like the picture depicted. The Garden Avocado sandwich was okay but the bagel was the least appetizing part of the sandwich. The hash browns and chocolate chip cookie were good.

I'm sad to say that the atmosphere is basically gone, and no inside seating is available at all. I don't want to discourage anyone from going there, it's just not the place it used to be, their menu looks better than the food you will get! I will patronize them again for another try, but as far as ownership goes, they definitely drank the CDC covid coolaid hard and they must be praying for a new start...

This location used to be AMAZING. The staff aren’t friendly, they’re just there. The food prep is really lacking, Every single time I’ve gone to get breakfast here (even when there’s literally on two other people in the lobby) takes upwards of 20-30 mins. I was seriously contemplating cancelling my order and just eating a bagel across the street at Starbucks. Please make this location great again! The famous lox and bagel needs to stand up to the standards it always has.

Great place for morning breakfast!! Has amazing options in bagels and cream cheeses. Love their jalapeños spread and chilli bagel. A must try. Morning are a bit busy you might have to wait for the order but worth the wait. Good service and staff.
