My first time to this location. They were very friendly and welcoming!

Usually they are good, but today I just have to give them 1 star. There were like 5-6 people working behind the counter and when I show up to pick up an app order, they all ignored me. Ok, they look busy and thought that when they are free they will acknowledge I was there and ask about my pick-up, but nope. I waited and waited. They acknowledge another person and gave the order to her and so I tried to get their attention but nothing. Then they acknowledge another person who came in after me and was standing behind me and gave him his order. That is when they finally acknowledge me and gave me my order. Of course when he did, he asked me whether I wanted a straw for the FRAP. Really??? These are people I never saw before, and the normal people I see is usually good, but I am totally annoyed.

My husband ordered coffee at this Starbucks less than an hour ago, specifically requesting dairy-free soymilk. The barista gave him regular milk, which he’s badly allergic to. Luckily he dumped it out before he drank more than a sip so his stomach wasn’t horribly affected. We usually enjoy this Starbucks. Please do better!

On a Sunday afternoon, my boyfriend and I stopped by Starbucks in the Flower Hill Shopping Center for caffeinated beverages. We ordered ahead for pickup. It was nice that the drinks were ready before estimated pickup time. However, I was surprised that they didn't cover the drink hole area with a sticky dot to prevent others from breathing over the drinks when picking up their drink orders.

The staff here was impeccable today. The cashier kindly took my order, was polite and the barista who handed me my drink was very sweet and had great customer service. I love coming to thid Starbucks and I'll be back soon. Great job guys!

As expected from a Starbucks. The day I stopped in it was very busy and a lot going on around me. Was impressed with the young lady behind the counter who was attentive and in control of a lot going on around here. I don't think a lot of people review Starbucks as being great because we have come to expect exceptional service, but thought it would be worth mentioning because they really have perfected customer service.

This Starbucks is good, but sometimes when they get busy the order X aren't correct. I'm sure that's normal. But I really do like the Starbucks and I visit the Flower Hill location so much more often than other locations.

I really love Starbucks, not the prices. The employees are always very friendly and accommodating for those of us who are not as familiar with ordering the different type of coffees. I loved my Vanilla Bean Frap with 2 shot!

The drinks are great WHEN they make it right. Sometimes it’s worth the gamble, sometimes it’s not. And they are CONSISTENTLY out of breakfast items and sandwiches. They also have low inventory regarding mugs, cups, etc compared to all other Starbucks. And I mean super low and old merchandise. Customer service is great tho.

I asked for a venti a large and charged me for a grande I wanted extra whip and extra caramel also extra ice ! The taste was horrible there was no caramel drizzle at all and looked super plan the customer ordered the same thing but got all the correct stuff but me how that happen by the same girl idk why ppl have to do things like this the other Spanish lady with glasses was rushing and make the drinks awful

Nice staff but they somehow can't make a coffee with cream and sugar without messing it up half the time... not paying $6 for that anymore

This location has always been solid. I'm pretty pleased with my caramel macchiato I got. The baristas we're really hardworking and kind.

I say four because it is good 5 dollars for an egg sandwich is just too much

I like the layout of this particular Starbucks. Had me an Americana and played a game of chess.

They have messed up my drinks so many times is not even funny. I get pepper mint mocha and the don't put the pepermint, get chai tea with almond milk and they use whole milk. Simple things that should not happen keep on happening. Most of the time I'm in a rush to work so I just take the beverage and say nothing. I'm sad that this is the most accessible location close to me.

The staff here is so friendly. The store is clean. And best of all, the drinks are made with care and love 🥰
