Pathetic very disrespectful and dirty customer service of that white girl who took my order 07.20.33pm on May 23rd. If she will be my cashier next time. Star bucks will be loosing then 10+Year customer. And i will not be going to any other star bucks. Don’t want to describe the issue but Manager have to took quick action otherwise SOON customers will be angry as well

Normally this location is pretty good. But this morning the people were beyond rude. I ordered a coffee and the bacon egg bites through the app (as I have many times in the past). I received a bacon, egg and gouda sandwich and I didn't notice until I got to work. Normally I wouldn't care too much and eat it, but I have celiac disease. If I were to eat this sandwich I would be in extreme pain for at least 2 days. I called them to get a refund and explained that situation. They told me that I would have to come back in and bring the sandwich as proof so they can verify my story before giving me a refund.

Some of the baristas have a habit of filling my drinks with mostly ice. When I ask for no ice, they fill the cup with foam instead. I brought this to their attention several times but it seems not to be making any difference.

This place is very friendly with awesome staffs they also tried to get to know you every time you placed an order.

What the beautiful energy. I am always amazed by those starbucks team’s energy and consistency work ethics. Customer service is exceed my expectations. Just wanted to say THANK YOU to all teams in this starbucks.

Location was out of many items , and the trash can were full. Trash was falling out of the trash cans as you tried to put tours in. Needs a little of TLC to keep this location clean.

No Drive-Thru. the staff was extremely friendly, Kelly is an excellent barista. my drinks came out perfectly and quickly. Definitely will be coming to this location more often.

Staff member forgot to put my order for a sandwich in to be heated even after I reminded him. It seems when you order a regular coffee instead of a fancy expensive drink, they are more inclined to forget an order. I prefer the Starbucks on Montgomery Village Ave by far.

Everybody's go to for drinks. This particular Starbucks also has a corner for kids to play games and enjoy too. Great service , kind and efficient staff

I prefer this Starbucks out of any other locations near me. The lobby is always clean. The staff are very fast and super nice. They work together and communicate well which is a sign of a great workplace. Never once has my order been messed up even during a rush and the employees are good at suggesting things I might like.

Staff is always friendly, We like sitting outside whatever the weather, so usually plenty of seating

Stopped by to grab an iced coffee to go. First time in a while ordering from Starbucks. Very busy. Service was quick and correct. Staff very friendly.

We ordered white chocolate mocha, strawberry Frappuccino beverages and capaci, chai tea latte. All were very good and tasty. I am addicted all drinks in starbucks

Always a pleasant visit. The staff is always nice. Love this location as they are the only ones who fix the medicine ball the right way.

The wait time at this Starbucks is insane. Ordered on the app for a plain cold brew and waited 25 mins after the initial ready time. The waiting area was full of people waiting for their drinks and the staff was standing behind the counter having conversations with each other. There’s a faster Starbucks in the Target right beside this location.

Super clean and super quick Starbucks in a very cute/modern shopping center in Gaithersburg! The staff are light hearted and play great music that set the vibe.

This isn’t my first time with problems with my drinks from this location, however, today was the most annoying delivery from them. I completely different drink was delivered and with a label sticker of a name that’s not even similar to mine. Ridiculous.

My husband is very, very particular about his Starbucks order- it’s a dread to go to Starbucks and know the workers will make him feel ridiculous and 9/10 times they will make it incorrectly but this location?! Made it PERFECT the FIRST time and not once while he was ordering made him feel ridiculous. They were absolutely the best. Sooooo patient, not once did the cashier not smile at us. I believe the one who made it was Skye (we officially love you Skye!) but everyone there was truly just wonderful and so pleasant. This will be the only location we go to from now on. It was the best coffee my husband has ever gotten from a Starbucks and the best customer service. Thank you guys so, so much!!!

I got green tea but crazy HOT.i go inside ask what's the hot water temperature girls said 183 far as I know more than 140 you can get burn I told the girl who is managing here go tell manager seem to me no one cares

10/10. Hands down my favorite Starbucks to go to. I go here quite often since i work at the Giant next door. Everyones is always so sweet & welcoming. This store has an amazing team! Thank you all!!

Ordered the cookie crumbled frappuccino on a hot day. Took a long time to make order even though there was not much rush compared to other stores. Tasted decent but could be better

I have probably bought 1500 cups of coffee from this location over the last few years. For the last couple years this store has sucked. I get the same thing every time. Tall pike with creme and 3 sugar. Its never consistent anymore. To add to that the same girl that i see almost every day for the past few years and never charged me before all of a sudden is saying i have to pay 70 cents for creme with my coffee. I have been to starbucks locations all over different states i have never had to to pay for creme in my coffee. Today i went in as usual the girl took my order and informed me that there was no coffee and she had brew more. I said ok no problem. I waited 10min and checked back and she totally forgot about me. I was standing infront of her the whole time. What is going on with this place. Im not going back there.

My husband had gone in earlier in the day and excitedly came home saying he had a surprise for me. He had ordered me the ice sugar cookie almond latte (by the way, it is my new holiday fav!) & was excited to come home with it. Unfortunately, what he brought home said "Iced Chc Alm Esp". It like tasted chocolate. My husband called & the staff member who answered was apologetic. She said to come by for the correct drink, at our earliest convenience, and they would give us the correct order. We went in toward their closing time. We were greeted by Angelina and she was super helpful. When we explained what happened earlier in the morning, she was understanding, apologized, and took responsibility of the issue (even though it probably wasn't her mistake). She was super cheerful, hospitable, responsible, and delivered phenomenal customer service! My husband and I go this location regularly (because our dog likes to take us here way too often, for her puppuccinos), and the staff at this location has always been super friendly. Angelina still stood-out with her willingness to make sure I got my drink corrected and just showing a lot of holiday cheer.

Tis the season for Starbucks holiday drinks but when you order a latte it shouldn’t taste just like milk and the sugary stuff they add to give a Caramel Brûlée Latte it’s flavor. I’ve ordered this latte for years and this is one of the worst I’ve had. The gentleman Byron who took my order was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the barista who made it may need to spruce their latte making skills.

Mark and Max are literally the best, I was having a horrible day and not only were they able to deliver great customer experience but also turn my day around Kudos Germantown Starbucks.

Great customer service from Angelina. We had one of our drinks made incorrectly in the morning and she was very receptive, understanding and radiated cheerfulness when we came in the evening. She made us the correct drink and should be commended for her conflict resolution, customer service and cheerful personality.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service, ALL THE TIME! My husband and I visit this location often. The staff have ways been super friendly and welcoming. This recent trip stuck-out to me. We visited late yesterday evening and was helped by Angelina. She was super friendly and welcoming, and delivered exceptional service! As much as well love the drinks, we return to this location because of their amazing staff.
