We are new here and created a poll among military families in order to find the best pizza in Kitsap county. Westside was the first place winner in the poll, so we gave it a shot. The crust was that perfect balance of soft and crispy, and it had actual flavor...not just plain dough. The pizzas were layered with tons of toppings. We ordered Death by Pizza and Chicken Bacon Ranch. Other notes: The staff were friendly. The environment was clean. Service was timely.

This is a great pizzaria! Your choice of crust, sauce and toppings. Also serving sandwiches and pasta. I really enjoyed the pepperoni and olive pizza with a side of bread sticks and dipping sauce. The people who work here are fantastic, and the manager is amazing. Do stop in.

The staff was friendly. But, the pizza is a hard pass. The marinara was bland, just like the pizza. The establishment was pretty dirty. I almost walked out. But, I really wanted to give this place a try. Should have listened to my gut and went elsewhere.

Just recently moved to the area and this place has been highly recommended, gave a call and was met with a friendly voice on the phone who said they deliver to my address area, order was placed and arrived correct and at the time promised. Delivery person was friendly and seems to like his job delivering pizzas for this place.Decent pizza and breadsticks! Happy customer over here! I’ll definitely be calling in orders often, perhaps very often, to weekly. Thanks!

First time here and I had their hand toss pepperoni and sausage pizza with cheese bread. They told us 30 minutes on delivery and they were right on time. Sausage was really good. Not the best I had, but overall pizza was really good.

We've been ordering pizza here for about 5 years (usually delivery), and it really declined over the past year with the order always being incorrect or missing something and employees not caring. However, there is a new owner who is making a huge effort to improve the store and we had a great experience with our pickup order last week. The owner very enthusiastically shared his plans to do some renovations to the store, and he asked an employee to remake one of our items which wasn't prepared correctly, which we wouldn't even have noticed. The employee was also friendly. The atmosphere inside is a little depressing, but they will be replacing the flooring and making some other updates. The pizza is good though the dough isn't my favorite recipe, and the salads are made with fresh ingredients. We'd given up on this spot but will be returning now that the issues are being addressed.

Ordered a pizza online to be delivered. We put the order in at about 1 in the afternoon asking it to be delivered to the Silverdale hospital, we gave them our number to call when they got there. About 45 min later we called asked for an ETA and they said about 10 min. They never showed up and never answered our called again. The charge is still pending on our card so hopefully it drops off and we don’t get charged. We never got a call as to why it wasn’t delivered. But I do know I’ll never order from them again.

We ordered pizza from this location online and when I ordered the website said I should receive a confirmation email with order details. I never received a confirmation email so I called the location after 40 minutes to check and make sure they had received the order. When I called I was told that yes they had my order, the pizza was ready but waiting for a delivery driver to come back so they could bring it to me. After half an hour I called again to check on my order (we live 8 mins from this location) and he said that the delivery driver had just left with my order. After another 20 minutes I called and asked that they just cancel my order, he said that was fine and hung up. Two hours after I had originally ordered my pizza, a delivery driver shows up at my house with pizza. I told him we had cancelled, apologized to him, gave him some cash for a tip for his trouble and he left (I did not take the pizza). This was all on a Wednesday night and I ordered at 5pm. No one apologized, told me they were short staffed or gave me any kind of reason this was taking so long. The following Sunday I called because my credit card had not been credited for the order I never received. The manager stated she'd fix it that day and call me back that night. I never heard from her so I called again Monday. She apologized, said she'd do it that night when she got to work and she'd' call me the next day to let me know she'd reversed it. Today is Wednesday and I have still not heard from anyone, have not heard a reason, have not received an apology. I have never ordered pizza from this location and after this experience I never will again.

I was ordering pizza on Thursday night and was shorted a pizza. I looked at the receipt and noticed I never added the second pizza I wanted, which was 100% my fault. The driver, Jazz was her name, INSISTED that she go back to the restaurant and bring me the pizza. I told her, nah its my mistake you're all good. But she persisted that I got the pizza I wanted. She drove back to the restaurant and brought back the pizza I forgot to order. On top of that she said it was on the house. Jazz provided the best customer service experience I've had in awhile. Shout out to westside pizza for their great pizza (and ranch) and Jazz for exemplary customer service.

The service was fast and friendly, The pizza wasThe pizza was delicious and the hot wings were better. But the lobby was dirty and although the manager came out several times to make sure the food was good, I didn't see anyone to come out and clean.

I feel like I wasted my money. Delivery was very late,pizza was old, extra sauce didn't happen. No way to track your order or find out if you were forgotten. I feel sorry for the drivers, who must take a beating from dissatisfied customers.

New post is not so great. Since new owners have taken over I'm not happy with anything I've gotten from there. I'm not sure what is happening but I'm not going to call and complain because I feel what I have seen says it's an issue with pizza order slips not actually saying what is wanted. When someone orders BBQ wings with BBQ dipping sauce that means I want them coated in the sauce and another side for dipping not unsauced BBQ wings with a side of BBQ sauce. My family won't call and expect another pizza or new wings. Please do better 🙏

Really good pizza with lots of toppings. Friendly staff and good service. I saw an advertisement for the death by pizza and couldn’t resist. Ten toppings! Yeah, it was amazing. I’m happy to support a less known pizza joint rather than the big guys, even if it’s a bit more expensive. Westside pizza is well worth the cost.

I placed an order online from MT. It said my card didn't go through so I called. Amber answered and was the greatest help. Her and Steve got it figured out. My ordered was delivered to my son and the delivery person even wished him a Happy Birthday! He loved the pizza and brownie. Kudos to you all at Westside Pizza esp Amber & Steve. Thanks a million. I'll be calling again!

Love this place! We just moved to the area and are so happy to have found a great pizza place nearby. The pizza is amazing and the employees are great! We have ordered pizza every Friday for the last 2 months and have had a great experience and tasty pizza every time.

Great food. Service was a little slow but they looked like they could have used another employee. The place was not as tidy as it could have been. I don't know how busy it was before I came for my takeout order.

My experience ordering from Westside Pizza was almost exactly like someone else below. Ordered a pizza at 4pm, called to check on status at 5pm, was told pizza was out for delivery. I called back again at 6pm to cancel the order since it never showed up. I live less than 10 minutes from the store. I was told the charge would be refunded, hopefully it will be. The delivery driver finally showed up at 6:30pm with my order and I informed him that I had already called and cancelled. He said "Ok", shoved the pizza back in his bag and left. I've had their pizza before, overall its mediocre, when you add in the poor customer service, it's simply not worth eating here.

Great customer service, great prices and great taste. Will be making this place my family's regular pizza spot.

The Gourmet Veggie is heaven on earth for pesto lovers and Westside has my vote for best pizza in the area. I have ordered it 3 times and it's always been consistently perfect.

This place has great tasting gluten free crust. Not sure about contamination practices but I have eaten there a few times and never had an issue. My husband says the cinnamon sticks are better than all the others he has tried from similar places.

Even though it's either delivery or take out I still like their pizza. And the day I went last time was on my birthday. Let's just say they made the end of my birthday extra special.

My order got messed up and they were quick to compensate and apologize. Super friendly and they went above and beyond! My first time here and I am very pleased!

Westside Pizza, my husband and I enjoying sometime alone. Stopped here for some pizza. I only had two slices. I have been with stomach pain and diarrhea. It is around 7pm and still have gross stuff coming out of my body. Service was good. But won't be going for a second time.

I enjoyed the very nice MD helpful cashier who took our order. To be honest the pizza was not so great. So much so I asked for my leftovers.. and completely left them behind.. great service could be better pizza

Love Westside pizza! Usually. My last visit was good bit I had to be really specific about ordering because In the past my order either was under cooked or over done, way to much sauce or not enough. I'm not a picky person I just want a standard amount of sauce.
