We
ordered
pizza
from
this
location
online
and
when
I
ordered
the
website
said
I
should
receive
a
confirmation
email
with
order
details.
I
never
received
a
confirmation
email
so
I
called
the
location
after
40
minutes
to
check
and
make
sure
they
had
received
the
order.
When
I
called
I
was
told
that
yes
they
had
my
order,
the
pizza
was
ready
but
waiting
for
a
delivery
driver
to
come
back
so
they
could
bring
it
to
me.
After
half
an
hour
I
called
again
to
check
on
my
order
(we
live
8
mins
from
this
location)
and
he
said
that
the
delivery
driver
had
just
left
with
my
order.
After
another
20
minutes
I
called
and
asked
that
they
just
cancel
my
order,
he
said
that
was
fine
and
hung
up.
Two
hours
after
I
had
originally
ordered
my
pizza,
a
delivery
driver
shows
up
at
my
house
with
pizza.
I
told
him
we
had
cancelled,
apologized
to
him,
gave
him
some
cash
for
a
tip
for
his
trouble
and
he
left
(I
did
not
take
the
pizza).
This
was
all
on
a
Wednesday
night
and
I
ordered
at
5pm.
No
one
apologized,
told
me
they
were
short
staffed
or
gave
me
any
kind
of
reason
this
was
taking
so
long.
The
following
Sunday
I
called
because
my
credit
card
had
not
been
credited
for
the
order
I
never
received.
The
manager
stated
she'd
fix
it
that
day
and
call
me
back
that
night.
I
never
heard
from
her
so
I
called
again
Monday.
She
apologized,
said
she'd
do
it
that
night
when
she
got
to
work
and
she'd'
call
me
the
next
day
to
let
me
know
she'd
reversed
it.
Today
is
Wednesday
and
I
have
still
not
heard
from
anyone,
have
not
heard
a
reason,
have
not
received
an
apology.
I
have
never
ordered
pizza
from
this
location
and
after
this
experience
I
never
will
again.
