I look forward to my dental visits. Susan, at the front desk is ever gracious and kind. The scheduling and office folks are efficient. My dental assistant Jenna, is kind, thoughtful and efficient. Dr. Davies is a champ -great bedside manner, quality technique-in the past has called me after a procedure to check on my progress. Well run, efficient team-oriented office who are also kind, thorough and gentle.

On those rare occasions when something more serious surfaces during a routine cleaning and checkup, they are very prompt in scheduling the work, and the results are well crafted and efficiently accomplished with care and precision and good humor. I have been going there for 5 years now and have never had a bad experience, even when problems with my teeth had to be corrected. One of the best dentist operations I have ever worked with.

I recently lost a filling and part of the tooth. I am new in town and was fortunate to get an appointment with this group. All the staff were great, I walked out of there with a new crown that fit perfectly. The whole thing was completely pain free. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I was very impressed with Riverway Family Dental. I am from out of town and chipped my tooth. I called and they got me in the following day. They told me I would need a crown and fit me in on their lunch hour to do so. They were able to fit me in a permanent crown that same day within a couple of hours. Their staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Dr. Alexander was as well. He even called me that evening to check on me!! I would highly recommend this dentist and office.

New patient. I had some sore teeth and they couldn’t get me in for a couple months. They ended up fitting me in the next day AND getting my cleaning before months end. I also have very sensitive teeth but my exam and cleaning were pain free. Thanks Stephanie, you’re amazing!

Michelle is always a joy to be around. She works quickly, is thorough, and does an excellent job. She is very kind and is a joy to be around. She has become a great friend which enhances her professionalism. Today I was examined by Dr. Gad (sp?). I really liked him and he did an excellent job with his examination and explanations of what he saw. If I must to go to a dentist, this visit was about as good as it gets.

Professional and modern establishment. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. Pretty much the most pleasant dental experience I’ve ever had.

A great dental practice. Everyone is always so welcoming and the technicians go above and beyond to make you feel connected. I have had several procedures there and the aftercare was excellent. Would highly recommend.
