Hello all, I have been living here since 2 years now and I can't stop praising them. This is not a promotional review but an honest resident review. I have hardly had any issue while moving in/moving out and community is super friendly. The staff, manager, concierge, maintenance team everything is amazing. The rent is reasonable(May be a bit high) but the amenities are top . Awesome rooftop, gym, houses. On top of that, since I am photographer, I get to click this amazing photos.

The AMLI Arc is an amazing community with beautiful apartments and great amenities. I had the pleasure to tour the building with Allan whose friendliness and knowledge of the community thoroughly impressed me (he went above and beyond to find the ideal unit for me). I ultimately decided on a different building because it is closer to my workplace, but I would definitely recommend the AMLI Arc.

Lovely building with fairly big rooms and living space. New enough to have air conditioning and old enough to be spacious. The views are good and the common facilities on the rooftop are good. You can see the lake and you can see the Space Needle too. However, rents are fairly steep. 4500 for a two bedroom apartment if I heard right. Worth living in if you can afford it.

The ARC is home! In my 38 years of living, I have never felt at home and moved quite often. I am now home and don't ever want to leave. The office staff, Ashley and Matt, feel like a fAMLI, the maintenance team responds within minutes of requests. Can't forget the concierge group as well. Brittney has made us feel like royalty, every time we enter. From the views to the amenities, you cant go wrong choosing this community as your next home. My biggest draw back to living in the city was having an outdoor space for my pups. Between the dog run on the 12th floor and the surrounding dog parks, they are loving it as much as I am.

Trash and recycling chutes often unusable because a door gets stuck open on some random floor and electronically blocks the rest from being used. Other than this one (infuriating) issue, most everything else is fine. Willing to re-review if and when this is permanently fixed.

The receptionist didn’t give enough instructions and didn’t allow my partner to tour together since we only have one ID. But the email I got says “ bring at least one government-issued photo ID for all adults over the age of 18 that will be touring.” Moreover, when I asked to validate my parking ticket, she just gave me another empty ticket and I thought I can use it to get out of the garage. However that ticket was invalid and I have to pay 8 dollars for parking. Really bad experience.

I've lived here for over a year, and the location is very convenient—walking distance to Capitol Hill, NEU, downtown, Chinatown, and Amazon. The common area is very well maintained. I loved the ping pong table and board games on the 41st floor. The unit is air-conditioned, high ceiling, good sound insulation, and same-floor garbage room access. The management team is very responsible and responsive. The only drawback is that the air conditioner is a bit loud. I would highly recommend this apartment!

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. My experience from this location has been nothing but unpleasant, the staff are inconsistent when it comes to customer service. The building smell like dog urine all over, they do not have a quality system in place for screening applicants. I was a resident at this location a few years ago and thought it would be a good place to live again due to proximity from my office. (Only convenience) However they scammed me out of my 500 deposit due to an order that has moved my move in date back. I understand they can’t hold an apartment for a long period of time however what I do not understand is why Take my deposit if I am considering moving back in 6 weeks. But that’s sums it up, nowadays when a tenant looks over all the bad things at a facility, they should immediately reconsider their decision and make a better one. Stay away from AMLI ARC they are greedy!!

I had issue with my previous landlord, I move out immediately, I need to find a place as soon as possible. Since I need short term rental, and a lot of the places does not offer lease less than six months. AMLI Arc is a good place to choose. I really appreciate Jon Hart who took me for a tour. He is such a nice guy and willing to find me a good match. Even though the short term lease not really met my need, I find another place more suitable for me. In the future, when I come back to Seattle and sign a longer lease, i’ll definitely choose to live in Amli Arc, they have the best amenities like premium dog wash facilities.
