to

from
Ambala
cantt
haryana.
Ihave
already
talk
with
manager
and
confirmed
Booking
on
21
june
and
22
june
before
reaching
hotel.
Manager
said
your
booking
for
Ac
room
is
confirmed
you
come
freely.
But
on
22
june
I
reached
at
hotel.
At
reception
I
came
to
know
that
my
ac
room
was
allotted
to
someone
else
and
for
me
Non
ac
room
was
allotted.
It
was
very
disappointing
situation
created
by
the
manager.
I
get
insulted
by
this
behaviour
of
hotel
reception
and
manager
.
so
i
refused
to
stay
there.
So
I
must
say
that
hotel
management
is
very
very
poor.
I
request
for
contact
number
of
Hotel
owner
at
reception
to
complaint
this
behavior
but
they
refused
to
provide
no.
So
I
must
say
that
no
one
should
visit
this
hotel.
very
much
poorest
service
I
experienced
here.
If
Owner
of
this
hotel
read
this
my

them
he
should
take
action
against
these
employees
who
r
responsible
for
such
type
of
behavior
with
customer.
I
have
travelled
22
hrs
journey
to
reach
this
hotel.
