Dr. Arthi Krishnamoorthy is very committed and keenly listens and asks relevant questions when I describe my issue to her during any appointment. For around a year, with every food intake, I was frequently going through burning sensation either in my shoulder, neck, behind my ears, face and head due to acid reflux. I was also frequently experiencing pressure in my neck and ears causing severe discomfort. In about 10month’s time, each occurrence of these episodes started causing prolonged heartburn. Daily intake of 20mg Omeprazole helped to keep the episodes under control but still had to be on a very severe restricted diet. Due to restricted food intake, I had dropped from 50kgs to 40kgs over the period of time and became very weak. I also started going through severe constipation and inflammation. In the night, I was only able to sleep in a highly elevated position because of heartburn, which was adversely affecting my back and neck. I had to wake up early in the morning to have some food intake due to heartburn. All these affected the quality of my sleep badly. With Dr. Arthi’s homeopathy treatment, from the very first day of the treatment, I was able to stop Omeprazole 20mg. In a week’s time, the symptoms of heart burn, burning sensations and other discomforts drastically reduced and I was able to gradually expand my diet including intake of one serving of nuts a day, 2 servings of fruits a day, one serving of organic skimmed milk a day, 2 servings of buttermilk a day, dosas made out of quinoa, rajgeera, teff, juwar, bajra, a tsp of tahini(ground sesame seeds) a day, millet based idlies, one serving of well-cooked baby lima beans or black eyed beans in my side dish and was able to add cooked shredded coconut in my dishes. With diet expansion, gradually I have been gaining weight in the last 3 months and getting into healthy weight range. I am able to sleep in a normal posture without straining my back or neck and is not forced to wakeup early in the morning due to heart burn. I have started having quality sleep and has not been experiencing constipation. With this homeopathy treatment, when I keep my diet sugar free and gluten free, my inflammation is also under very good control.
