I had a terrible experience with Stanza Calgary. They made promises to return my security deposit if I left after two months, but once the two months were up, their representative wouldn't answer my calls or messages. They lure you in with false promises but fail to keep their word. I paid a rent of 14,600 for a two-sharing accommodation, but it was definitely not worth it. The lunch they provided was stale, and when I raised a ticket about it, they promised to deliver lunch to my office in the afternoon and closed the ticket. However, they never followed through on their promise. They advertised that hot water was included, but since it relied on a solar water heater, we couldn't get hot water in the morning. To make matters worse, there were 90 people staying at the property, but they only had one working washing machine. The other one was out of order. I tried to adjust to these issues, but now they refuse to return my security deposit. Overall, my experience with Stanza has been the worst.

I had one of the disappointing stays in Stanza Living Calgary House, the worst part of the hostel was the food being served over there. I am a college student and whatever food I pack for lunch in the morning, gets spoilt in the afternoon while I eat. The food was not served fresh enough. There were no proper responses to hundreds of complaints been made to them. In regard to food, I vote zero for this hostel. The rooms were very congested and you will barey find any space to walk inside your room. Also this hostel is on the expensive side. The only good thing about this place was that they provide cab services to the college, ambience is good and they are also liberal enough. I would always ask you to think more than twice before you get into this hostel if you are concerned about food.

I had a wonderful experience at Stanza, they managed to provide me with a comfortable living space and basic necessities. However the troubles that I faced were with a standard hot water, at times UPS issues and the rooms could be maintained better. Overall, I would definitely recommend Stanza for a student.

Nice ambience ,security & food also tastes good .they are quite professional as well as loving to be with them at times feels like we are friends .

Stanza Living was different and a awesome experience with the stanzans and RC's. The infrastructures were really superb. The interaction between the team was very friendly.

Overall like to stay at Stanza The facilities in the PG is above average! We are provided with washing machines for our laundry, fridges, oven, waffle maker,etc for cooking

I stayed in Stanza living ottawa house for more than a year and vacated the room 6 months back. They didn’t pay back the security deposit till now. If you are staying in stanza living , they will make sure that you get the worst food ever.

professionally they are good at their jobs take responsibility immediately for anything n resolve the issues immediately .

whenever we want to, gym facilities, table tennis and some board games and can also avail many more facilities through the STANZA

super clean hostel for women. with all high end facilities, washing machine, food, everything is just wow. overall a nice place
