I had done manicure (some nail extensions) and pedicure from this saloon on August 2022. Almost I spend 8000/- bugs. They used very local products and the day itself my 2 extensions got lost and one of my nail polish found not finished. That day itself I had contacted them via whats app and shared the nail photos with them, so the lady who is handling whats app told straight away without apology she said "come tomorrow again" for refilling and the payment is 1180 she added. Sounds very disrespectful. Then I was shouted at her and said this is not the way of treating customer and this is how you have done in my nails. The next day I visited the so called Saloon and asked them to do it again and left without paying single cash. They didn't even ask because they know it's their problem. I am not recommending this saloon to anyone. The price is very unfair altogether

Good ambience and service! Thanks to chechi who served a cup of tea. There i see large No.of staffs creates fast service , advantage so the worker can concentrate on the client . I showed her 1 pic of the hair color I wanted and she did better than expected!! Two thumbs up for her!

Went for a hair cut for my kid. They did a wonderful job. She really loved it. The staffs were so personable and welcoming. Great ambience and good hygiene too.

This is my go to place to get my keratin treatment done and that to by Mr Nabin who is this magician who turns your frizzy hair to frizz- less , smooth and hastle free hair. Absolutely love how my hair turns out each time and how it stays like that for such a long time. Definitely recommending you to get your keratin treatment done by Mr Nabin.

Spent an entire day with excellent service at this Salon. Matilda was very patient and made sure all my requirements were heard to. Very satisfied with the service received and highly recommended to anyone looking for a one stop destination!

I genuinely loved all of my experiences at Glam Salon. To be honest, I’m very picky about where I go to get my beauty fixes, and they exceeded my expectations. As a foreigner, it was great that they were very communicative. But everyone, from my waxer, to my facialist, or manicurist, pedurist were all so very kind and incredibly focused on deliverying an excellent service. The haircut with the creative director was outstanding too. Beautiful place, great ambience, fabulous team - 10/10 recommend.

It’s the best place for pedicure. Such calming and spacious space. The pedicure chair is a massaging chair too. And such good staff always attending to you. It’s a luxury experience .Special mention to Rekha for her fabulous massage post pedicure.

While the facial was adequate, there is certainly room for improvement. I asked for a facial for sensitive skin and the extremely minty face mask was too strong and very uncomfortable that I had to ask for it to removed early. Once you have a face mask applied, you are just left alone in the room for 20 minutes. It would have been nice to have a bit of a neck or shoulder massage during that time like other salons do during that mask time. This was especially frustrating as I had just been left alone for 15 minutes with an additionally added face mask at the beginning of the facial. No ambiance in the room- how about some gentle relaxing music? The room itself was cold and I had to ask for something to cover myself while waiting for my face masks to dry. There is no lock on the room door when you change into the robe they provide. Another beautician walked in during my facial and had a quick chat which was unprofessional. It’s a lovely salon but it has potential to be better with a few small touches.

My service was done by Nirupa in Glam. I was really happy with the way my hair cut turned out and would recommend this place for a good hair care.

Visited this salon today for a pedicure for my wife decided to have same for myself found staff very pleasant and hospitable did an excellent job on our feet then decided for haircut and colour could not fault outcome the hairdresser nabin I think his name was so particular in getting the hair exactly the way we wanted it took great pride in his work. The manager Anjaly was a lovely host all the while we were there an asset to the salon thank you

My go-to salon in Cochin. They provide quality service and use quality products. Every year I'm in Cochin I spend a day here. Sonia always does my pedicure, massage and waxing and I must say she's the best. Nirupa did my hair and she did an amazing job. Loved the spa and the trim, she did a beautiful job. Anjali was an amazing host, she constantly made sure the services provided are up to the mark. Glam is very spacious which is very important to be because I hate closed/congested spaces and the whole experience is worth the money I spent there.

Had a wonderful experience. The staff (Ali) was well trained and patient. I had to get a hair cut and beard styled and i am normally fussy about getting it done right. He understood the need and styled it just right.

This is my 3rd visit over the last 5-6 years. Impeccably neat, great service. Karan did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend this salon.

Great hospitality and service. Very happy and satisfied with the experience. Ms. Chandrika did a great job on the mani and pedi. She was absolutely focussed, with no unnecessary talks and did a neat work. Was a good experience overall.

The only salon that gives me full satisfaction after every haircut. It’s hard to find good stylists for long haired guys, but luckily I found Navin at Glam.
