I have bought a butter scotch cake half kg. They packed and gave me .. only 3km from my home. While opening the parcel the alignment of cake were not good and the letter on the cake were no proper, due to bad quality of cake box and the cake is not fixed to the cardboard under.. I have reached shop regarding issue, they just telling me that "we are running business for 5years and stating no complaint came from customers" they blaming me..... Iam totally frustrated... Also I waited 15 min for packing, the sales guy doesn't know what cakes they have, just showing the menu and telling cool that he is new to job and don't know what cake they have. Guys thnk twice before choosing this shop. Next experienced this evr. I have attached the images, just see how it is

This was a surprise B'day cake from my son. 😍 Felt very happy, it was a mango flavour cake & we relished the taste. The packing was good.

We ordered a rainbow cake for my kid's first birthday party. The size of the cake is four and a half kgs. The cake was delicious and design-wise as well, it was too good. They made the cake exactly like what we showed. I would recommend it. The person on the phone also helped me a lot during the delivery of the cake. He was too professional. And kudos to the delivery guys as well. The effort which they took to deliver it to us from Avinashi Road to Sulur, and they helped me a lot in settling the cake on the fridge, was too good.

I have been a customer of fb cake for two years at Hobbs branch today I went to buy cake and delivery time was already taking too much this time also they did the same thing this time it came and you see this is the 5th time they asked for a side every time I accepted it and went to that store again they are late every time one or two If you do service like this to the customers of the year, all the other customers will suffer a lot. Don't worry about this, your company will have a bad name. Then when I called and asked for milk, they told me to bring it at 7:00, ten minutes from 7:00, ten minutes, and then they gave delivery at like eight o'clock.Very worst
