We went to therapy centre and paid 5000 as advance for treatment. But we could not go to centre because my wife was getting more pain in right leg after first treatment in the centre and due to covid lockdown as well. After a week, i got call from Gain Therapy centre and explained the situation why we are not able to come, so they said they will refund the advance amount as we did not bisit for treatment, i agreed and shared my bank account details 5 months ago. They haven't refund the amount till now and whenever i call them to check about refund they are telling sir is out of station or not available. Poor service and they are not respecting customers.
