I had travelled using this travel agent recently and it was my first time abroad seal on my password and first time in flight. I booked my honeymoon trip to Dubai on December 2020. The dealing with Akhil was great because he was very polite and professional. The team took care of the tickets and taxis. I wanted to have a hassle free holiday and I believe that it was well taken care. Everyday the taxi would arrive on time to head for the destination and the tickets for the venue were shared earlier to me. There was a WhatsApp group to co-ordinate actively. Additionally they booked the hotel at Diera and it was good with a complimentary breakfast that was very tasty. Few things which I didn't like during the trip were firstly on the cruise dinner evening we weren't aware of the FCFS method. Hence, we had to wait about an hour to get a table set-up in the top deck after requesting the manager couple of times. Secondly, Global Village was planned from 5-9 in the evening but it is quite a large area to cover within 4 hours. We had to run towards the exit as it was close to 9pm because we were not aware of how large the place is and the cab driver was rushing to arrive on time. When we reached hotel our legs were swollen. We could have planned in a better manner for these two days if we had the prior knowledge about these places which definitely I never found on the internet from my research. :) Overall, I think the service was really good and I would recommend to use the service but my request would also be to do one's own research as well in order to avoid any surprises.
