    Worst service ever... Never book from Thomas Cook.. They provide absolutely no customer service once they receive the payment! Booking with Thomas Cook means throwing your money in fire! Please save your money!

    Had a great experience with Thomas Cook. They organised our Singapore trip this month and did an awesome job. Would like to recommend them for all travel needs. Hope to avail their services many times in the future.

    The service is very good and fast too. Forex card and foreign currency will be received within few minutes after payment. Trustable Agency.

    Worst Service, Get VISA service from local vendor. Till the time i paid fee they followed up, Once i made the payment i am not able to get any response from them.

    Small place on the backside of the building. One has to look for the sign board. Staff was helpful with my inquiries. Very minimal office, unlike regular travel agencies, there were no posters, flyers, .... But the staff is courteous and efficient.
