I rushed down to the clinic at 10:40pm earlier on as I just had a sudden allergy reaction. There was a handwritten notice pasted on the door which state that registration is closed and to visit tomorrow. However, I still decided to go in to ask the clinic assistants if I could still see the doctor as I saw that there were no patients queuing in the clinic and it is very likely that I will be able to see the doctor before the closing time of 11pm. When I asked the clinic assistants if I could see the doctor for allergy, they said that doctor is seeing the last patient and will be leaving after that, but they are nice enough and went in to ask the doctor. They came out and say that the doctor will not accept any patient anymore. I asked if I could just take medicine only because my face is swollen and my whole body is itching from allergic reaction. The clinic assistants told me if it is urgent, I could visit the A&E instead. The doctor could obviously hear our conversation as he walked to another room behind the reception. He dared not make eye contact with us at all. Although I know that registration is closed already and the doctor may be very tired from a whole day of work, I am just very saddened and disappointed that the doctor is unwilling to see any patient despite the fact that there is still 20 minutes to the official closing time. So would not recommend any to rush down to the clinic after 10pm or so as the doctor will not accept any patient after registration is closed even though there is no more patient.

Visited the place on Sunday, the clinic assistant was rude and didn’t even give me a number. Registered and told me to wait outside. Seen a young male doctor and wasn’t given medication for the main symptom. I obviously didn’t get better in the coming days so I called and asked whether I can get an MC extension and the clinic assistant told me no, I have to consult the doctor again. She also told me to come down before 11am. When I made it there, the place was packed and I had to wait for almost 2 hours. The clinic assistant administered ART test on me and she shoved the stick so deep into my nose. I think she doesn’t know the difference between ART & PCR. Second visit was a lady doctor and I made sure to tell her what medicine I need. I don’t know why I’m doing their job for them.

Was a little reluctant to come here due to the poor reviews, but came anyway as it was the closest to my place. Pleasantly surprised by how courteous the doctor and 2 clinic staff were. They were professional and lady doing my ART was very gentle.

Visited this clinic for the first time. Clinic Assistants were really nice and helpful but wouldn't recommend to see the doctor here, he couldn't wait to send me out of the door and didn't really ask me proper questions. I wasn't diagnosed properly, didn't feel better the next day and had to seek a second opinion.

Reached at 12.50pm. And say come back after 2pm, it's closed. Not stated close at this time in google map or even the main door itself. And its Thursday. Generally there is really problems with clinics in Singapore. Authority should do something.

Doctors are good and the receptionist who attended to me was okay and that's why I am giving 2 stars. Waiting time just to get registered is horrible maybe even horrendous. The Chinese receptionist literally just sitting down there doing nothing. Idk what is she getting paid for. People sick at least have some empathy and get the job done fast. Sit down there in aircon chit chat while patient waiting outside for meds and payment instead of resting at home. Worse than polyclinic. If you ever make the mistake of getting sick, don't make the lethal mistake of coming to this clinic after 7pm. If polyclinics were open any later, I would rather go there. Less waiting times.

Nearer clinic closer to home. Went to visit but forgot to bring a mask as i was terribly sick and nuring a throbbing headache. Rejected giving me a mask though offered to buy one. Decided not to visit then. If the service staff has not much sympathy, its very pathetic. Likely wont visit forever. Thanks.

rude receptionist. this place is not cheap btw, was charged $70 for a cough previously, came back a second time just because it’s convenient at the mrt, but the receptionist as rude as ever. also, charging 50cents for mask is ridiculous - stop trying to make money off patients like that.

Lousy and rude counter staffs. Tha approach of the counter staff is really rude. I visited the clinic on 26 June 22 at 1150am, counter staff said there are too many people. Ask me to come at 2pm. I visited the clinic at 150pm again. The counter lady ask me ”I thought u come earlier, I recognised you”. I told her that “I did, but didn’t get to see doctor due to long queue”. She mentioned “I thought my colleague told you 2pm?” I told them “it’s 150pm now, I just want to check if I am able to register first?“ Why do they takes things so rigid, must start at 2pm exactly. There are no proper queue system! No seats, just keep on ask patients to WAIT OUTSIDE. If this clinic is not near my place and I’m really feeling sick, I wouldn’t had visits here. In future if I’m really sick, I’m going to travel a bit farther to visit other clinic than to visit here.

Went for my HPV vaccination as it’s the nearest clinic available to me based on the MOH appointment system. The receptionists (Chinese lady & an Indian gentleman) were really polite and helpful when it came to answering my queries. The female doctor was really nice as well while administering the jab. While waiting to make my payment, the clinic started seeing an influx of patients but the receptionists were still polite to them. Overall, I had a pleasant experience despite the reviews below. I’ll return for my 2nd and last dose.

Terrible customer service! We made a phone call before going down and been told that will always be doctor around by a guy. But when we reached, the guy asked us to wait for an hour for shift change!!!

Called in to check how many patients before me so I can gauge the waiting time. Staff at counter didn’t bother to wait for me to finish my sentence and proceeded to cut me off by asking me to go down and join the queue. I understand that it’s a clinic but I don’t think it’s that hard to let me know how many patients are there inside waiting?

Second time visiting as this clinic is under my insurance but I would STRONGLY advise against it. (1) I called the clinic before I went in and the receptionist didn’t even give me a proper answer to what I was asking. Just said “walk in.” (2) when I arrived, the receptionist were all over the place and there was even one who was wearing slippers and mask not even worn properly- I’m not to judge but this is a place where people who are sick go, there needs to be a level of safety. Plus, the one who gave me my medication couldn’t explain it properly. (3) the locum doctor I saw, she was so fast, hardly even gave me the space to tell her what I thought, just one question after another. And okay go. I strongly advise against going here. I was down with a viral infection and had no energy to look for another clinic near me under my insurance, thus I just went here (my 2nd time). But this is not the kind of safety, service and support I ever want when I’m sick. Horrible experience. For the same price, you can definitely get better everything in another clinic.

Second time coming here. Was attended by polite workers & doctor was the same who checked me last time. Explained thoroughly about my fever(what to do and what not to do). Give me medicine and I was charged with reasonable price.

Dr Dominic was very helpful on my visit dated 22 June 2023 concerning my shoulder-strain issues. He progressively did checks to ascertain my status, and was very assuring in his advice. On impromtu request, he also patiently shared preventive measures that I can take. As a layman, it truly felt more like a specialist visit and I am thankful for it.

Easy accessible via CCK MRT. Went there to accompany my unwell sister. Receptionist was arrogant, doesn’t seem friendly. Process of registration was fast. Once register, just wait outside until number is being flashed on the screen then visit the doctor. Overall experience was okay. Could been better.

Everyone is polite and respectful. Despite a crowded space, everyone works professionally. The number system is good but may be improved with just a simple slip of paper given to each patient so that they can remember the number. Keep up the good work doctors and pharmacists.

Perplexed as to why this clinic has so many bad reviews... I came to this clinic on Saturday, 19 Nov as this was the closest clinic on my panel of GPs under my company's insurance. Was here around noon time and was promptly served the two friendly clinic assistants. Not overly friendly but you know, just doing their job. Dr Dominic was on duty that day and he was friendly and listened to me when I was telling him about why I was feeling unwell that day. gave me some medication and I left the clinic in less than 30 minutes. My experience may differ greatly from the rest of the reviews but I was fortunate I guess?

Doctor Gwee was fine, straight to the point and gets the job done. The front desk receptionist(s) were very much a disaster - unprofessional, rude and have no idea what is required from them; a simple request seems to take a lot out of of them. The clinic’s reviews will definitely go up if the receptionist(s) gets proper training and provide better solution to certain scenario/ problems.

100% wont recommend this place. This place is not only daylight robbery and also super unprofessional!! The receptionists are not wearing masks and they still charge patients 50 cent for mask?? When I heard the convo that they charged 50 cent, I was shocked? & you cant use your insurance to pay for it so you need to pay 50 cent immediately. They are already charging a very high consultation fee, I dont understand why there is a need to charge money for the mask? At this point, they are just taking advantage of patient’s urgency to see doctor. & the worst part is, they misdiagnosed me. They tot I had viral infection but it was bacterial infection so I wasted my time eating their medication. I had to see another clinic for my treatment and honestly what a waste of time to go to this clinic! I was wondering why lesser and lesser ppl are going to this clinic.. I guess I know why now

Went down for my HPV vaccination appointment and was told on the spot that they were out of stock. Receptionist was not apologetic at all and did not bother to give their customers a call to inform them when they have my number in their system. Wasted my time. Other clinics called me beforehand to inform me of the shortage hence I changed my appointment to this clinic.

Not even worth a star actually. Terrible clinic. Stated opening hours as 8am to 11pm. Went at 1pm and was told doctor need go lunch and back at around 2pm. Informed about my high fever not subsidising despite seeing from the clinic on Friday but the receptionist mentioned need see and wait for doctor although doctor still in room. Worse is not friendly and rude attitude. Didn’t even bother to look at patient when talking. Terrible service. Thumbs down!

My whole family caught the flu virus and went to this place around 7.50pm. We were very well served by receptionists Cheryl and May - I’d like to commend their top service quality and attitude. We saw Dr Ma and he was really patient and helpful. They went the extra mile to atrend to us which left us a great impression. Kudos to these medical service personnel! Also got to know that they have yet to have their dinner so late in the night just to ensure the job is done. Thanks for everything and great job!!!

Counter staff was good but the doctor seems very inexperienced and not capable of giving sound medical diagnosis. I wonder how did this young man receive his medical degree. One have to question the selection and rigour of the training regimes given to young medical practitioners. Given his standards, anyone with a desktop can use google to find the right medicine to combat the ailment. If there is 0 stars, this might be the first review.

I saw Dr Kenneth today and saw how he ran the clinic, he was extremely professional in explaining and providing me with right diagnosis, noted the clinic was overwhelmed but he was super good and calm, running it like it was an A&E He saw sick patients first and apologised to us sincerely for skipping our queue which we totally understand There was also difficult patients but the team did well to handle all of them together. Kudos to the team on 24/12 I feel safe with such a competent doctor around, don't be surprised if he Sherlock Holmes you, he was able to tell I have a cat which may have triggered my allergies without me telling him

Indian lady at the counter was extremely ride to my wife. My wife was feeling fuzzy dizzy and had issues remembering our postal code (before my arrival). Counter staff had the audacity to tell my wife "can faster anot, a lot of people waiting outside". Hello, what kind of customer service is this? When i arrived there was only 2 other customers waiting, my wife was clearly suffering and the audacity of you, the customer service representative, to ask her to hurry up? Dont bother going to this clinic unless you want your day to be absolutely ruined. Trust the 1 star review bros and avoid this clinic. Take care brothers.

The younger receptionist’s attitude was rude and uncalled for. Was quite unsure if she was asking or interrogating me for my details during registration. When making payment she asked me to pay digitally when they have change available in their drawer. Is my cash not money to her? Please educate her some basic customer service if she were to continue as a receptionist. I am only giving 2 stars for the doctor and the other lady staff assisting at the reception, otherwise it’s a 0 star.
