EXTREMELY
UNPLEASANT
EXPERIENCE
WITH
THEM.
I
went
to
this
clinic
because
of
Zenyum
which
I
need
to
request
for
a
change
of
clinic
as
the
dentist
was
very
unprofessional
and
very
unmeticulous
in
handling
my
teeth.
1.
Very
rough
during
the
procedure,
overstretched
my
lips
till
they're
bruised
the
next
day.
2.
Scanner
was
spoil
and
she
decided
to
do
teeth
mold
for
me
(can
be
very
unprecise)
which
ended
up
with
aligners
not
fitting
to
my
teeth.
Wasted
my
time
as
I
have
to
went
back
for
second
scanning.
Already
told
her
I
don't
mind
coming
back
once
scanning
device
is
fixed
instead
of
having
to
do
teeth
mold
on
the
spot
right
after
which
may
have
a
much
lower
tendency
to
achieve
a
precise
teeth
mold.

Left
the
buttons
there
in
my
teeth
since
aligners
doesn't
fit
on
that
visit.
I
was
being
unable
to
close
my
teeth
fully
yet
she
didn't
check
in
with
me
till
I
have
to
go
back
the
clinic
and
clarify
with
them.
Didn't
even
offer
to
take
the
buttons
down
for
me
while
waiting
for
aligners
production
which
Zenyum
normally
has
to
take
month
to
do
so.
4.
When
I
went
back
to
the
clinic,
dentist
has
no
sense
of
urgency.
This
thing
dragged
because
she
didn't
perform
her
job
properly.
When
it's
finally
my
turn,
the
room
door
was
left
completely
open
as
they
hastily
tried
to
settle
the
buttons
hurriedly
without
care.
I
realized
that
customers
from
the
outside
were
watching
me
during
the
procedure
and
I
have
no
sense
of
privacy
at
all.
5.
Bad
customer
service
at
the
counter
too.

Didn't
even
ask
me
for
photos
of
my
previous
X-ray
and
went
ahead
to
take
for
me
again
unnecessarily.
Exposing
to
unnecessary
radiation.
Should
have
informed
customer
that
there
will
be
x-ray
taken
so
that
we
might
be
able
to
provide
you
with
pictures
taken
not
too
long
ago.
Spoiled
my
journey
with
Zenyum,
because
of
this
there's
many
complications
for
change
of
dentist.
