Do not order from this rotten restaurant. It is clearly mismanaged and Jollibee is doing NOTHING about it. Ordered from Grab since 6.30pm but nothing is done until 8.15pm and Grab has to cancel the order because the restaurant is not responding.

Agree with the other reviewers. THIS OUTLET SUCKS. Ordered at 6pm via grab. Rider already there. Food was ready out of kitchen at 7.30pm. WTH is 1.5hours to fry some chicken that you should have prepared ahead of a peak hour??? Jollibee??? Order arrived with missing food items. OMG I am so hungry please. And this outlet only have POTATO CHIPS. No fries. Why???? Jollibee what you doing????

just close down this store if no one can manage it . i got the wrong order the first time i ordered. second time i waited 2 hrs for the food. what are you doing?

Always Chicken Too small then another outlets..never buy again this outlets 😔

Very bad service and staff giving attitude 👎 Food collection timing was late cause they forgotten my order online. After food ready also shortage of fries and large coke which paid extra for it ( staff claim they don’t have in this outlet )

Terrible waiting time over here. Workers take their own sweet time with no customers at all.

It’s ridiculous. Dinner takes more than 2 hours to arrive.. now I understood why this branch ratings are so bad
