My
family
do
our
groceries
at
FairPrice
all
our
lives
and
is
a
great
supporter.
I
think
this
is
an
independent
incident
and
I
like
to
bring
FairPrice
management’s
attention
to
a
poor
customer
service
experience
on
Jun
30,
2019
at
FairPrice
Finest
Bedok
Mall.
We
were
at
self
checkout
and
after
completing
checkout,
we
noticed
the
3
packs
of
vegetables
we
bought
weren’t
charged
at
the
prices
that
was
displayed
at
the
vegetable
station.
It
was
supposed
to
be
3
for
$3.95.
However,
the
3
packs
were
charged
individually
at
$1.60,
$1.60
&
$1.95
separately.
Usually
we
would
just
live
with
it
and
go
home.
However,
when
we
felt
that
they
should
make
the
promotion
clearer
so
that
shoppers
wouldn’t
suffer
the
same
confusion
we
did.
We
tried
to
point
this
staff
at
the
self
check
out
counter
about
the
confusing
pricing
at
this
vegetable
counter.
We
told
them
that
there
weren’t
any
individual
pricing
for
each
type
of
vegetables.
It
just
said
3
for
$3.95.
We
were
responded
many
times
quote
“you
have
to
pick
the
vegetables
of
the
same
prices”.
We
decided
to
leave
but
were
told
off
“why
raise
your
voice”
We
might
not
be
very
considerate
by
speaking
loudly
but
we
were
reprimanded
and
we
don’t
think
it
is
a
great
customer
experience.
And
we
were
trying
to
help
and
we
got
s
nasty
response.
We
hope
Fairprice’s
management
can
look
into
this.
