Cashier was unfriendly and seemed prejudiced against me. There was a small queue and she treated all cm quite alright but when it was my turn as my item was below the $10 amount I was not able to pay wave, so I just took another piece of the same item since it was displayed at the cashier. I saw her frown even though she was wearing a mask as it was pretty obv and she also commented “ are you sure? “ After that I collected the items and was waiting for the transaction to go through, and then she commented “ u cannot leave until it’s approve “. I understand this procedure so I waited. once I saw that it was approved, I thanked her and wanted to go but she tried to stop me and wanted to check on the transaction. She was busy doing her own things while I was waiting for the transaction to go through so she probably was not even paying attention to the payment. Unpleasant and judgemental experience.

Really rude and impatient lady wearing glasses cashier

This shop met my expectation for a Miniso shop. It has everything and anything u can think of. I like that they can cater to customers of all ages, which means that if I bring my toddler to this shop he will not be bored. The shop layout is very neat, bright and clean and the staff is friendly. Do bring your own enviro bags if you intend to buy a lot of things here as the shop has stopped giving plastic bags to customers as part of its nod to being environmentally friendly. If you would like to purchase a bag, it will cost 10cents each.

I recently visited Bedok Miniso. I was there few minute earlier and they didn't open shop on time, There was one lady in the cashier and since the one door open halfway I asked about what time the shop going to open and she said after she done something.(I did not hear it clearly). Then she slowly came and open the door and she behave I annoyed her. It's ok bit late, But what I don't like is her attitude toward me. She did not care about customer at all. I really do not want to go there again.

Cool shop with almost everything, similar to daiso but smaller! Staff kept talking amongst themselves, tester products were not working and quality of products questionable! Hence minus 1 star Overall decent place!

Intended to pay a visit to this branch, arrive at 10++am but waited for 2 hours till 12pm, the shop yet to open. Waste of time waiting better go to other branch.
