Today i have went to this massage shop and a name of Linda who serve me and she massage me 1hrs throughout the journey she was playing phone non stop and her attuide is sucks when i went to the shop at 3pm and she end it at 3.45 and ask me to shower i question her why i pay for 1 hrs of massage and just a 45mins massage she say is included shower and i have ask counter they said is not included and was fake what kind of dishonest act will never go to the shop again.

poor experience do not go to this shop is a scam shop and service is no good rude

Do not book the masseuse named Alice. She got an attitude and gets angry during the massage. I guess she has some preferred customers and does not want to give massage to others. If that's the case, she would have told me or the counter. I can find other masseuse or other spa. Moreover, she was chatting with and talking to others (I hope other customers awaiting her) during the time for which I already paid. It disturbed me and spoiled my mood. She purposefully hurt my skin using her sharp nails today even though I repeatedly told her that it was painful. Then I had to stop the massage session and leave the spa. It was not only waste of money but had a bad weekend also.
