We had a fun afternoon crafting our rings under the close guidance of Vonna. Right from the get go, she gave us helpful suggestions on our ring widths and when we discussed our design with her. She guided us patiently step-by-step and even helped snap some nice photos of when we were working on our rings. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Went for an afternoon ring making workshop with my fiancé, and it was a fun experience. Shandy, Vonna and Joo Seng were friendly and patient in guiding us step by step through the process. From the moment we came in, we were welcomed and briefed on the ring customisation options. There were various styles and designs to choose from, and tools were all provided as well. They even provided a tripod stand for you to take timelapse videos. Throughout my time there, the staff gave clear instructions on what to do, and were with us every step of the way to support us till the finished product. We never felt rushed to complete the workshop. At the end of the workshop, they would help to take nice pictures and send it to you as well. Recommended for couples who are looking for date ideas, or to create something unique and personalised!

My wife and I went to 28MM studio for a ring making session. There were points that we would want to specially highlight about this workshop. 1) The staff attending to us were really patient, and we did not feel at any time that we were being rushed. (Sorry forgot to get her name) 2) The instructions given by the instructors were really detailed, clear, and very pleasant. (Before we went to the workshop, we were pretty worried that the instructor was a grumpy person who would scold us for everything that we did wrong. Thankfully, that did not happened) 3) During the process of the ring making, the staff also helped us to take photos and videos for us. The photos and videos were also sent to us at the end of the sessions 4) The workshop is clean and tidy. There is 1 con that I would want to highlight on the location of the workshop. The building does not have parking space, so it is advisable to park at the other available parking locations suggested by 28mm studios. We parked at upper serangoon shopping centre as recommended by the studio. Do also factor in the time to walk to the studio from the nearest carpark.

staff and boss were nice, friendly and also very welcoming. they helped us a lot throughout the entire process. they were very patient with us and the ambience of the studio was nice. they were kind to accommodate to my request to surprise my partner with a bouquet. ☺️👍🏼💯

Visited 28mm workshop for my boyfriend’s birthday! Vonna was extremely attentive and helpful in the making of our rings. They are very patient in teaching and even help to take photos of us making our rings. Very memorable workshop and would come back again if i would like to get another ring made.
