Sensitive souls are advised to seek medical help elsewhere if the doctor available is Dr. Long Aisha, else take the risk that she might smite you for what she deem as being medically ignorant. I have a trash talking manager at work so it was still a bearable experience for me. She is straight talking and harsh but I suspect somewhere deep deep in the cockles of her stone cold heart that, maybe, just maybe, that she does care for her patient. The reception staff were a lot warmer and confirmed mortals like us patients. I called in advance to make an appointment and it wasn't a long wait at all. Hmmm now I'm wondering if there were no patients because the residents here knew what was awaiting. Nonetheless, would still highly recommend for those who miss their discipline masters from school days and those who are into verbal whooping.

I like the doctors there, always can chat chat one. Been seeing them for long time. Staffs sometime get stress up a bit when many people. Let appreciate their hard work.

Booking of appointment is highly recommended, a few came after me but were called in to see the doctor earlier than me. Was wondering why and found out they have made an appointment. I did a walk-in so ended up waiting for about 30 to 45 mins although the clinic wasn’t packed. I came around 2.30pm. Would be nice if the receptionist did notify the waiting time to see the doctor. Doctor was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Though the consultation is abit steep for $35 for a neighbourhood clinic.

Dr chong is very patience to check on my wounds and patience to advise on the medications needs, having great aunties to ensure our medications is taken correctly by explaining in full details is always heartwarming.. Having a booking system is indeed better to control crowd management as we don't need to wait too long.. worth my walking distance to great expectations

1st visit here, dr chong attended to me. I didnt hv an appt but the wait was fairly reasonable. Abt 15-20 Mins. Dr was v patient, detailed in explaining my illness and also took the extra mile to further determine the diagnosis. Doc also explained what type of med will be given And why anti biotics was not needed Same good experience as frontier ubi :) Nurses were also very patient and polite. Told me that i can make appointment next time

Two consecutive weeks that I experienced Dr Aisha. This Dr responds to patients like she is always being challenged about her profession even if I am only explaining the symptoms. She doesn’t make us feel welcome, no empathy. She is more like a principal rather than a Dr.

Dr Long was very sharp, she pointed out an issue that I wasn’t aware and send me for relevant scan and blood test. During the follow-up visit to review on the test results, Dr Chong was very patient and clear in his explanation of my condition. He was compassionate and offered good advice as well. It was a very good experience.

My 1st time here!! It was wonderful! Worth my walking distance to this clinic. Hehe.. Doc Tiah is knowledgable and details in explaining. Can see that she is concern and care for her patience! I feel comfortable with her. Her advises was SINCERELY from her heart. ☺️ As for the receptionists & everyone in the clinic, all are friendly and helpful! They will inform you when your number is up. I have been going to this clinic for awhile, just because it's very close to my house. I have been very patient with the staff, the staffs show a attitude and is often very rude to elderlies. This isn't all, the consultation is $35-37 without a fixed rate! I would rather walk a few miles to another clinic with consultation fee of $20+ Besides the consultation, if you book a appointment for a specific timing, and you go down the clinic you still have to wait an hour or more to see the doctor. What is the point of appointment then? Do not be deceived by the positive reviews, for a period of time the reviews were negative and the clinic was asking patients to give them positive reviews on Google.
