    Chenchen was meticulous in cleaning up my cuticles, removing my dead skin and shaping my nails - I would consider myself someone who is very particular about these. She was patient in helping me choose colours that best suited my skin tone, finger shape and preferences. She has a cheerful and jovial demeanor and is pleasant to be around. Love the end result! Highly recommend Chenchen at the nail artistry EC outlet! WhatsApp admin was efficient and scheduling appointments too, thanks so much! :)

    Waited a month to do this review/update. The Nail Artistry is one of the best places I’ve been to to get my nails done and I’ve tried a fair few places! Their technique is fantastic and I have not had any issues with my extensions even after a full month has passed and this has rarely happened for me with any other salon!! Pictures of my nails right after the service and a month later are attached. My nails also got stained a couple of days after getting them done and they let me come back in to rebuff and do another top coat at no extra charge!

    FUNGAL INFECTION ALERT I've been a regular customer at this salon, appreciating their service and skilled nail technicians. However, my recent experiences have left me compelled to share my concerns. A few months ago, I noticed a fungal infection on my toenails following a salon visit. While the situation was initially mild, my recent appointment on November 23rd resulted in a severe infection on my fingernails, unbeknownst to me until my follow-up on December 26th (refer to attached photo). Upon discovery, the technicians seemed perplexed and suggested their anti-fungus spray, conveniently available for purchase. This raised concerns about the potential prevalence of such issues among customers. Not quite surprised as for the past 2 years I’ve been going to this salon the UV sterilizer had not been replaced (most quality lamps will emit at least 80% of their original UV-C output at the end of one year). Regrettably, my Christmas mani situation is as follows: 80$ for mani appointment + 60$ anti-fungus spray + 77$ GP visit and an ACTUAL anti-fungus medical treatment + my “beautiful “ nails which will take 2 to 6 months to recuperate. I hope this serves as a cautionary tale for others, and I encourage the salon to address these hygiene issues promptly to ensure the well-being of their clients.

    They were so kind to squeeze me in for a gel manicure at the last second. Reasonable prices, excellent SKILLED staff that are truly artists. You should probably make an appointment though because they were busy (rightfully so!)

    I’ve been coming to this place for close to 2 years and have always been very happy with their services. But the past 4 appointments I have been told they can do only 1 service not 2 because 1 manicurist is sick on MC or down with COVID. If the staff is sick a lot they need to have someone on standby! I am really disappointed as I can’t have my Christmas nails now, got told to reschedule so I asked for a new appointment only to be told sorry we are fully book d until the 27th. Joke! I’ll not be renewing my package for sure!

    It can be quite challenging to secure a time slot on weekends as they tend to get booked up REALLY quickly. It's advisable to make reservations well in advance. It seems that they like to direct you to the Great World branch, even though you signed up for a package to be closer to your convenience. Additionally, after attending a session at the East Coast branch, you were asked to sign up for a package again, which seems redundant if you're unable to secure a time slot that suits you there. Appointment setter does not even bother offering you another time or date in East Coast branch. In response to your reply: It's not related to the year-end; this has been ongoing since June 2023 when I was initially suggested Great World.

    Really terrible customer service. Never reply to WhatsApp and it’s extremely hard to book an appointment as the staff pretty much ignore you. Recommend avoiding.
