Simply unbelievable with Helen’s workmanship. Did previous semi perm eye liner for 3 x but failed due to uneven skin tone and skin sensitivity. Was referred to Helen who gave professional advice to set my expectations right at the start of the treatment. I was thrilled to see the results after 3 weeks. . Went yesterday & was my first visit as well first try to do eyelash extension. Helen is nice & friendly, quite meticulous with her work. She had helped me to touch up as my lower lashes as some fell after 1 day. Helen had explained that lower lashes are likely to fall out as there are little real lashes to hold. Met my friends and they had complimented that it was done greatly as they look natural.

Did my eyelash extension (third time here!) and the whole process was so comfortable I fell asleep. No stinging sensation at all! Helen is always so meticulous, yet finishes the job in just 1 hour - super efficient. She also made sure every strand was fixed properly. Love the fluffy lashes she did for me. Lash extension that is meticulous, not damaging to my real lashes and lasts long. Did not feel itchy or uncomfortable poking sensation on my eyelids afterwards :) Tried their lash lift also very good, lasts long and no side effects. Very friendly artist and talented, will come back again for brow service.
