Waited in line for 15 mins to order my food, only to be told (when I asked) that they have CLOSED ORDERS FOR WALK-IN CUSTOMERS, and there was a whole line of people queuing to order food. How bout letting your customers know this before we join the queue? Or simply put up a sign at the counter to say walk-in orders closed? Understand the store is very busy from online orders. But if you can't even manage your physical store & walk-in customers, then don't do Grab & Deliveroo? Or at least put a pause on accepting online orders when you clearly cannot meet with the demand. This is basic customer management. Horrible store management & such a disappointing experience.

Most horrible long john silver eaten, even worse than when I grab from tampines. Waited 15 mins for my order and only got it when I asked. Fries were cold, chicken were mushy and the fried bits were soggy. Fried prawn and fish tasted weird and hard. Drink was super sweet. The dining area was quite dirty too even though its not crowded. Totally regretted eating here.

Food is ok but pity the staff because there were too many orders. Waited around 30 mins to get my food. Store should switch off grab orders during peak period because the kitchen cannot cope.

During non peak hour with just a few customers the service is still slow. The counter staff refused to take orders when I approached him to place my order, even when he's free and not serving any customer. Bad dining experience during my first visit at LJS Pasir Ris.

Their service is Too slow..Not sure if it is understaff...Food order online or walk in is so so slow. Had better other food option elsewhere.

The waiting time over here is ridiculously slow. Had to wait for 20mins for a simple porridge and a cup of coffee when there's no customers at all! I will definitely understand if the place was to be packed up however it was not so. Moreover the counter staff tall lady with specs and a slightly bigger size lady were rude and ignorant. They were more busy talking than working and packing orders. Definitely need to do something about this kind of workers.
