We're a family with a 4-year-old child, and we brought special food for the kids. After placing our order, we were informed that outside food is not allowed, even though we explained it's only for the kids. Still, the cashier insisted we eat outside. This is for the kids, come on! They still didn't understand. In the end, we packed everything and left. How can kids be asked to eat outside on their own? Food that looks and taste like the chef is tired of his job. Popped in thinking of getting some quick meal before my flight, I mistook the place for another Chinese restaurant that I usually ate at. The noodle with scallion oil was a disaster, noodles were aldente but the portion and taste was way off. $10++ for this criminal dish. 1/5 Broccoli was slightly undercooked and was still soggy. 2/5 The fried cutlet luckily was good, and reasonably priced, 4/5 Service was atrocious. They seemed to want to chat more than serve the customer. I had to ask them how to get a menu after sitting down. Last time ever!

Not sure how this place has 2 stars. Came here using priority pass and redeemed the set menu. Food was served very quickly. Quality is not terrible, definitely better than what you’d get at the lounge. Prawn dumplings in the wonton noodle were good. Not a bad place to eat at before a flight!

I am shocked with the food standard here. Isn’t this Crystal Jade? Is Go supposed to be bad? The basic plain congee is salty. The minced pork century egg tastes like the pork wasn’t marinated and the taste was completely off. The deep fried stuff is overfried and the shrimp wantons were not fresh. And it’s not cheap. $115 wasted! When I provided feedback to the staff. They just gave a nonchalant attitude. No smile, full of attitude even serving the food. Makes you feel like they are the customer not you.

Crystal Jade Go is actually another venue that you can visit as a Priority Pass holder to Singapore Changi Airport’s Terminal 4. Previously, the only available option was Blossom Lounge – which is a pretty good budget terminal airport lounge. But thanks to Priority Pass’ constant review of their offerings, Crystal Jade Go is now added to the mix and we had a pretty good meal this morning at Crystal Jade Go Terminal 4 (Singapore Changi Airport)! As you can see from the menu of Crystal Jade Go, it offers a tone-down version of what is usually offered at the full-fledge Crystal Jade while maintaining its authentic Hong Kong cuisine identity. This means that you’ll still be able to get dim sum, roasts and wanton noodle – the staple of a Hong Kong dining experience. We also found the internal decor of Crystal Jade Go to be casual and welcoming. Definitely has a modern feel to it. Though not as “posh” as the original Crystal Jade, it does have similar elements in terms of colours and contours while making it inviting for the typical “dine-and-dash” diners at the airport transit area. As we visited Crystal Jade at 7:30am in the morning, the roasted duck rice is not available (only available from 9am onwards). Hence, we tried out the other 2 mains as well as all the dim sum and “dessert options”. Priority Pass has curated a selection of 3 options for visitors to Crystal Jade Go: Combo 1: Roasted Duck Rice: Traditional Sauce, Fragrant White Rice Steamed Siew Mai with Fish Roe or Steamed Har Kau Signature Hong Kong Milk Tea (Hot/Cold) or Lemongrass Jelly with Plum Combo 2: Shrimp Wanton Noodle (Dry/Soup) Steamed Siew Mai with Fish Roe or Steamed Har Kau Signature Hong Kong Milk Tea (Hot/Cold) or Lemongrass Jelly with Plum Combo 3: Lean Meat Century Egg Congee Steamed Siew Mai with Fish Roe or Steamed Har Kau Signature Hong Kong Milk Tea (Hot/Cold) or Lemongrass Jelly with Plum So how does the menu really taste? Located within the departure hall of Changi Terminal 4, Furla is located beside it and Coffee Bean is located opposite this cafe. You will only be able to access here when you had past immigration. The only dish on the menu that's acceptable to me is their shrimp wanton with it's price. The fish congee is really horrible and overly priced. There were only a few pieces of fish bits in it.

As the bbq pork pastry was my favorite in Crystal Jade Orchard, I came to try if they are same quality since under same roof. The answer is not the same taste haha..
