Disappointed and underwhelmed. Despite it being a Friday night, the pub crawl only consisted of 4 people including the host, my partner and I and a last minute person joining in. The atmosphere was awkward as we made our way to 3 venues (Limelight, Good Fellas and Ikigai) due to the small group size. Whilst the host did make efforts into making conversation, we felt a little disappointed as we were expecting a bigger group for the pub crawl and looked forward to having a good time with a good bunch of people judging from previous reviews. The third venue we went to (Ikigai) had us paying for not only our supposed "free welcome drink" but also the drinks of the host and the other group member. Whilst the other member was courteous enough to pay us back his share of the bill, the host however did not but promised to buy us drinks at our last stop (he did not). The final stop was back to our meeting place (Limelight) with the promise of getting us a VIP entry into the venue. However, upon arriving we were denied entry as it was packed and was forced to go down to the bar below and was told to wait till we could secure a table. Our host disappeared after, leaving us stranded by ourselves so we decided to just end the night. All in all, book at your own risk as the quality of the pub crawl doesnt seem to be consistent and worth it (i.e one group gets a party bus and a group of 10 attendees and the other might just be only you and your partner).

They will bring you to: 1. Mogambo Bar: The IPA beer taste really awful. 2. BQ Bar: Have many peddlers disturbing you. Mai Tai taste horrible. 3. Harry's: Nothing special. 4. A club, at 11.30pm. As most of the participants are foreigners/tourists, I won't recommend this for people using Sparks Connections credits. Note that the ticket does not include drinks (forced to order 1 drink at each bar, and stay for 1 hour). The "free" shot is tiny.

My girlfriend and I are in Singapore for a week and we decided to try the Singapore Pub Crawl on Friday 10 June 2022. We met at the first bar (Limelight) at around 7pm where our host gave us a shot and ordered us a drink. After a little while it became clear that only three people including my girlfriend and I had signed up for the pub crawl. Our host walked the three of us to the second bar (Good Fellas) which had quite a nice atmosphere and we each had our second drink there. After Good Fellas we were led to Ikigai which is a trendy Japanese bar and restaurant. I am giving this experience only a 1 star review for a few reasons: 1. When only 3 people sign up for a pub crawl it would be courteous to at least offer the participants the chance to cancel the experience and receive a refund. The atmosphere was a little awkward with only 4 people in total including the host. Although it's worth noting everyone did loosen up and talk a bit more after a few drinks. 2. At Ikigai I ended up paying $50 for the food my gf and I ate (which is fair) but also $90 for the second round of drinks the four of us had (which is unfair). In total my bill at Ikigai was $140 and our host did not pay for his round so I was stuck with the bill. The third party member at least gave me $20 in cash to somewhat reimburse me. My gf and I had each already paid $60 each for the pub crawl so In total this night cost us $260 ($240 if you take away the $20 the other person gave us). 3. We were promised that at the end of the night when we returned to Limelight we would receive express entry and have a table reserved for us so we could enjoy some dancing at the end of the pub crawl. When we arrived the security guard physically prevented me from walking in and our host explained that we no longer have a table unfortunately. We decided to still have a little dance at the bar downstairs but after our host disappeared for an extended period we ended the night and went back to our hotel. When our host failed to pay for his drink at Ikigai he mentioned that he would buy us a drink at Limelight to compensate us but this also never eventuated.

Unfortunately I have to give this pub crawl a 1 star rating. Overall it has been the worst I‘ve been to (and I‘ve been to alot!)… read more so you don‘t make the same mistake as we did: A small list: 1. This pub crawl is lacking of attendees (check out some slightly older reviews for comparison). On a friday night we were just 7 ppl. (5 ppl were from our own group). By this time you can‘t blame Covid for this one. 2. The 3 bars you will visit are within 100m so you basically never leave your starting point. 3. Now the biggest scam! You‘ll never get to a club in the end! They will sell you the bar right underneath the meeting point as a club, which is just another bar without any entrance fee whatsoever. (So rip your 50$ you have to spent) When we confronted the guides about this they just disappeared! So in short: Don‘t waist your money on this so called pub crawl to experience the true SG nightlife. You are better on your own!

Totally have to agree with the previous reviewer Raphael that this is the worst pub crawl I’ve ever been on. Yes, they start you at a venue and then they waste your time when there’s only two people in the group ( myself & husband) taking you to bars on one city block one of which just recently opened, offering you a free shot, and when we requested that we move to the next bar because of boredom were told that we had to spend one hour at each bar. Guide not engaging in any conversation of any cultural interest at all to participants, who are new to the country.

Itd been awhile since my last visit but It used to be fun and happening. Hope that they are still the same! My last one was a year ago. We visited quite a few pubs with a welcome drink. It's a beautiful surroundings around the cbd area, boat Quay- Clark q. Will join you soon again. Cheers!

Summary - Recommended. Just do it. The more people that sign up the more likely it will be a great night. - Morgan our host, was a trooper and stuck with us right to the end - Great value for Money, Singapore is sooo expensive to drink. You easily make your money back with the deals and particularly saving you a club cover charge. - You get our of it what you put into it. Turn up with a positive attitude. - Good chance you are going to meet some cool people. This business has so many varying reviews I thought I had better add some more detail to make it easier for people to decide. This was only my second pub crawl experience. When it comes to pub crawls, a lot of it comes down to luck - some nights are simply going to be better than others. You increase your chances of having a large group by attending on Friday or Saturday. Other days represent more of a risk and also if it peak or low tourism season. I joined on a Fri night pub crawl and im writing this my memory being a little hazy from drinking a tad too much. At first i thought it was going to be a disaster as the host didn't turn up until 8pm and there were only a few of us gathered there. The host turns up, as does a large group of Singaporean university students. We set out to the first bar that is completely empty but for us. This place had pool tables and other games so it actually turned out to be a good place to start to get to know each other. Drinks were two house spirits for $15 - which was good value. We moved onto another more central place, but was not a busy place. In general it was bit a dull environment. The vibe of the group started to pick up when we moved onto the third bar, with the same drinks deal. with some 'shot' challenges with the Singaporeans. As we were about to move onto the final club at Clarke Quay, the Singaporeans went home leaving us a small group of guys alone. This didn't really matter as we had all bonded and were having a fun time together. So we go to Phresh club at Clarke Quay, which was a lot of fun, heaps of people and fun dancing to end the night. Me and my three mates have been on plenty of bar crawls around the world, and I'm sorry to say this was probably one of the worst (and by one of, I mean the worst). The three pubs you go to barely have anyone there. The "free drinks" at each bar are a shot of cider.. yes, cider. Not a shot of an spirit, or even some kind of alcohol that might constitute a free drink, but a shot of cider. The club at the end was a bit of a joke too.. very small and no free drink (not even a shot of cider). My friend bought a drink and it cost him $20, which is normal for Singapore, but not exactly the "special drink prices" we were told we would be getting when we signed up for the crawl. We left about 10mins after getting to the last place. What made our experience even weirder was that our bar tour guide kept trying to hang out with us once we left the crawl (and the rest of his tour group) behind. Overall - disappointing. Gave it 2 stars because.. well no one died and I didn't get robbed

On a Thursday night, I was the only guy with 10 lovely ladies in the group so I got a lot of attention. We went to several bars and the night ended in 1-Altitude, which is the highest open rooftop bar in the world. Really enjoyed this activity and definitely recommend to all solo visitors in Singapore.

What a great evening. Great guides who know their craft. There were about 20 people and it worked great. Almost went towards the demolition party at a later hour. But of course, things can go wrong with a rolled troop. But it's not a compulsory event. Then you just lost 40 bugs.

As a pub crawl it is definitely sub-par. We did go to 4 bars that were ok where we got our included “shot” (although, one was a shot of moscato). At the end we did get free entrance to a nightclub which was actually pretty nice. However, the biggest problem is group size. As other reviewers have mentioned, if you are a smaller group the fun diminishes a lot. That being said, I think if we had a group of 10-20 it would have been a lot of fun. We did have our fun and I did end up having a good time with the other guests but it’s because we made an effort to make the party.

The so called pub hopping are all the pubs that not so popular, the so called party bus is just a normal van without music and totally awkward. Three complimentary shots are just nothing but 5 dollars drink, no game that are properly conducted in either pub. The night club that is free entry and no table so basically everything is free. I don’t know why I spend 50 dollars on this but if you are a foreigner without any plan and don’t know anyone here, plus you don’t care to waste a bit money, feel free to try.

Got a group of myself and one other person as well as two hosts, should have been offered an option to cancel and refund . Taken to empty bars, the club at the end did eventually have a crowd but looking at $20 a drink. Wouldn't recommend

It was indeed a great experience for a first timer! Our host, Aravind, really managed our group well and took us to 3 pubs, (Limelight, Good fellas & Ikigai) whereby there were free complimentary drinks and not forgetting the food at Goodfellas was AMAZING! The atmosphere at these 3 pubs was happening too! Will definitely sign up again!! Thanks Aravind for being a great host!!

I have been to Singapore for quite some time and i had to tour my niece around that was visiting. So i saw pub crawl on google and needless to say i wasnt even wrong that i clicked and booked it. I had the best time and my niece as well. I am going to try it again and already reccommended to people i know. And Trish was the best ever she made us all feel welcomed and she was very cheerful and funny and everyone had a blast. Amqzing experience.

Refund still not made 2months later. Appalling service. Lies. With a lot of marketing skills but absolutely no professionalism, they ruined our outing. Nothing was ready on the day despite over 150 sms (starting a month ahead) exchanges to make it a memorable and nice evening: -suspicious bank payment: had to transfer to a personal bank account -and many lies: Maggie was supposed to arrange for a tee with the bride-to-be name and a t-shirt. The D day morning: she texted me nothing was ready -Maggie said "offer a beer tasting" and on the night we found out we had to actually pay for the very expensive beer tasting. -I have complained and the manager Morgan said he has sacked Maggie for non professional behavior. A month later Maggie miss-texted me a message she was suppose to send to a new SingaporePubCrawl customer regarding an upcoming event. And I found out she is still working for this company -2 months later I still hasn't received my refund: Basically they charged 30$ per person for the 150 sms we have exchanged NOTHING MORE. Morgan said they will refund me but since my last reminders: he is not replying to his message anymore. This company is not professional but above all not trust-worthy. Do not use them.

Had a super fun time with the pub crawl! Our host Trish was very thoughtful and took good care of us. Great opportunity for socializing with other travelers, and possibly locals as well. Room to ask questions and learn about life in Singapore as well. Would definitely recommend to others 👍
