Fish batter quite thick but soggy and not crispy. Steak well done. Chicken decent. Food was cold when served. Vegetables were fine. Beer took very long to serve when there were no other customers. Have to inform staff that we placed order more than 15 mins then they start tapping. The only saving grace was a polite male staff. Thou everything he need to check with his manager perhaps he is new but he was polite. Overall atmosphere and ambiance was quiet.

Food is expensive compared to quality. Beer is okay. Soft drinks are outrageously priced. We only came here as my hubby had a burger craving. Other than the chicken wings which was good, the food tasted average. Overall, you definitely don't get what you pay for.

Pretty decent food and service. The flatbread pizzas are really nicely done. Truffle fries are a favourite.

First time trying Harry's Ordered Jazz (wagyu beef) burger and beef randang. (Under eatigo 50%).. Burger is good.. Juicy.. Shiok.. Beef randang.. Tender.. Nice!! Can go again (even without eatigo)!!

A rainy Sunday late afternoon was fairly empty and being located inside the Velocity mall was a convenient choice and we walked in to find a place with ease ! Most of the staff seemed to be missing and it took a while to place order ! Any additional requirements mandated similar long waiting periods as all the staff would disappear inside for prolonged periods unless they were delivering any orders . So needed to be alert and catch them moment you get a fleeting sight ! The carnivore platter though have tried a number of times earlier , appeared a bit of a waste with the chicken wings and fries a bit unwanted in the combo. Next time will ask to replace with something more edible ! The chicken satay was nice , ribs are average , tandoori chicken tenders are fine as well ! The sausage tastes nice if you fancy such things ! The platter in adequate for 2 ! The coffee here is good, Americano and latte though indicated not available in the menu , the staff were kind to manage for us ! Just as we were finishing , a new group of staff appeared from nowhere and service improved dramatically!

the food is decent - pizza was okay but crust too flimsy, aglio olio is above average, prawns were good, burger was below average, patty was too thick for our liking, fries were not well seasoned and some we’re too thinly cut.

Loved it! We reserved via eatigo app and we availed the 50% discount. It was quite a steal for the burger and the pasta. The food does not disappoint and the same courteous and professional service as in any Harry's restaurant. The Novena branch is not crowded for a weekend lunch. Will come back again.

Haven't used Eatigo app for awhile and when I did..I chanced upon this place. Near home.. why not? Visited with my girlfriend at 630pm with a 50% discount. 1 main, 2 sides and 2 desserts for a total of $53. What a steal! The wings tasted in between of prawn paste and curried leaves without salted egg. Soy glazed beef cubes were so well done that were soft.. would definitely go well with a bowl of white rice. On its own, it can taste little salty. Burger was substantial with the patty being moist and was well seasoned. As for the desserts, I say can give it a miss as there others out there taste better. Lava cake when sliced doesn't have the chocolate oozing out.. cheese cake tasted flat and with no cheese taste.

Very nice Harry’s pub. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. They welcome kids and have a kids menu. This is a nice place to have a bite and drink and unwind. Recommended!

My re-visit. Like the food here as compared to the other Harry's i went to. Pork Belly pasta is interesting combi. Thinly sliced, sous vide and braised makes it very tender with a bite. Accompanied with aglio olio makes it less oily. It's nice. Carbonara with thick cream sauce and fried bacon adds a nice smoky flavour to the pasta. Worth the calories. Mushroom Truffle Pizza always a go for. Can smell and taste It's fragrant Truffle oil with every bite. Be patient as they tend to be understaffed during peak hours but the staffs try their best to serve and are friendly 👏

Love the nachos, the serving is a little small though. Great service but the atmosphere was alright.

Food is decent, but ambience is lacking compared to the other Harry's outlets, and is small, noisy and lacking in privacy, with no partition to separate diners from passers-by.

Good Nachos and ribs. The chicken wings were ok but not great. But the prices are on high side and I could not get the 15% off Voyage card despite its written on the table ad and got only 10% OCBC discount.

A great disappointment in this branch . I was served by a staff name Kogi. I have always enjoyed eating in Harry's . Novena branch is my 2nd time after the COVID-19 situation. Last Monday dated 12th Dec , I had a good service by staff name Hannah , she is a part timer . She served us very well and made us feel at home . We used the eatigo app to book our meal there. Today my friends and I came again ,our booking was at 6.30pm . We were served by a staff with Harry's uniform name Kogi. We were given a 4 seaters table seating because we don't want to seat on a high chairs so everything was going on so well then one thing happened. Our orders didn't go through when the staff name Kogi asked us whether we made an order and I told her yes , but according to the system they said it didn't go through ..that's the first I heard . Then I told her ok..I can do it again but Kogi offered to just key into the system, it's fine with me. Then while waiting she asked us whether we could move to another table , a two seater table near the entrance of the shopping mall..that's the worst seats we want to go. The door will be always open ,close ,open close is the worst spot to be seated in Harry's Novena. Anyway after we said No, that's where the so call good service from Harry's gone..not only we are not served well by checking on us whether our water has been refilled but Kogi came again asking can she take the 2 chairs away from our table , we said ok but what she did she just put our pizza down with a slight slam on the table not even putting it Infront of us properly and even said ' enjoy your pizza ' but just drag the 2 chairs away from us . This is too much , another part of my experience while going to the cashier to pay my bills the cashier was a guy , I didn't manage to take his name down, he didn't even show me my bills and took my credit card and just tap my card and tap my card on the machine even though I roughly know how much I spend but no matter what Harry's staff have to show the bill first !!! Whether a customer used eatigo app voucher or not , we should receive the same service, we felt so unwelcome in this branch . I really so upset with this branch and I will make sure I will tell all my contacts not to ever go to NOVENA branch ever again!!!!

Always love coming to Harry’s. Good sized portions that are value for money. Staff are always attentive and service oriented. Had the dry rub ribs, pictured. They were fall off the bone tender. The spiced fries were fried to perfection and I adore their coleslaw for having raisins. 100% will return and recommend!

Nov 2022: entertainer app 1-1 was an ok dinner with consistent level of food quality.

My go to if I miss their nachos! They are filled with cheese and my fav guacamole, and they are warm when served!! Sometimes they do have beer promotion too!!

Although one of the smallest Harry’s in town, it’s well located at Velocity@Novena Square. Food & beverage offerings are typical Harry’s as menu is the same throughout Singapore.

no complains about the 1 for 1 deal (also available on weekends!) got the seaweed prawn aglio olio for $15.30 (inclusive of tax and service), extremely flavourful and fusion dish was umami and also quite a generous portion. good service and free flow water too!
