disappointment
in
this
branch
.
I
was
served
by
a
staff
name
Kogi.
I
have
always
enjoyed
eating
in
Harry's
.
Novena
branch
is
my
2nd
time
after
the
COVID-19
situation.
Last
Monday
dated
12th
Dec
,
I
had
a
good
service
by
staff
name
Hannah
,
she
is
a
part
timer
.
She
served
us
very
well
and
made
us
feel
at
home
.
We
used
the
eatigo
app
to
book
our
meal
there.
Today
my
friends
and
I
came
again
,our
booking
was
at
6.30pm
.
We
were
served
by
a
staff
with
Harry's
uniform
name
Kogi.
We
were
given
a
4
seaters
table
seating
because
we
don't
want
to
seat
on
a
high
chairs
so
everything
was
going
on
so
well
then
one
thing
happened.
Our
orders
didn't
go
through
when
the
staff
name
Kogi
asked
us
whether
we
made
an
order
and
I
told
her
yes
,
but
according
to
the
system
they
said
it
didn't
go
through
..that's
the
first
I
heard
.
Then
I
told
her
ok..I
can
do
it
again
but
Kogi
offered
to
just
key
into
the
system,
it's
fine
with
me.
Then
while
waiting
she
asked
us
whether
we
could
move
to
another
table
,
a
two
seater
table
near
the
entrance
of
the
shopping
mall..that's
the
worst
seats
we
want
to
go.
The
door
will
be
always
open
,close
,open
close
is
the
worst
spot
to
be
seated
in
Harry's
Novena.
Anyway
after
we
said
No,
that's
where
the
so
call
good
service
from
Harry's
gone..not
only
we
are
not
served
well
by
checking
on
us
whether
our
water
has
been
refilled
but
Kogi
came
again
asking
can
she
take
the
2
chairs
away
from
our
table
,
we
said
ok
but
what
she
did
she
just
put
our
pizza
down
with
a
slight
slam
on
the
table
not
even
putting
it
Infront
of
us
properly
and
even
said
'
enjoy
your
pizza
'
but
just
drag
the
2
chairs
away
from
us
.
This
is
too
much
,
another
part
of
my
experience
while
going
to
the
cashier
to
pay
my
bills
the
cashier
was
a
guy
,
I
didn't
manage
to
take
his
name
down,
he
didn't
even
show
me
my
bills
and
took
my
credit
card
and
just
tap
my
card
and
tap
my
card
on
the
machine
even
though
I
roughly
know
how
much
I
spend
but
no
matter
what
Harry's
staff
have
to
show
the
bill
first
!!!
Whether
a
customer
used
eatigo
app
voucher
or
not
,
we
should
receive
the
same
service,
we
felt
so
unwelcome
in
this
branch
.
I
really
so
upset
with
this
branch
and
I
will
make
sure
I
will
tell
all
my
contacts
not
to
ever
go
to
NOVENA
branch
ever
again!!!!
