CAUSING

CHICKEN
TO
BE
EXTREMELY
BLACK

Requested
to
change
from
regular
to
truffles
fries
from
my
chicken
maincourse
as
it
came
with
fries
and
salad.
the
MANAGER
said
ok

Maincourse
was
served
with
no
truffle
fries
that
I
requested
cause
she
simply
forgotten
about
it.Told
the
manager
(same
person
who
took
my
order)
about
it
and
she
literally
went
to
the
kitchen
and
either
her
or
the
chef
went
to
pour
TRUFFLE
OIL
over
my
fries
ah
so

Truffle
fries
was
served
SOAKING
IN
OIL.
It
was
just
inedible.
I'm
not
talking
about
just
a
little
oil,
but
my
fries
is
literally
DRENCHED,
i
am
not
even
kidding.

A
cup
with
lipstick
stained
was
served
to
me
when
i
requested
for
ice
water.
WHERE
IS
THE
HYGIENE?????

Told
the
manager
that
chicken
was
done
horribly,
he
did
not
do
anything
about,
he
did
not
show
any
sincerely
at
all,
pushing
everything
to
the
chef,
saying
he
can't
void
it
bla
bla
bla
Although
we
booked
through
Eatigo
for
the
50%
food
deal,
the
food
should
AT
LEAST
have
some
standard.
Not
to
mention
the
atrocious
service.
The
staff
even
with
the
mask
on
was
pulling
a
black
face
and
honestly
is
not
suitable
for
service
line.
Were
asked
to
scan
the
QR
code
once
we
were
seated
but
both
our
phones
cannot
"detect"
the
qr
code.
Staff
should
at
least
do
some
quality
check
prior
to
their
shifts.
Laksa
popcorn
is
poorly
done,
no
laksa
taste
at
all.
Will
not
return
to
any
Harry's
bar
