1.THE MAINCOURSE WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE SIGNATURE FOR HARRYS "HARRYS CHICKEN" I ORDERED IS NOT FRESH AND ITS BLACK IN COLOUR (CAUSE ITS FROZEN CHICKEN THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO TAW IT, CAUSING THE CHICKEN TO BE EXTREMELY BLACK ) 2. Requested to change from regular to truffles fries from my chicken maincourse as it came with fries and salad. the MANAGER said ok 3. Maincourse was served with no truffle fries that I requested cause she simply forgotten about it.Told the manager (same person who took my order) about it and she literally went to the kitchen and either her or the chef went to pour TRUFFLE OIL over my fries ah so 4. Truffle fries was served SOAKING IN OIL. It was just inedible. I'm not talking about just a little oil, but my fries is literally DRENCHED, i am not even kidding. 5. A cup with lipstick stained was served to me when i requested for ice water. WHERE IS THE HYGIENE????? 6. Told the manager that chicken was done horribly, he did not do anything about, he did not show any sincerely at all, pushing everything to the chef, saying he can't void it bla bla bla Although we booked through Eatigo for the 50% food deal, the food should AT LEAST have some standard. Not to mention the atrocious service. The staff even with the mask on was pulling a black face and honestly is not suitable for service line. Were asked to scan the QR code once we were seated but both our phones cannot "detect" the qr code. Staff should at least do some quality check prior to their shifts. Laksa popcorn is poorly done, no laksa taste at all. Will not return to any Harry's bar

The ambience was nice and the food was even better! The waitress that day, Cristina, was really pleasant and hospitable, making sure that our time at Harry's was worthwhile. We will definitely visit again.

I did some booking from Eatigo app. It has some % off for food when u reserve and be at the restaurant and order food at certain time of the day. My friends and I ordered pizza and a meat platter, pasta and salad. The meal was just so filling and delicious. The atmosphere was chill and cool for talking and catching up with friends. Would definitely come back again!!! FYI, we went for dinner on a weekday, 7.30pm. It has 50% off when you book from the app.

Harry's never disappoints! NEVER! Their special Chicken appetizer was a super hit and we absolutely loved it! The lamb shank was wonderfully cooked and the gravy was better than before! :) That's said, the seafood noodles could have been better as the fish was soggy and the sauce was too sweet for my liking. But a good dish and worth a try! Chicken was fried to perfection and was a stunning dish! I'll visit again just to have this dish! The one for one on mains with Burpple made it more memorable! The ambience... It was a comfortable setting with high stools. Overall, a must visit just for their food on a hungry afternoon or evening!

Food quality was reasonable. For the location at Chijmes, price was at right level. More of a drinking joint for beers and chips after a work day

The current offer 1-1 for Heineken,Guinness and Tiger during Happy Hours(before 8pm) is great!! A good place for quick bites and finger food that paired well with wine and beers. Spaghetti with fatty pork belly (三层肉) is an interesting fusion you may consider ordering. There is room for improvement by service staff as it takes a long time to attend to our orders and settle our bill.

Great place for late night drinks and supper Wanted to go by city Hall for drinks and food and unfortunately that restaurant was only able to serve drinks and no food at that hour * 10 ish pm. So the server recommended us to come by Harry's opposite. Had a platter and was good!

Really nice cosy atmosphere. Food is decent. And staff service is friendly and efficient. The pizza is done really nicely. The ribs is pretty good as well.

Such a nice ambiance and the beautiful Chijmes beside makes the place happening. Must try the Truffle pizza and loved their Tandoori Chicken bites alongside the drinks 🍻

Had a wonderful time catching with with friends here. 🥳 While there isn't any one particular shout out signature dish, the food's good. Decent Variety. Commendable service. Been here a couple times, wouldn't mind coming back Didn't thoroughly enjoy where we were seated though. Note to self - Ask for the outdoor seating.

Chijmes is always a great place to visit. The service at Harry’s at chiljmes is over the top. The pork skewers was the best. Thai style and tasty 😋

The place was packed on Wednesday nite. Currently there’s Christmas promotion items such as festive platter and raspberry spritz. End the meal with New York Cheese Cake. Not the dense hard type, but more like the Japanese fluffy cheesecake served warm.

Popped in here to to watch the Las Vegas F1 qualifying at 4pm on a Saturday and absolutely no complaints. Had several screens available, sound on, plenty of seats available. Had tandoori chicken bites and spicy fries both of which were really nice, and they had an offer on beer (although it still wasn’t cheap). If you want to watch sport and have a few beers and snacks I would definitely recommend. The young man who was our waiter should also get a shout as he was very friendly and professional.

Went there to watch a Chelsea game, no complaints as I had a good view to watch the game, and the atmosphere was nice. Food was good too (pizza and fries) and the service by the trainee that day was really good as she was alw smiling and attending to our needs. Will always come here for dinner and a sports viewing !

Nice place. Unfortunately, they don't know how to pour Guinness either. This is the second Harry's with this problem. It seems management doesn't do proper training. Guinness is poured in two steps. The one served had too much foam. They tried to fix it after I told them though.

Went here for lunch with the family today. We had the 1-for-1 Harry’s parma, Fish and Chips, Bolognese and Carbonara. We also had the beef and pepperoni pizza which had a few jalapenos (just enough to give the heat). Sazali and Joel took really good care of us and we were very happy with experience overall. :)

Love their satay chicken and the pork ribs in the sharing platter! 😋 Great services! All the staffs are super friendly! ❤️

Below average restaurant/bar. The pizza is really not good, the steak was ok but it comes with about 10 fries in the plate. I asked for some bread and they could not provide. I only give 3 stars because the staff was polite. Not recommending.

Food tasted nice (for the part of the order that was correct) got a couple pieces wrong which meant one person left without eating their burger, some money was deducted in the end. Still should have been correct in the first place.

Im really surprised to be served red wine in chilled glass. The manager claims it to be company SOP. Quite a defensive service attitude from a manager. I have never ever seen anywhere that serves red wine in a chilled glass. Manager puts blame on the cold climate and the company, no sense of responsibility. Temperature of wine was right, glass wasn't right, kind of messed up the wine. Hopefully some changes will be made.

Excellent hangout atmosphere with exceptional service! I recommend the Jazz Burger with a side of chicken wings. Food was delicious. Plenty of alcohol options if that's your thing.

Like any outlet in Chijmes, you need to love the outdoors as otherwise the humid Singapore weather is not a welcome experience. This outlet is typical Harry’s which I think is out of date, as such they rely on Eatigo discounts to drive footfall.

Nice beer and food, a little disappointed when Guinness draft are sold out. Nevertheless, the environment is great to drink whisky with friends

Came here for dessert. The cheesecake was served warm but I felt the cheese could have been more robust and the cake’s texture, firmer. Ice cream served on the side was a tad on the sweeter side. The crumbly bits were added some nice texture:) The glass of Merlot was full bodied and paired well with the cheesecake!

Nice place to have a beer or two, snack and to chat with friends. The Guiness was good. You can order online at the table, which speeds up the beer delivery. The service is fast. The staff is friendly.

Compared to other Harry's outlets, this has relatively lousier food presentation, although still tasty enough. Ambience is cosy/nice. Staff is the usual blasé standard of most Harry's.
