We frequently dine here and other branches as we like the good food , service and ambiance. However noted here the staff has changed and service was not same as before . The food was good as usual , the pleasant ambiance was missing as appeared as if the speakers music was competing with the cacophony of music from the adjacent restaurants. Earlier whilst taking Fish and Chips , the staff would allow the chips to be changed to some vegetables or salad to make it a healthier option . However we’re told the management has instructed recently not to do that ! Hope this nice restaurant doesn’t loose out it’s charm and attraction from this rigidity and robotic customer handling . Hopefully it’s a temporary thing and will give it one more try .

This is the best Wine Connection restaurant I have ever been in Singapore. The service is exceptional and food comes really fast. Definitely, will come again! Find Sam and you will enjoy your night!

Very dissapointed with the quality of food. The wine was ok. But I have found Wine Connection to be a reasonable quality as a less expensive restaurant. Robertson walk and i12 have been fine. This reheated food was poor. The bun soft and unappealing. The meat was salty and with bits of ground bone. The best part was the onions. My dish was for some reason 10 min after my guests had arrived so although we went to eat together, we ended up eating individually. Restaurants can't even reheat food in time now. Seems anyhow heat up and get to customers. Food becoming more expensive, quality and service going down....

We love this outlet, great service, but the last time we had the burger the fries were extremely salty They don’t offer draft beer anymore :(

Decent price point for the food (in the context that this is Singapore of course). The pizza is think but really dense, more like a flat bread than a chewy dough you would expect. The steak is seasoned well and slightly leaning on the medium side. I supposed I didn’t really have the full experience as I did the takeaway. Probably much different with a lot of wine in me when I tastes that pizza ;)

Indoor sitting place is chilled and comfortable. Must visit earlier to enjoy the Happy Hour promo for the drinks. Food taste good and reasonable portion. Good service and friendly crews.

On a Tuesday night, we went out for drinks. The indoor area closed at 10 p.m., and you had to move outside to a non-air-conditioned area to stay until 10:30p.m Not the best if you want to keep enjoying your late nights.

Used to hang out quite a lot at Wine Connection but I think their prices have increased quite a bit over the past few years. Now is minimum $40 for a bottle of wine (dine in). We had a few dishes for dinner, including duck confit, mussels in broth, cheese platter, meat platter and ordered a bottle of wine to share among 4. It was not as crowded as expected on a Sunday evening. The staff were helpful and attentive.

There was an event in the afternoon and we had to sit outside which was very very very warm. The oriental style salad didn’t taste balanced and nice, hence a little bland. The lemon tart was great, the choco tart didn’t set and we changed it for a good lava ice cream cake. Happy hour is cheap and good though - $5 for a glass of house wine!

Had been many years since I last visited this outlet. The atmosphere is chill and spacious. The lamb chop is juicy and thick. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

The only place I’d go for affordable, good Wines with delicious foods (love the fries and steaks)! Steaks are always on point at my request of Medium-rare. Service is always great with Daniel around! Friendly, polite, and homely! Good recommendation of medium-full bodied wines by him as well!

Hannah service very good and take care every customer very well. She recommend the wine based on the food that we ordered. The wine paired very well with the food.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had at your establishment, Wine Connection, on 29/09. My visit to Wine Connection started out on a positive note, i always enjoyed the ambiance and selection of wines. However, this time, the service I received was shockingly poor and unprofessional. The staff member, an indian lady, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, displayed a complete lack of courtesy and respect. She walked past our table twice, keep on asking us hurry up, and to the extend she even tapped on our table.When we inquired about what options were available for our remaining wine balance, her response was not only dismissive but also outright rude. She suggested that she could either throw it away or allow us to bring it back, as if she couldn't be bothered to assist us further. To make matters worse, she mentioned that she needed to go home, giving the impression that her personal priorities took precedence over her responsibilities as a staff member. This encounter left a bitter taste in my mouth and has seriously diminished my opinion of Wine Connection as a whole. As a loyal customer, I had expected better treatment and service, especially in a place known for its fine wine selections and hospitality. I strongly believe that such behavior is not reflective of the quality and values that Wine Connection has upheld in the past. I kindly request that you investigate this matter, address the issue with the staff member involved, and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not recur. I sincerely hope that you will take this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to maintain the reputation and integrity of Wine Connection. I look forward to hearing from you soon and hope for a more positive experience on my future visits.

It’s so nice to be able to sip wine and enjoy the sound and sight in a semi alfresco environment. It’s almost weekend and coming here just makes weekend feels so much closer. It’s also nice to see familiar faces of Wine Connection staff that we met in other outlets. Thanks to their hospitality and of course nice food and wine always. Cheers.

Affordable food and wine. Customer service can be better. Outdoor is windy, but surrounded by loud music, I personally feel it very noisy.

Wide range of mains and desserts - adequate choices with good offers and selection of wines. Al fresco dining with attentive service is well appreciated!

Everything was perfect until i ordered the Chicken Breast Basquaise Style. It was horrible. The chicken breast was so hard and chewy. And the pasta was not cooked properly too. They should have used chicken thigh instead of chicken breast.

Australian Lamb Rack came with 3 pieces very small (each one the size of a coin) and full of nerves and fat. Hard to chew, like a gum. The source of herb butter came still cold.

Highly recommend this place if you love wine and they do sell beers as well. Staffs are friendly and helpful, always ready to help with a smile on their face. Was served by Daniel and service was exceptional! Wine recommendations was well like as well!

Manager didn’t allow us to split bill. When we asked if can split payment by 3, he straight away refused us. He can just simply divide the amount by and we can easily tap our own card and he can just close on the system one time. Or perhaps he’s just lazy to use calculator🤷🏻‍♀️. Its not even busy. This place used to have friendly staffs. Service Standards and flexibility dropped big time.

Good place to hangout with colleagues and friends.. Cheese Platter is nice, varied options of pizza, pasta! Love the ambience!

Still a great place to hangout, good selection of affordable drinks and decent food. However, it would have been 5 stars if they could invest in more fans. Heard people around us (me included) trying to change seats because its way too warm. Other than this, everything is great!
