am
writing
to
express
my
extreme
disappointment
and
frustration
regarding
the
recent
experience
I
had
at
your
establishment,
Wine
Connection,
on
29/09.
My
visit
to
Wine
Connection
started
out
on
a
positive
note,
i
always
enjoyed
the
ambiance
and
selection
of
wines.
However,
this
time,
the
service
I
received
was
shockingly
poor
and
unprofessional.
The
staff
member,
an
indian
lady,
whose
name
I
unfortunately
did
not
catch,
displayed
a
complete
lack
of
courtesy
and
respect.
She
walked
past
our
table
twice,
keep
on
asking
us
hurry
up,
and
to
the
extend
she
even
tapped
on
our
table.When
we
inquired
about
what
options
were
available
for
our
remaining
wine
balance,
her
response
was
not
only
dismissive
but
also
outright
rude.
She
suggested
that
she
could
either
throw
it
away
or
allow
us
to
bring
it
back,
as
if
she
couldn't
be
bothered
to
assist
us
further.
To
make
matters
worse,
she
mentioned
that
she
needed
to
go
home,
giving
the
impression
that
her
personal
priorities
took
precedence
over
her
responsibilities
as
a
staff
member.
This
encounter
left
a
bitter
taste
in
my
mouth
and
has
seriously
diminished
my
opinion
of
Wine
Connection
as
a
whole.
As
a
loyal
customer,
I
had
expected
better
treatment
and
service,
especially
in
a
place
known
for
its
fine
wine
selections
and
hospitality.
I
strongly
believe
that
such
behavior
is
not
reflective
of
the
quality
and
values
that
Wine
Connection
has
upheld
in
the
past.
I
kindly
request
that
you
investigate
this
matter,
address
the
issue
with
the
staff
member
involved,
and
take
appropriate
measures
to
ensure
that
such
incidents
do
not
recur.
I
sincerely
hope
that
you
will
take
this
complaint
seriously
and
take
the
necessary
steps
to
maintain
the
reputation
and
integrity
of
Wine
Connection.
I
look
forward
to
hearing
from
you
soon
and
hope
for
a
more
positive
experience
on
my
future
visits.
