Horrible service. Staff kept reminding us that there was a minimum spending when we just wanted to take our time to order. (More than three times) This was around 4ish pm and there was hardly anyone around. She was rude and the tone used to us was bad throughout. She even told us that the boss was watching us on cctv and we needed to spend more. The whole time we just felt belittled as though we could not hit their minimum spending. In addition we felt like we were being chased to get out quickly when the whole bar is practically empty on a thursday afternoon. Best part, they allowed a lady to occupy an empty table with 2 kids that are below 8 years old to enter the bar. The lady had no reservation like us and obviously had better treatment. She is probably a regular there. I recommend people to go to the bar alcapone’s next door instead. Way better service.

Had Guinness Stout, Sapporo Premium Beer, Margherita Pizza & Sichuan Chicken this evening (11/10/23), was good. Music was loud due to karaoke singing by patrons.

Nice place to hang out with darts, pool (free) and typical pub dice game. Also open karaoke - so expect some less desirable singing or songs! 😊 Drinks at happy hour is cheap! Tower for $46! Bar food so so but for the entertainment this place offers, it’s acceptable. Great hangout for big groups!

Really great place to unwind, sing, play pool and darts!! Though the turn to sing takes about an hour before reaches back your table. Still one of the nicer place to enjoy e joy with friends! Service is good too.

Great experience going to the darts bar with some friends. 1. Towers here are decently priced and strong enough to pack a punch 2. Boards are well spaced out and will b able to provide you with enough space to have fun 3. Queue your songs for a free jbox session as well! Staff here are very friendly as well, speak to them if you have any questions!

Great ambience. They have over 20 dart machines and a pool table. Also a great selection of drinks and discounted drinks for happy hour. They also have a karaoke system that anyone can select songs on to play (just to listen to the songs they like) or to sing themselves.

Good vibes BUT they turn on the lights at 1am when the closing time states 2am…. it really killed the entire vibe. Very unpleasant. They also didn’t allow me to choose songs from the KTV system when it was not even 1am. The management should REALLY do something about it. Lastly, I ordered hite tower but got sapporo tower instead. Bad singers as well….

Returning to this spot where booze, KTV and darts meet. The scene is no longer as great. The open mic scene is just plagued with their own staff putting songs into the playlist and hampering the actual singing crowd from singing. Think they can shut the ktv scene down. Is a waste of time. Wont be back again.

We’re here for the first time. They got promo of 2 towers of promo at $90+. We ordered one tower asked if another one can we decide later, they say yes. Then we go ahead with just one tower first. After right after our tower arrived, the bill came immediately. ($64.20 incl GST) we say “so fast? We’re still considering the second one” they say “the counter say have to bill it now for this and decide the rest later” and yes we did it since they said that. After we finished our first tower, we ask for another tower for the promotion. Waiter went to the counter, got back to us and say “sorry your promotion is not valid anymore because you billed your first tower” Wow~ so that’s how your promotion goes.

Finally revisited this place post Covid, no doubt it’s getting back to the good old days - awesome loud music, darts, yummy spicy drumlets + pizzas, reasonably priced towers and good fun! One thing I must mention is, we were very happy and satisfied with the impeccable service by Christina last night. Came to know that she just joined recently. Amazing addition to the GC Team and she reminded me of the good service customers ought to have, whilst in Japan/Taiwan :) Thanks again Christina for the making our time at Good Cheers even more enjoyable. Guys, look for Christina when you’re there! ;)

Good cheer 2 is overall a pretty good bar, Pretty experience compared to next door. It offers many dart boards making this a dart bar with a fun and cheerful atmosphere. My daughter ordered a sprite which tasted like chlorine so they clearly needed a bit more of a maintenance check as it came straight from the tap. A big issue is no WIFI as we are tourists and had no internet, the only menu is via QR code which we couldn't see.

Young crowd with open KTV and the volume is fine. Cool place to dart. Waitresses are cute too.

Have a inflexible rule of one drink per pax. Even if you order huge amount of food also must meet requirement. Attitude could be better too, we were a big group, some ordered first while others are still choosing, but staff came to chide us of not ordering enough...

Wanted to book the place for a company event. Send email to their company email and no reply. Make the effort to go down physically and saw a lady working at the bar counter. I shared with the lady that I wish to make a booking for cooperate event. However the lady told me to email the email address indicated. Told her that I had emailed days ago and there is no reply. Her instant reply is "then I have no idea" in a super rude tone. As she don't seem to welcome me, I decided to leave the place. Though she don't look young but her attitude is immature. The staffs need to learn how to handle customers the right way. Would avoid this place.

We went here on 24 Dec, and the Filipino staff told us we can't sing the videoke since they have their own Xmas party.hello?! What is this better you closed it for private party. Nice pub to hang out before or after an event at the National Stadium or Indoor Stadium. They have very limited bar food, so go there only for drinks, darts, pool or karaoke.

What an absolute blast of a birthday party we had here. The service was great and the ambience absolutely wonderful. We even had our own dart championship. Two young chaps even taught us the finer points of the sport and treated us to a few games.

Totally agreed with some of the reviews here about the middle-aged lady. Absolutely put off by her "looked-down" attitude. 1st time when I call to confirm a booking which was made via their Whatsapp Business Account a week before the booking date - all I receive is "Our business is very good on Fridays and Saturdays, all are fully booked. If tables are all fully booked, shouldn't the Whatsapp account at least responds and informed? Nothing from her to salvage the situation. Whenever, we visit GC2, she was never friendly and yes doesn't even share on what to do even now that they have changed their system (m'ship). Boss has to do all the explanations himself! Followed them from GC1 to GC2, if not for the friendly bosses, I doubt we will ever tolerate with such service attitude. Even if she's of supervisory or managerial position, the more she should level up on her service standards! But I have to say, the rest of the younger staffs (bartenders/waitress/waiters) are pretty great especially a waiter , wearing a beret looking cap (forgotten to ask for his name), who patiently explained on the usage of the new member system that they have introduced recently. Old bamboo hard to break! Hope Management could do something to work on her service attitude. Staffs are there to represent the organization!

Poor / Non-existent service from the 40- / 50-year old woman server. Received no guidance on where to sit or how to order when I asked her, so I sat down on one of the tables and tried out the QR code for ordering. When the order went through, I went to ask her again for confirmation. Instead she merely replied that I was "very rude" to be sitting down on a reserved table, which I wouldn't have done if she did her job and gave me proper guidance the first place. Was also unable to provide guidance on how much the darts lane costs.

A good place for TGIF. Open area for singing (can be better on the sound system), pool, darts. A lot of professional dartz hanging around that place. And I always going for my darts training as well.

Nice atmosphere, clean and cost of alcohol is relatively low. Everything is good just one of the service staff, a 40 or 50plus skinny, tall aunty looking, should be Singaporean. She is extremely rude, attitude, ugly and I see her also always act like a 大姐 there towards other staffs. If I am the boss, I will sack her right away.

Book a table to play darts. Was given a table inside. When I asked if there is a table near the dartboard. Was approached by this weird looking female, probably the waitress. Rudely asked me what I meant by table near the dartboard? Then she told us table is fully booked. Very very bad attitude. Doesn’t mean that GC2 has picked up business means u can treat customer this way. We supported u through ur bad period during covid. This is the 2nd time it happened. Will never come back to GC2. GC2 will only do regular customer business that it. Will never ever come back again..not worth letting GC earn my single cents..

Good place for group hang out with Darts and at-table Karaoke. However, for playing Darts, we have to buy the $10 value card and not paying by cash, which is an off point, as no one wants to keep an extra card on their wallets just for the remaining balance of less than 10 bucks. Reasonably priced for Drinks.

Came here as a group mainly for drinks and chilling. Saw the drinks menu stating a "mix n match" for 3 beer towers. As some friends had not arrived yet, we asked the staff if able to order 2 first and order another next. She said okay. When the bill came, it was charged separately. Spoke to the staff and they could not honour it, stating that they are unable to make changes to the bill at all, cannot even void and re-enter. This was quite ridiculous, it was a mistake and unable to make changes? They then insisted saying that we have to order all at one go for "mix n match", only another promo for 3 beer towers can order separate. Does it make sense? Was very disappointed. Furthermore, we are not allowed to play at the beer pong table unless we buy a jug or bring our tower there. Too rigid. Supposed to be a nice gathering place but these just spoils the mood.

Family Friendly Place!

A rather expensive drinking place 12 sgd for a bottle of beer (each person must order at least one drink). This place has lots of dart machine (1 dollar per game which is pretty reasonable) and a beer pong table. Nonetheless, I have a really good experience here with my friends playing darts.

Simple meal that will let you feel satisfied in every spoonful bite. I love their chicken dish. The combination of lime and chili is remarkable. I will definitely go back here

Need to resubmit a review. I was here this morning at 11am expecting the place to open at 10am. Was upset to realized they were not opened yet. In fact, after waiting for quite a bit, they were finally open at 12. I still stand by the fact that if the opening hours are stated, it is a responsibility to open punctually. Managed to speak to the Eddie(hope I spelt it correctly), the staff which opened shop for the day. He told me that opening hours have shifted to 11am but have not been updated. The reason why I think I want to alter my review, because in all fairness, Eddie salvaged the situation well. He was apologetic and felt sincere. So well. Though it wasn't the best of starts, it was definitely a good experience at the place as well as good interaction with the staff which made all the difference.

Nice chill out place. It had darting machine, ktv system, beer pong, dice game etc.. it also serve a lot of food. Great range of entertainment. Open till quite late. Very good place for gathering, it's many ppl choice to celebrate birthday there. They had the very nice candle provided. Costing is normal pub food price. Alway a place to consider. Downside: due to so many different things, it is super noisy.

Beer, darts and karaoke. Beer was nice and cold, atmosphere was darkened with patrons bawling their brains out..a bit to loud and jarring for me. Prices were above average, but I guess they have to survive.

They are all out to cheat you. Please make sure you only buy 1 jug per Beer Pong game because if you don’t & buy a tower they will penalise you for drinking the beer while playing. The atmosphere it’s loke you’re in farking China & they the same farking lingo!!! Run run run forest run!

Customer service - Five Stars ? Made an impromptu visit to GC2 for the first time awhile ago. Did not bring any sweater or cardigan, so I asked the staff if I could change seat because I was freezing. Staffs were very helpful and offered to help me turn down the fans around my table (there’s so many fans in the bar haha). Another female staff also took a very kind initiative to offer me her cardigan ? To me, it was very very sweet (and nice) of her to offer her own jacket to a customer. As it was not definitely not a given for her to have to do so. So yeah, I really appreciate this gesture. Sadly I did not manage to get her name! Thanks to the wonderful staff, I have a pretty good impression of GC2. And safe to say, would probably be more than happy to drop by time to time when I pass by ☺️ Bar environment- really pretty chill, clean and comfortable. I usually just go there for one or two pints of ?. GC2 also offers karaoke system and a lot of darts machine. This review is way lengthier than I had expected to write lol! Some seriously pushy staff, which is a little bit generous, given that my group of friends were forced to purchase a tower AND a jug, which was the 'minimum order' for 5 people. After which, we were rushed though one game of beer pong, and were only allowed to play one game- do note that this is their 'house policy', it doesn't matter if there is no other group wishing to use the beer pong table. There were more details but the point being, this place has seriously lost its lustre.

Come here for the 1st time with colleagues, so far so good. You can entertain yourself with darting machine, ktv system, beer pong, dice game etc. By the way, there are so many Jay Chow & Jacky Chueng inside.

Great atmosphere to be with a big group of friends. Casual hang out with lots to do, karaoke music in background.

Bar has a lot of offerings going for it like beer pong and darts but their core offering of drink service is quite lacking. We waited 20+ minutes to get our card back... while the bar was only half full. I
