agreed
with
some
of
the
reviews
here
about
the
middle-aged
lady.
Absolutely
put
off
by
her
"looked-down"
attitude.
1st
time
when
I
call
to
confirm
a
booking
which
was
made
via
their
Whatsapp
Business
Account
a
week
before
the
booking
date
-
all
I
receive
is
"Our
business
is
very
good
on
Fridays
and
Saturdays,
all
are
fully
booked.
If
tables
are
all
fully
booked,
shouldn't
the
Whatsapp
account
at
least
responds
and
informed?
Nothing
from
her
to
salvage
the
situation.
Whenever,
we
visit
GC2,
she
was
never
friendly
and
yes
doesn't
even
share
on
what
to
do
even
now
that
they
have
changed
their
system
(m'ship).
Boss
has
to
do
all
the
explanations
himself!
Followed
them
from
GC1
to
GC2,
if
not
for
the
friendly
bosses,
I
doubt
we
will
ever
tolerate
with
such
service
attitude.
Even
if
she's
of
supervisory
or
managerial
position,
the
more
she
should
level
up
on
her
service
standards!
But
I
have
to
say,
the
rest
of
the
younger
staffs
(bartenders/waitress/waiters)
are
pretty
great
especially
a
waiter
,
wearing
a
beret
looking
cap
(forgotten
to
ask
for
his
name),
who
patiently
explained
on
the
usage
of
the
new
member
system
that
they
have
introduced
recently.
Old
bamboo
hard
to
break!
Hope
Management
could
do
something
to
work
on
her
service
attitude.
Staffs
are
there
to
represent
the
organization!
