Both Robinson and boat quay restaurants are good quality. Ordered a pizza, it was decent for 14 dollars (after service charge). Although if you don't stick to their specials and deals, you can go into 30 or 40 dollar territory for meals which aren't worth it. Overall would reccomend but the main reason why you would go there is to watch some Aussie live sport.

Very Delicious Entree items ... Must Try their Rib-Eye Steak, Pizzas and wide varieties of finger and "toe" food !!!

20171117 - surprisingly the overall experience just average in the evenings. small platter this evening was below expectation (brunch are usually great), deep fried items ie. shrimp and chicken are the lows, batter are soggy and tasteless. minced lamb meat on skewer were tasteless but also too much fat.... the good were the chicken on a stick and sausages... service was good - I guess just food quality needs improvement! dmg about $40/pax.

Really bad experience. Bad service and the worst serving up of avocado toast I've seen! It was literally 4 pieces of partially toasted bread with butter, some avocado and lime on the side. Do not recommend.

If you like your coffee and your breakfast is a great place to come. In fact a lot of their food is great, so if you are missing a little of Australiana, get down here.

A hybrid brunch restaurant + sports bar? Sign. Me. Up. I couldn't believe I found such a great place to watch the final game of the World Series, because it more than met all my expectations. Mimosas? Check. Good food? Check. Lots of large TV's? Check. I can't remember much about what I ate or the service, but obviously both were good enough they didn't distract. Rock on, Boomarang.

Date of visit 2019 Nov 6. Time of visit 6.15 pm to 7 pm. Food 9. Portion 10. Service 9. Air Conditioning / Ventilation 7 (Ground floor). Ambience 6 (Ground floor). Price SGD40/pax. Food: Ordered 2 main courses for 2 adults - Peppered kangaroo loin (medium rare) and braised beef cheek. Both dishes looked appetising, tasted great and the food portion was also quite substantial. The side ingredients served with the main great dish were palette cleansers that made the main dish enjoyable despite the food portion. Otherwise, large portions of food have the tendency to cause jelat. Service: The restaurant has 2 levels. Since the 2nd floor was booked for an event, I could only find a seat on the ground floor. It was a Wednesday and there were not many customers on the ground floor. The waitress served water rather frequently. The service would have been better if they had asked or checked with the customers on the food. Ventilation: There was no air conditioning on the ground floor. Moreover, there were ceiling fans that kept the place cool. Ambience: Nothing fanciful. There was no background music. Perhaps the 2nd floor would have been different, but since I could not visit it, I can only review based on the ground floor.

It's a nice building and the staff was nice but the food was extremely overpriced. The kangaroo burger was very dry. It might be I'm not used to Australian food but we thought everything was too complicated and the tastes didn't mix. My coworker did love his watermelon juice but sadly that was it.

Second time for breakfast and I left the happier for it. Had the Ashes, a bountiful plate of scrambled egg (bit bland), grilled sausage, bacon and tomato (liked the char) and baked beans. They throw in four slices of toast with butter. Plenty energy with this wake-up!

We arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight from Turkey and this was the only place open. We are Australian and this was the most terrible experience we have had in three months travel. I ordered avocado on toast with tomato. It was not edible the avocado was rock hard, tomato was also not ok on think uncooked toast loaf. This meal with 2 coffees we were charged $30. If this is truely an Australian run restaurant/ bar then it an embarrassment to be an Australian. Do not go there for breakfast. Staff were not helpful and offer 10% discount on a meal we could not eat. Shame, Shame.
