Update 2021: new location (new owners?) and completely different. Feels like a Korean dessert bar in a formally decorated shophouse. Mediocre selection of beers now, prices up, and just not cool. Anyone looking for the old-freehouse, its gone in all but the name. Sad.

I loved how kind the staff were. We were able to just chat like friends and they were very helpful with my choices. They have good food but honestly Imd recommend the beer more. The beer does it. And love the attitude of “no strangers here.”

Was nice to give us a table at 650 (w/o reservation on a Friday) if we could leave at 8pm. When the time came, politely helped us to standing table area outside. Food came fast and tasty (there 2more but didn't take photos). Beer had good flavour complexity and nice head of foam. Will come again.

Freehouse was always a good shout, but now they've revamped, they're even better. I've yet to find a cocktail bar in Singapore with bad service. Even then, Freehouse manages to set itself apart with some of the most knowledgeable and lovely staff I've ever come across. And the drinks have you covered whether you're a beer lover (check out their selection of excellent craft stuff) or a cocktail lover. Oh and the food is excellent too! I had the pleasure of eating the juiciest steak I've had in a while at Freehouse. I'll be back for sure, and I urge everyone, from strangers to friends to aliens from the planet Zod, to join me.

Great place to try some craft beers. Food is also very nicely served and very tasty. Been a couple of times and every time I enjoy trying new beers and dishes they serve.

Many beers on tap and bottles. Friendly vibe so true to its neon signage "No strangers" got to know the manager, Christian, and a fellow drinker. Come before 7pm to 3 BUCKS OFF pints. Prices are pretty much what it is expected for imported craft in Singapore but food could be priced more competitively. $11 bucks for kara-age? In Tokyo its like 300 to 500 yen ($4 to $6). I know u guys can do better! :)

A great place for after-work drinks as they are located within walking distance from the CBD area of Singapore. They have a sizable selection of craft beer which rotates quite frequently. They have beer brewed with dragon fruit and other local ingredients to create really unique flavors. The food was just okay. Do stay for their beer and try to visit during their Happy Hour to get a better deal!

Great selection of craft beers. Place has a simple setup, no frills and with lotsa posters all around. Not a pretentious place and is a great place to hang with friends. I didn't try the food so wouldn't comment on that. Staff is friendly.

I love this place! Good selection of local and global craft beers! Need to improve on quality of food. I order fish tacos and it was a bit burnt and so salty. Aside from that, its a great place to catch up with friends and enjoy good beers!
