A nice gloomy(?) place to chill with friends; a $25+ beer jug is affordable + dart & pool are available for $1-2

Sam’s Cottage is my kind of place. By that I mean it oozes character, it’s warm, it has a personality and it’s an experience. Walk in for a beer or any drink and you won’t be disappointed. Sam is a gracious host and the pub personifies the message outside that says “Sam's cottage is open when he comes and closes when he leaves. I had ice cold draught Heineken that Sam pulled and the experience is worth every cent. Don’t believe me? Check for yourselves. Thanks Sam for a lovely evening.

First experience of pub amongst Condo, well hidden. Adore with the cosy environment to relax and let the hair down. Sam, the owner is friendly and a good billiards player! Small but comfortable. *p/s: open only after 8pm, pick the right time. :)

Intriguing little western bar concept with fish & chips and lovely calamari. My non-diabetic friends enjoyed the surprise little snack stop in Dairy Farm Estate I was recommended to try. But not keto or diabetic compliant lah. Honestly I was quite shocked when I 1st visited Dairy Farm Estate. It is 1 private apartment Estate trapped in the 70s to 80s feel? Does not feel like Singapore at all.

This place is a hidden gem. It's a comfortable hideout to have good food and drinks. I highly recommend!

A brilliant hidden pub! Tucked inside a condo clubhouse. Decor is old school, clientele is almost entirely made up of friendly regulars and the occasional walk-in like myself. Very decent prices for both food and drinks! Esp the fish and chips. Seriously $11?? Incredible value for money. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

A very chill and relaxing place to hang out with friends. The owner, Sam, is very friendly!!! The fish n chips here is the best I had in Singapore. No frills. Cooked just right!

Very cozy. Very reasonable charges. $1 per person for darts. $2 for pool per game. Good cheap grub. Cheap booze. Very friendly atmosphere.

This is a cosy neighbourhood pub tucked in the Dairy Farm Estate. I must say this venue is rich in character - rustic furnishing with random items from around the world, dim lighting and familiar faces. This pub even comes with its own smoking room and a pool table. Limited food available - fish and chips and nuggets. The only downside - the variety in food items. If you are staying in the estate, this place is convenient luxury.
