I have booked 2 rooms at four points hotel for 2 nights. Each room package include 2 sets of breakfast and mookata for 2 pax. my parent stay in one room and I stay in another room. Hotel service was excellent but the whole staycation was destroyed by our 3 meals experience at the eatery. 1. Attitude got problem. Since we have purchased 2 rooms, by right we should be eligible for 4 set of breakfast. But when we are ordering the fourth breakfast to share, the waitress start to question us alot and said we need to pay extra $18 as we only got three pax. Then we explained to her about our room package, at the end we didn't ordered the 4th breakfast becuz she keep telling us not to waste food and we agreed. During dinner, we went to redeem our second mookata set. After explaining to 3 staff our mookata set, we finally get our meal. I am not sure why when the waiter is serving the mookata set, he keep repeating that this mookata set is for 2 pax. This really makes my parent and I feel very uncomfortable. Also, he only served two set of sauces for us. I don't know why he got such a good memory about the 2 pax set but he can forget to serve us our thai milk tea for TWO. We need ask for the drinks then they will serve. This whole attitude made us feel like we are some cheapo and we are trying to take advantage of them πŸ™„ I have split the mookata to two days as this is recommended by the receptionist when we checked in. If I know the eatery gonna have problem with us having 3 person eating a 2 pax set, I will never do that haish. 😞 For breakfast, we wanna ordered 4th breakfast is to share the pancake like a dessert. 2. Staff are not coordinated and very forgetful. When the orders are served, there are alot of missing pieces such as bacon, beans, wrong type of egg, jam, butter and etc. During lunch, we went to the eatery cuz we are lazy to walk out (we should just walk to the nearby hawker πŸ™„). We booked a 3 pax reservation on eatigo (cuz of the 30% discount πŸ€—). Walked in the eatery and spend sometime explaining to the staff about the eatigo reservation. After our meal, we went to pay and realised that the 30% discount is not applied. Haish spent some time explaining to them AGAIN. The worst experience is when we redeemed the mookata set for dinner. When we entered, we need to explain to 2 staffs about the room package's mookata set. I don't know why the staff that we have notified about the set, cannot serve us and needed to pass to another waiter who don't know anything. Then we explained to him about the set. After the meal, 😞😞😞 we need to explain to another waitress about our package before we can go out of the eatery 😞 3. Food no standard. The breakfast is horrible. This is the first time I ate a hard pancake 😱 the nasi goreng rice super dry and hard to swallow. even though the breakfast and mookata set are in my room package, the price of room package is just a total cost of the room, breakfast and mookata. Because I could have book other room package at a cheaper price. So given the pricing of the food served at the eatery, the food really cmi. I would recommend you guys to walk along the riverside to the nearby hawker. Anyway, the uncle who served us on our first mookata set redemption, is very helpful and friendly. But just Abit forgetful cuz he forgot to give us butter and milk tea 🀣 The another auntie who served our breakfast, is very friendly too as she helped us to bring the meal back to the kitchen for the missing parts. She need to go back and forth 3 times πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ cuz the kitchen keep serving missing parts meals. She even gave us extra croissant cuz she feel that one is too small.

Excellent service from all staff. I spoke to at least 4 of them and all are well trained, courteous with great service attitude. The 50% eatigo discount at 330pm makes the whole meal super worth. 10pax, the bill was only $160. With each $30 spent, you get a parking of up to $4. ( Parking is around $4 per hr). Food is generous in portion n delicious. Menu for 50% eatigo will be from burger, pasta, rice n noodle (no discount for appetizer, salad, desert n beverage, laksa n bakuteh) A very enjoyable meal indeed.

My friends and I are simply blown away during yesterday's dinner at Eatery. We were served by a bubbly supervisor, a dynamic and bubbly few days old junior staff and a first day joiner! Sorry couldn’t really catch your names cause you guys are like the speedy Gonzales on skates and I didn’t want to scare you asking for your names! Supervisor (gentlemen in glasses): Dynamic and friendly Robust and helpful Few days senior girl: She was an uproar! Lively and had a great sense of humour Great potential with customer handling First day new joiner chap: Humble and hardworking Efficient and meticulous The entire team made our dining experience ever so enjoyable. Great job Mr Nelson Cheah General Manager of the hotel! HR has an eye for recruitment and training is definitely on point!

We just had our dinner at Eatery, Four Points by Sheraton. The environment was nice giving an inviting atmosphere. The ala carte Asian buffet was great. All the dishes were prepared and cooked upon order. The nonya seabass was fresh and tasty. To name a few... satay, prawn paste chicken wings and fish maw soup were all to my likings. Most importantly, I was really impressed with the service team for their excellent service. All the staff are attentive and attended to my slightest need without delay. Special mention must be given to Sayed, Gana, Nash, Anlis and Jebson for their impeccable service and great smiles. Jebson was ever ready to recommend their best dishes to me...Their smiles really lifted my evening... they even prepared a birthday cake and sang one of the nicest birthday song to me. Kudos to the service team at Eatery Four Points!

Had Monday night buffet. It starts at 6pm. Food selection isn't fantastic but it's enough. The food quality if quite good Everyone gets half a cheese baked lobster, served to your table without having to ask. They have fresh snow crab legs which they replenish. Oysters are freshly shucked. Dinner was during the Christmas season so they have ham and turkey too. Ham is nice, turkey is not. Log cake is nice too! Looks like they have part timers as servers. But they were very attentive and service was really good.

Decor is ordinary yet great ambiance; it has a relaxed, casual vibe. Their food are reasonably priced. We really enjoy the yummy delicious food alongside with peaceful, beautiful scenery looking out at the window. Not many people, how could anyone missed this great place?? We will definitely dine again. If only their entrance from car park is not a walking staircase, it would be perfection.

The best rosemary onion pork chop I've had. I've returned many times. The chef is good. Must tries are pork chop! Black hokkien mee, bak kut teh! Even their fries are delicious! Mookata is great with the location. The best part was with eatigo my pork chop was only S$16! Iberico! Service always fantastic! Tourists ard the area Shldnt miss this hidden gem. Although food is from the hotel, the eatery serves native local food. Pardon my pics, I know it's so good I had to eat it first.. πŸ˜„ Good value with online promos. 40% - 50% off!!

restaurant was basically empty when we came, maybe two or three other tables, so i feel that the service could have been better as the food took a while and it was quite difficult to get a hold of the servers, but still overall good experience :)

Comfort asian delicacies and tasty western treats from this eatery that also serves as the main breakfast buffet for hotel guests under Sheraton Hotel. Service was excellent, great ambience and food was polished off our plates.

My recent dining experience was marred by the restaurant manager's shockingly rude and disrespectful behavior, which tainted the entire atmosphere. From the outset, it was evident that the establishment lacked the expected hospitality. The manager's discourteous interactions with both customers and staff created an uncomfortable environment. The waitstaff appeared demoralized, and the overall ambiance was tense. Despite decent food and ambiance, the manager's appalling treatment overshadowed any positives. I strongly advise against dining here, as no meal is worth enduring such disrespectful behavior. Restaurants should be places of respect and appreciation, qualities this establishment sorely lacked. In summary, my visit to this restaurant was a regrettable experience, primarily due to the behavior of the manager. While the quality of food and ambiance may have been decent, the appalling treatment meted out by the manager overshadowed any positive aspects. I would caution anyone considering dining here to think twice, as no meal is worth enduring such disrespectful behavior. Restaurants should be places where guests feel valued and appreciated, and sadly, this establishment fell far short of that standard

Chanced upon this place that serves dilmah exceptional teas and having a dimsum set. I like the seats being spaced out and having a choice of outdoor or indoor. Nice view alongside of the river.

Had my Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner booked via Eatigo. The half butter lobster was very fresh and delicious. Beef was a little disappointed, it is overcooked. The food variety is not wide but of good quality. Just note that there is no sashimi served. Service was excellent and nice atmosphere.

Wonderful pan fried salmon and colorful veggie over flavorful risotto. Also the broth with flat rice noodles was divine, and not salty at all. It all tasted so healthy.

Most delicious satay cooked on coals, lobster laksa signature dish was fabulous, tasty, creamy, good sized lobster tails. Service was friendly, efficient, accommodating. Would def recommend! And prices were reasonable - $36 for Laksa which was A grade.

I would like to compliment Mr. Sayed for his professional service rendered during our family X’mas dinner. He and his team is attentive and prompt and the team make sure the drinking water is always top up during the whole duration of the meals. Once again appreciate your professional services and thank you for making the dinner a good experience. Cheers!

Had an amazing time here, service was top notch. Wait staff was attentive and service oriented. Food was excellent, ordered the Nasi Goreng Istimewa (pictured) and it was full of wok hei. Filled with chunks of chicken and prawn. The sambal that was given on the side was spicy and good too. Tap water is charged at $1 per glass (refillable) and the amount goes to charity, which is admirable. Overall, will 100% return and recommend.

My first night stay at the Four Points by Sheraton and the breakfast buffet was included in our stay. Food was great, fresh, and tasty with plenty of options to choose from. The staff and employees were phenomenal πŸ‘ excellent service and very attentive! What a great place to start our first meal in Singapore!

Insufficient staff and very poor service. No one to welcome us to begin with. First table the water took us too was in a pokey back corner despite plenty of other tables vacant. Waiter was very stressed and overwhelmed, and told us he was so busy, as he was literally wiping sweat from his face while taking our order. He then ran through the restaurant with our order. Restaurant was at about 1/3 capacity. My bottle of drink arrived without a glass even though I requested one, and there was no bottle opener to open my drink. The second waiter obviously had no training either - how did he think I would open the cap on the bottle? Stressed waiter brought the bill to our table when we just began eating our meal, without asking if we’d like anything else. After ordering another drink he brought the updated bill to our table again without asking if we’d like anything else to drink or any dessert. No drinking water was offered or served to us during our dinner. Food was delicious but I would never go back. Very disappointing service for Singapore and for Sheraton Four Points. Suggest you employ more staff and ensure they are properly trained to serve at a hotel like this.

Did a 1 night staycation under klook deals. Enjoyed their calamari which was crispy, served hot and generous serving to share between 2. Tried their Quorn meatball pasta, pasta might be slightly over cooked but also generous with number of meatballs. Their grilled pork chop was nicely done, soft and tender with nice sauce over it. chunky Fries could be better if it was fried crispier. American breakfast set & pancake set were very generous with portion and variety. Was very hearty n filling for breakfast. Not too bad if enjoyed with the staycation! :)

I went for the ala carte zi char buffet, which came with one complimentary serving of fish head curry. Other dishes were offered on an ala carte basis. What stood out was the oyster omelette (many oysters in my serving), as well as the vegetables, in particular, the French beans, which were cooked with a generous amount of dried shrimp (hae bee). A most satisfying lunch for a rainy Sunday afternoon!

Came here with the $88 F&B credits during my staycation. Tried the KL Hokkien mee as well as the lobster laksa. Both taste good, especially the hokkien mee which is rich with wokhey! There are also other choices eg western cuisine, snacks, desserts etc.

Visited the venue for weekend lunch. The venue is near empty, except for lingering remnants of the breakfast crowd that left soon after too. Venue is pretty spacious and well lit. It has a nice view of the river. Outdoor seating is available too, for customers ordering mookata set. Staff were all friendly and prompt, probably due to the fact that they have more time to dedicate to us. We ordered the lobster laksa and bak kut teh. The wait wasn't too long and the staff helpfully set the correct cutlery. Water is chargeable. Bak kut teh was served first and true to the other reviews, it's good! The soup is rich and flavourful, peppery but not choked with spiciness. It is very enjoyable and comes with adequate servings of pork ribs. The pickled vegetables were crunchy and well marinated. The salty yet slightly sweet profile goes really well with the yam rice. The yam rice was fragrant, with the yam notes rising together with the steam while it's hot. The you tiao was not too old, great for dipping into the soup and addictive as usual. All in all, the portion was great. The lobster laksa gravy was terrific. It has the rich lemak (coconut) fragrance, with a good dash of laksa leaves. Very smooth and strong broth, with sambal chilli served on the side. The laksa isn't spicy at all, so I do recommend to add the sambal chilli into the laksa to bring the spiciness up a notch. The lobster is reasonably fresh and fit for a single serving. The meatiness does give a nice bite that complete the dish. That said, I feel the main star for the dish isn't the lobster. Rightfully so, it's the laksa broth that steals the show. Portions were good sized. Great dishes to order, especially with the F&B credits. Take note, discount for bonvoy elite status cannot be applied. Last visited in March 2021.

Booking through eatigo. The options for food under eatigo is very limited. Ordered Seafood Fried Hor Fun and Nasi Goreng Istimewa. The food is quite good as per the review. But the hot tea is abit overpriced.

Four Points Eatery is the 1st restaurant within a hotel in Singapore to serve Mookata. Enjoy Thai-style barbecue with quality and fresh ingredients such as juicy Tiger Prawns, Marinated Pork Belly, Smoked Duck and more here at Four Points Eatery. For even better experience, pair the awesome spread with Tall Tale Pale Ale available exclusively here. You will definitely enjoy the "brewed in Singapore" beer which is infused with a pleasant floral aroma with a mild-hoppy finish, coupled with its zesty citrus notes. Featuring their platter for 2pax, it came with an enjoyable medley of tiger prawns, marinated pork collar/pork belly/chicken, smoked duck, streaky bacon, Thai fish cake, enoki mushrooms and assorted vegetables. Best paired with their Thai dipping sauces which were packed with a punch and went well with the grilled meats and seafood. Ingredients were fresh and we truly enjoyed them. Do come with an empty stomach. πŸ˜ƒ

Reviews are based on the breakfast. Was glad they now revert to buffet style breadfast with decent range of food. Food variety was good with western ,indian and chinese styles of food. They also rotate the menu, we stayed for two days and each day there are different items served in the buffet spread. Things that are not so good was that although the variety is good, quality is not so. Most of the items are frozen food. The egg station was good though. Service was good. Breakfast timing is from 6am to 10am.

Breakfast is okay (its a set, not a buffet). For lunch and dinner They offer a Thai mookata (barbecue and hot pot) set for weekdays.

Booked a staycation package which included mookata set and breakfast. Generally, food tasted average with mixed service levels. Mookata - set for 2. Nice outdoor seating. Tried once is enough. Breakfast - could get really frustrating especially with the restaurant full of people. Firstly, staff admits customers as they come. Without ensuring there is an available table for you, no option if u prefer indoor or outdoor tables. No proper queue system. You see the staff struggling to try and manage and prevent people from self service. All over the place. Hopefully things will improve with the relaxation of measures.

Platter for 2 at $39.95 in Chope, with complimentary tasting sample of their in-house craft beer. Not very cheap but the service is nice. We ordered extra portion of salmon filet $6.80, chicken thigh $5.80, pork collar $5.80. Thai milk tea & lemon tea at a reasonable $3 each. They use non plastic/ eco straws.

Food tasted okay, worse than some hawker food. Did you use pre seasoned frozen chicken in your nasi lemak? I like the baby lobster laksa.
