Im sad I had to give Clifford Pier’s Dim Sum Brunch 1 star as it “used” to be my top choice for a weekend dim sum and local fare craving. First, the food quality has significantly dropped.. every single dish seems to be stale and dry. Dim Sum cart always ran out of the good stuff (pork ribs, glutinous rice). The ambiance is not a good as it used to, for some reason gone are the luxurious decor/fittings and is now full of tables and chairs that made me feel like im in a food court. The service is lacking as well, their ordering app did not work and the servers don’t know what to do. They took orders manually eventually but they are overwhelmed. Im never coming back to dine here anymore. I have so many fond memories here and i really really hope they make Clifford Pier “great again”. All this might have been caused by covid.

What a joke of a "dim sum" brunch/buffet. Service started at 1330 but there was a single tiny dimsum cart for such a massive hall. Only reached us nearly 45 minutes into service. It kept circling the centre with the lady pushing it walking slower than the zombies from The Walking Dead (she looked half dead herself) Wait staff were polite but slow and understaffed The food was subpar and seriously lacking quality and standard. For a 75++$ per pax buffet the food was cold and disgusting The har kao tasted like glue with hardly any prawns in it and the devil curry looked like chicken offcuts were cooked a few days ago Our salad was served in a dirty dish with stains! And the "tiger prawn laksa" had NO PRAWNS!! The fried yam cakes were so dry and tasteless it was like eating RECYCLED CARDBOARD! What a disappointment. Utter embarassment to serve up such food at such price.

-Review for the wedding dinner- Honoured to be invited here for a wedding dinner by my secondary school friend, and was treated to a good ambience and food! 👩‍❤️‍👨 The food was generally atas given the price point, and served in good intervals and most of it being hot - other than a pork rib which was served rather cold for most of us. Service was good too, though not the most attentive and professional at times, they did manage it well overall. Can’t recall my experience at the Dimsum lunch the previous time - will probably consider revisiting to enjoy the ambience here!

Used to come here with my parents when I was a kid. We used to call it Ang Teng Beh Tau (in Hokkien) or Red Light Pier. Now it is a classy lobby lounge of the Fullerton Bay Hotel. I just attended a wonderful wedding dinner here. The setup was nice. Service was great. Food was good. Ambience charming. But audio quality was really bad. The hotel should do something about the echo side effects of the sound system. It destroyed the whole ambience. Technology is now available to counter the sound bouncing off the roof and the wall.

A lovely place to have a dinner or other private event. It looks right out onto the bay and it's in a great location generally. Plus the food is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful, even when they sometimes need help on food preferences. (Bathrooms are frigid, though!)

Wonderful view, comfortable seating, delicious food, courteous staff, love music. What more can you ask for ? How about a generous discount ? From time to time you do get 50% off total bill with certain credit cards from selected banks. With every $100 spent you get to redeem a parking coupon from the concierge. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place. The attention to detail by the staff is definitely one of the best. Fullerton really live up to the name.

The Clifford Pier hotel is a photographer's paradise, especially for weddings. Its captivating blend of historical architecture and modern charm creates an enchanting backdrop for capturing timeless moments. The strategic location offers stunning cityscape views, and the bonus of fireworks on national day adds an extra touch of magic.

Great location for events and weddings because of the design and setting of the space however I will say that the acoustics with the built in speaker system is horrible for events and you will not be able to hear clearly what the speaker is saying past the front third of the hall.

Top venue for a wedding. It's spacious and not noisy. You can have a decent conversation over dinner. Was at a wedding dinner/reception. Food was really excellent - had lobster, cordycep fungus soup, red grouper and truffle crab meat...all very good! Also a wonder view at the bay.

Came for a wedding. Ambience was great but couldn't really see the couple from where I was seated. Food was nice but not the best for the price per pax!

A Must visit the Dim Sum Heritage Buffet, serves way way more than dim sum. The variety of local food and dims sums and quality as well was amazing. Service is impeccable and I loved the aunty with the dim-sum cart. Ordering is seamless and 'menu-less' via scanning and ordering via their online system. We will definitely visit again for this sumptuous and hearty local delights and dim sums again.

I enjoyed the dim sum brunch here with my family. There was a wide variety of food, and the things i enjoyed most were the chicken rice and the laksa. I liked that the service was good, with them clearing the plates frequently, and also acceding to our multiple requests like more chicken and less rice for the chicken rice. It was also a nice touch with the dim sum trolley moving around to the tables. I liked that there was a special birthday cake prepared as i was celebrating my birthday.

Having come here about a year ago with my friends, I was very excited to bring my family to such a beautiful place with great food. Obviously things didn’t turn out the way I expected, hence the two stars. The service staff felt untrained and were left to figure things out on their own, they did do their best nevertheless. The food was cold and subpar, though it did arrive relatively quickly. It was definitely not worth the price we paid. I do hope the service will return to the standards expected at Fullerton and we would love to be back when it does.

Clifford pier, served as a lovely spot for pictures and also an amazing place to immerse oneself in history. What’s important it is public accessible.

We had the dim sum lunch - slightly disappointed at the quality of the dim sum. It was a great variety but the food was not served at a good temperature, they were slightly cold. :( Had expected much better service given that the high tea experience used to be really great.

Beautiful place in the day, instantly lifts up your mood! I had the Heritage Dim Sum Brunch which offers 2 seatings. We enjoy the selection very much but wished we could choose what we like from the platter instead of having everything as that took up quite a bit of space meant to try other dishes haha. It is my gf’s birthday and Katrina printed out a nice picture of us and presented it on a birthday card. It was a really nice touch. Thank you. Do note that they offered 20% discount if we were to sign up for Fullerton club membership. This would have been more discount compared to Klook which offers 5% discount. I would love to go back again!

Nice place yet its so humidly hot. You only hope for the wind. If there’s no wind, you might be drooling with your own salt water down your forehead, neck and spine.
