Great views of the city and was surprisingly empty on a Sunday evening. The service is great and the wine recommended by the waiting staff was brilliant. The buratta for me was the highlight Would recommend for anyone looking for a good view of the marina with great food. It could also be a saviour for anyone with last minute plans

Had an enjoyable lunch here today. It is located poolside, with seating indoors and by the pool. Service was friendly and excellent. Foodwise, it was mostly hits. We started with the hamachi of amberjack fish, with avocado puree and crispy rice tuile. The dish was nicely balanced. The celeriac soup was nice, if a tad salty. I had the risotto with artichoke coulis, while the missus had the lasagnetta with eggplant. Both dishes were tasty, but the coffee and cacao keropok elevated the latter dish. Dessert was salted caramel chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream, which I utterly demolished. My wife found it a little too sweet. Do note they are only open from Thursdays to Sundays. We were seated by the main windows overlooking the pool, and enjoyed a good view. However, it was midday with a blazing hot sun outside, so it began to feel warmer as more diners entered the restaurant.

The best Italian restaurant in Singapore, in my humble opinion. Top notch ingredients and cooking skills. Coupled with the awesome services rendered, it’s an amazing dining experience for me and my missus all the time! Great attention to details like the balsamic used. The server always explained to us the dish served which we appreciated. I was told that they were using 10 years aged balsamic. Never fails to impress me all these years! Thanks for all the wonderful experiences!

I’ve been to so many hotel restaurants and Dolce Vita is by far the BEST. In terms of service and food quality. Hands down. The staff were very attentive, polite and also friendly. They interacted with us from the moment we entered until we left, even took the time to explain each of our dishes. And the food? Just fabulous. The handmade pasta were perfectly springy, just the right texture. My favourite has got to be the ravioli, and the seafood fillings were so fresh and bursted with rich flavour! I’ll definitely go back. Absolutely loved dining there, everything about it was perfect. Only one thing I didn’t like : Dining by the pool meant you will be near smokers. Would be better if Dolce Vita prohibited smoking. Kinda ruins the classy, comfortable vibe, in my opinion.

(Translated by Google) Dolce Vita on the 5th floor of Mandarin Hotel I went on Sunday, but I didn't sell the course 1 dish 1 dessert Salad bar Dish 2 1 dijyeoteu In this bundle sells food The view overlooks the Marina Baysens and the pool in front of it, so people wear cool and feel cool. Good food quality and service for the price. Pasta seems to be raw noodles, but to be honest it doesn't taste good. Blue cheese was in a salad bar. Grana Patano.Britches. With goat's milk cheese and prosciutto ham salad rocket leaves, extra olive oil and honey, I'll be able to eat a lot of combinations with infinitely served bread like an appetizer. After one dish and one dessert, the sense of giving a finishing dessert was amazing and the water was free. I need to drink 20 cents of water in Singapore, and I was happy to give it for free. My wife and I had a great experience dining at Dolce Vita. The food was well presented and tasted great, and the atmosphere complimented a romantic night out. A highlight of the night was the authenticity and personality of the staff. A special mention to Alex and Suzanne who were both welcoming, personable, and resonated the true spirit of Italian hospitality.

Had a weekday set lunch during a business meeting. Food was remarkably unremarkable. Tuna dish was way too salty. Did not feel full after the meal. For $88++ for the set meal + drinks it is just another overpriced, underperforming attempt at fine dining in Singapore

I proposed to my girlfriend at this restaurant on the weekend and we had an amazing lunch to celebrate. The view overlooking the pool with Marina Bay Sands as the backdrop was special. The restaurant kindly brought us a glass of Prosecco to celebrate our engagement. Bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar is first brought out. My fiancée chose the pumpkin soup to start followed by the carbonara. I chose the burrata to start and had the seafood ragù pasta for main course. The carbonara was a particular highlight with traditional guanciale and pecorino Romano cheese making it feel extra authentic. Highly recommend coming to this restaurant!

The food was really amazing! The starters are awesome with cheese and cold cuts. The source with sweetness and saltiness match perfectly. The ravioli was really good! I am a huge ravioli lover and not everywhere can be able to produce good ravioli pasta! One of the best I have ever had. As for the desserts, tiramisu is my all time fav! And this place brought the A game for the dessert! Best thing is the view. You’ll have indoors and outdoors sitting. If you’re one looking for great view and great food please try this place. It is really amazing!

Had the best birthday celebration here, staff were incredible, maintained the perfect privacy/warmth balance. Loved the grilled octopus and tiramisu. Our waiter also knew his wines and we could follow his recommendations without having to rack our brains. Overall an amazing experience.

We had the best time here on 27 Dec. Did a last min reservation for a family member's birthday. Service was good and the food was really tasty without it being overpowering. Ambience is nice indoors rather than outdoors imo and also since it was drizzling that day. After dinner, you could consider sitting at the alfresco area for drinks and admire the view of Marina Bay.

Enjoyed the dining experience thoroughly. Restaurant staff went all out to ensure we were having a wonderful time. Managers were very attentive, friendly and are Italians. Felt like we were getting a fun cultural exchange. It helped me appreciate my food at the next level. Kudos to the team, it is the people and the pride they have towards what they do and serve that makes themselves stand out among other high end restaurants. Will be back.

The food is absolutely delicious including the head chef; we had the amuse bouche, grilled octopus and mushroom risotto!! A super underrated restaurant because of its location within a hotel, and probably the lack of marketing.

Excellent service which can be a rarity in Singapore. The complimentary bread basket was a lovely touch, especially it came warm and fluffy (another rarity here). The venue was comfortable and quiet for a couple’s date night before a group of loud rowdy diners sat down. We shared a couple of dishes including the buffalo mozzarella, crabmeat ravioli and wild boar Ragu pasta. Ragu was excellent without the usual overpowering taste of onion/shallot like other places. All dishes were well executed but not mind blowing. Will return to try out other dishes.

Amazing brunch!!! Super worth it in my opinion… we got served endless amount of food. The quality of food was top level. We got the champagne package, and you will never see your glass empty :))) my partner & I both did not remember how we got home LOL (of course grab / Uber) the view was amazing… service is so far top 5 on our singapore culinary adventure… definitely must do

Sunday brunch was good, lots of food items especially starters and desserts, very very filling... I skipped a few to cut on calories. Lamb and beef could be a better cut, and desserts were quite sweet for my taste. Great ambience, I was seated by the window and facing the pool and MBS view. Attentive staff with quick responsive service.

The staff very kind, my mom left her bag there and they tried to call us, attentive. I like the desserts torlino al cioccolato the best. Anatra all apicio (duck) is too small. Fagollello (crab ravioli) is good Spaghetti chittara is good too

New Italian dishes prepared by chef, exciting and delicious. Asparagus aficionados can look forward to savour the mellow flavour of the harvest of the season with the Asparagi. This spring delicacy is first blanched and then marinated with fresh orange to exude a refreshing, zesty flavour.

Service is excellent as always..... love going to dolce vita simply because of their service. The servers are attentive without being too intrusive. The last time I went, they did not charge my mocktail as they observed that I drank only half of it, thinking that I did not enjoy my drink. The best part was they did not even mention it to me, just quietly waived it off the bill. Food was also of good quality. We enjoyed our meal thoroughly. However, just a minor issue... I will appreciate maybe a more comprehensive menu....

The food, especially the main courses were rather ordinary, nothing spectacular. However the service was excellent. The staff were very attentive to small details; I wish I noted down the name of the service staff. Before dessert was served, he noticed there were bread crumbs all over the table so he cleared it for us. These little things make a lot of difference. The ambience and setting is nice and quiet, with an outdoor lounge area. I’d give 3.5 stars for the food, but 5 stars for the service & experience.

The only One restaurant in the Mandarin Hotel that allowed us to eat and drink wine! It was very strange that in three previous bars and restaurants, we were simply refused service at 9 pm, due to either some special events or the reason that our son was under 18 years old. Thank you to the administrator, manager and senior waiter of the restaurant for welcoming us so warmly, feeding us and drinking us and yet not charging us for the inconvenience caused by their other colleagues

It was an enjoyable Italian cuisine at Dolce Vita. The staff Hucksen and Pardeep are helpful and polite. I could catch glimpses of the Singapore Flyer and Marina Bay Sands from my reserved table. We ordered their signature dishes and it was a filling meal. The complimentary parking coupon was a goodwill gesture!

The view from the patio area was fantastic and the ambience was great too! Service was top notch, as well. However food was quite disappointing- Pasta was good, but the main - both fish & beef were very disappointing. Both me and my husband didn’t like them and I left more than half of the portion. Fish tasted very fishy, and the ginger & carot puree tasted too raw. Lastly, their coffee was horrible! Think they use robusta coffee beans because that’s what I tasted. Really doesn’t worth $8 for a single shot espresso. So don’t order coffee here.

Not a regular place that we would come to but once in a while we give a treat to ourselves. Our very own Chinese New Year dinner at a quiet fine dining restaurant. Service was very good and food was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Memorable. Well there was the unfortunate power trip that plunged us into darkness for about 10 mins but that was resolved. Restaurant staff were apologetic. The manager came around to each table personally to apologize. A very nice gesture that was appreciated.

As I took in the panoramic view of Marina Bay Sands from my table at Dolce Vita Singapore, I was struck not only by the beauty of the iconic landmark, but also by the tranquil ambience that pervaded the restaurant. Despite its bustling location in the heart of the city, the peaceful atmosphere of the restaurant allowed me to fully immerse myself in the flavors and textures of the food. couldn't help but feel grateful for the rare combination of stunning views and quiet ambience that Dolce Vita provided and delicious food - Overall, the pesto pasta dish at this Italian restaurant is a sublime culinary experience that is not to be missed. The balance of flavors and textures is a testament to the chef's skill and dedication to their craft. If you're looking for an authentic taste of Italy, this dish is a must-try.

Nice place but pricey. Portions are small so you’ll definitely need 2-3 courses. Beetroot salad was really good but branzino was so so. Tiramisu is yums and must try! Didn’t try the steak but looks great! Wine by the glass selection is nice - Montes Alpha cab sav and also Austria reisling.

Ambience and view - great Service - Impeccable Food - lets go dish by dish 1. Mushroom soup - Tasted average. On the bland side. 2. Risotto w hokkaido scallops, carrot coulis and ginger scent - very average. On the bland side. 3. Spaghetti w red prawn tartare - terrible. One of the worst pastas i ever had. Tasted more like udon. Barely warm, and sorely lacking in flavour. Prawn tartare was a bit sad. 4. Chilean sea bass - Seabass itself was great. Sides were forgettable and did not really pair well with the fish. 5. Lobster - Grilled well and bisque was great. Using part of the lobster to make a salad was not a good choice though. Would b better served as additional grilled lobster. 6. Tiramisu - Forced attempt to give a different take to tiramisu w chocolate textures and coffee ice cream. Totally misses the mark as it is devoid of the essence of a real tiramisu Food wise, it was hit and miss. dont think it deserves to be on the michelin guide. Food is everything😭

Nice italian restaurant by the pool at the Mandarin Oriental 5th floor. While the atmosphere is nice, the food is hit and miss - the wagyu with truffle was good but the red snapper was very average. The service is professional but quite slow (maybe because we were outside) and the wine list is huge but prices are on the (very) high side.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our romantic dinner and drinks here during our recent staycation. This was my first time eating at Dolce Vita and I was really impressed. We would have loved to sit outdoors to enjoy the beautiful night views, but due to the heavy rain we sat inside. The food was excellent and so was the wine. The service was fantastic as well. It was such a pleasant surprise when my wife was presented a Mandarin Oriental birthday cake too! We felt like we were really taken care of here. Thank you so much!

Great service (enthusiastic and obliging) and the food was decent. We enjoyed our cauliflower soup and spaghetti very much. They were soulful dishes, full of well-balanced flavour. The turbot and braised beef courses which followed were proficient but on the small side. The purple mashed potatoes tasted like a rustic afterthought. Still, there was nothing to fault with the meal, it was well plated. The lovely poolside ambience and views of the Marina Bay skyline were captivating.

Staff were all well trained. It was easy to get service. Complimentary bread was great, flavorful olive oil. Great experience with unique food that is visually stunning, though the flavors are not exactly my preference. 2021-05-02 set lunch for 4 pax, total $207.4 Zuppa di piscilli - Pea soup with kumquat concentrate and a mini tartlet Capasanta - Cut Scallop and apple, topped with caviar and sorbet - really interesting but not a memorable flavor Fusilloni - like a herbed aglio olio, with cream Rigatoni - like carbonara with thick penne. Fried guanciale was great, almost like bacon fried until crumbly. However, the pasta was too hard for our liking. Arrabbiata spaghetti - pasta was mushy, too soft Ricciola amberjack - excellent. Very tender and flavorful. It's also a dish that i have not seen elsewhere. Brasato braised beef - tender and flavorful Lemon meringue tart - great, well balanced Cut fruits with mango sorbet - not worth, given the standard fruits and tiny scoop of sorbet, despite the mango sorbet being great Tiramisu - surprisingly mediocre for an italian-seeming place

Impeccable food, oh my goodness. Dolce Vita threw me away by surprise ; never have I been so happy to have a meal at a hotel restaurant. I typically find the vibe stuffy and their food insipid while carrying a hefty price tag. But dolce vita.. I would pay even if it’s not a company lunch! We came here for a business lunch and had their lunch set. I ordered a burrata for starters, homemade pasta with seafood ragout and their roasted king prawns with fennel and an orange salad. Every dish was so tasty, I had to slowly treasure every morsel not wanting my meal to end! The seafood ragout was rich and slightly reminded me of a lobster bisque, which coated every piece of pasta on my plate. Their portions were very generous for a set lunch and I would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our beautiful dinner , although that day was a heavy raining day . We also so impressive to get a complimentary Champagne & small cake for our anniversary . Thumb up 👍 for their service

This is my go-to Italian restaurant in Singapore. From the food, to the beautiful view of Marina Bay Sands, Dolce Vita is always a pleasure to dine at. Thank you to chef Riccardo and his team For the exquisite food this evening, to David the sommelier, Alessandro and Susana and her team. Tonight we had a lovely amuse bouche of whipped cod, And a truffle ravioli. For entre we had a buratta salad and grilled octopus, and for mains we are had an amazing mushroom risotto (my personal favourite). The only slight letdown is The marketing For this restaurant as it is always relatively quiet, And it has the most potential out of all of the restaurants in the hotel. If more people knew about it, it would definitely be more busy!
