👍👍 This place may have the best Chili crab I’ve tried in Singapore. The sauce was so awesome, not too rich and full of flavour. The crab itself was perfectly prepared. Fluffy and light mantou buns. The fried rice was also great, as were the cereal prawns and the chicken satay. And location right on the... Tourist here from Vancouver. Of course I had dressed down for security reasons. I felt judged by the staff based on what I wore and what I ordered. The service was horrible from the beginning. I was seated right next to the door, and the door was also open and closing, so that my back would be either hot from the outdoor air or cold from the indoor air conditioning. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I had requested to be seated elsewhere, but they claimed that the spots were already reserved by regulars. Nobody had occupied the table by the time I left. The food took a long time to arrive. And there were several staff that just lingered around and chatted without checking in on us or refilling my cup of water. The food was also not worth the price. I was sorely disappointed because I had seen stellar reviews. Will advise friends against visiting for sure. We had brought up our concerns with the staff, but not only did they NOT apologize. They also glared at us when we paid the bill.

Was hosted by a generous friend as we had colleagues from overseas visiting us. What an exceptional feast! Our guests were very impressed by the size and freshness of the crabs. They also enjoyed the prawns. I personally loved the herbal soup that the prawns came in. I also ladled the yummy gravy from the chilli crab dish into my fried rice and polished off 2 bowls in that fashion. There was also a particularly yummy toufu & vegetable dish that I enjoyed. I would certainly order that again. Whilst we were there I ran into other friends who were also hosting their overseas visitors so I guess this is the place to be in these situations. A really big draw is the wonderful view right outside the restaurant and opportunity to walk along One Fullerton after the heavy meal!

Great location, at One Fullerton, awesome riverside view with laser light show. Food wise, not the nicest place to have chill crabs as there are much better options out there. Nevertheless, good place to bring first time visitors to Singapore to enjoy the riverside views.

Actually it was my third or fourth time visit . Perfect location, fresh seafood and great service . We visited for company dinner we took one of our colleagues from Japan during their short business trip. They were all happy and we enjoyed a lot . Since the place is big, I noticed some service (like beverage service) were little slow however they tried and gave us great services from bottom of their heart . Especially one of the service staff Ms. WanYi helped us a lot. She tried her best whenever we needed their assistance and I liked her sincere warm service . Thank you all team and Ms.WanYi for your great service and I’ll see you again.

Palm beach seafood is Best of Worst service restaurant. Not worth even 1 star. It's the worst. When we made a reservation and entered the restaurant, instead of saying hello, they just stood us up. Even knowing that I enterd, she never looked in my direction. When I said I made a reservation, she didn't even look at me and asked me to select my reservation name on the iPad. A young employee with glasses, dyed bobbed hair. I think she is not suited for a service job. So rude. After ordering food, I received the wrong food. But without any apology, they just took the food. It went back to the kitchen and came out to another table. and my order dish came out. but it went to another table, and when they said it wasn't order, it went back in to the kitchen and came out to us. This is a 300 Singapore dollars service. I can't believe it. The service is the worst and tasteless.

With a view of Singapore River and her skyline, your experience could not go wrong dining here. Although prices were slightly steep which is to be expected from a seafood restaurant in Singapore, waiting staff were knowledgeable about their ingredients and dishes. Their chili crab did not taste like an traditional chili crab packed with spice and was instead filled with a more saucy taste. Few could ever makes you feel more satisfying than eating seafood while enjoying the view of Singapore however do prepare for a bigger than usual dining expense!

Saw certain articles on this place so decided to give it a go, looking back now, it’s probably paid posts. Paid about $450 for 4pax and for that price, I felt the food was way under par. Perhaps $150-$199 range would’ve been a fairer price. Chilly crab was way too sweet, appetizer and fried aged fish was nice but other than that, I can’t really say anything was memorable.

Although is abit pricey, but the quality and service is well worth. Almost all the dishes are nice and fresh. Really a good place for big group gathering. Plenty of parking lot, for drivers no concern.

Their service was impeccable and staff was friendly and cheery. It was definitely a pleasant night to have dinner with our family. Food was decent and served promptly, they also paid attention to small details when comes to eating crabs. Apron to protect our clothing, provided gloves, washing bowl and thick wet wipes are available. Thank you for the great experience!

This was my first time at Palm Beach Restaurant. We did not order any crabs, but all the food that we ordered were good. The smoked duck was a bit dry, but everybody enjoyed the crackers that came with it, and the balachan sauce. The toufu was very soft and tasty, and the kangkong cooked perfectly. Delicious but not oily, and not too spicy. The seafood vermicilli was nicely done as well, tasty with a tad of spice. #choowai2022 #wongchoowaieats #wongchoowai #palmbeach #manadr #palmbeachseafood #seafood #sgfoodinfluencers #sgfoodbloggers #sgfood #lunchboxideas #lunch #yummylunches

Seafood is fresh! Came here first time with colleagues for dinner, very enjoyable experience. Food is delicious but probably due to manpower, service is a bit slow even though staff were very friendly. Seafood platter was impressive. Salted egg crab is delicious though the crab is on the small side. The atmosphere is great especially if seated outdoor.

I am so grateful to our tour guide, who introduced this place to us. The location of the restaurant is right next to Merlion so one might think this is a tourist trap. I am glad we gave it a shot. We got the best chili crabs in Singapore here! Service was perfect. The price was reasonable for the large size crab we got. The server suggested to make two dishes with it and we both got completely full after the apertizer and the two super yummy crab dishes. In addition to chili crabs, we got black pepper and I was happy with it as well. All and all, amazing meal!

A nice place to have seafood and contemplate Singapore skyline. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor tables and it is almost full by the time we came. We ordered a set menu for 10 people, most of the dishes are delicious. Price is a bit high but the quality worths it. Service is good also.

The chili crab here is the best. It is also delicious eaten with sauce on fried bread. Please note that beer service may be delayed if it is crowded!

This was my first experience with Chilli crab and black pepper crab. Overall food was good, service, atmosphere, and location are outstanding. Very busy and popular area, great photo opportunities. Crab was good, we had 2 very large crabs, and side dishes were all good.

You are basically paying for the scenery in a touristy location. The food is ok. The prawns were overcooked. The chilli crab is the best. The beef satay was so tough. Service was a hit or miss. The dishes arrived first but had to call several times to get rice. Coke was so diluted with ice, just drinking iced water. Better to order tea.

A very pleasant visit! This is our go-to when overseas friends visit. We have always been satisfied with the food here! Service was very fast and prompt tonight. Not sure how you did it but thank you for paying attention and giving my dad a nice birthday surprise! We were very surprised and pleased.

A fusion Chinese restaurant at One Fullerton, quite pricey. Food is not to my expectation, a bit too salty. We ordered set menu for 4 persons, way too much for 3 ladies and 1 guy.

We done outside the restaurant, fantastic views of merlion and marina Bay sands. Otah so so, pepper crab was very good if not for the rich butter taste,, old school mee goreng and chendol, delicious. Service was good from Kelly. Overall enjoyed our dinner

To Ms May The taste was good, but the male staff was the worst. Don't talk about JCB behind your back among floor staff. They will serve you beer without permission, and if you ask for extra towels, it will cost you $1.60, but is that okay? Please feel free to make fun of me.

Restaurant was super packed, had to wait a long time to be served. Food was decent only, we expected much more with the amount of people dining there. Chili crab is alright, not the best.

The experience was great. However, for me the food was average. Staff was really friendly and we got to seat outside with a great view. The price is for the location and the view.

Went there for reunion dinner and the staff were friendly and attentive. Chilli crab and fried rice were average. Thought the black pepper crab was nicer. Fried fish and pulat hitam dessert were the best of all dishes ordered.

Had both the black pepper and chilli crab. Our favourite was the black pepper. Had the right amount of spice, loved!! Chilli crab was on the sweet side. Crabs were huge too

They don’t skimp on the seafood here but be prepared to pay for it. It’s well worth it though because the seafood is fresh and delicious, and it all comes with a view. Their creamy crab is a best seller, and even sure to get some of their Otah Otah while you’re there.

Did a farewell meal to a Japanese friend and the food was really good & fresh. Missing a Drunken Herbal Prawns from the photos. Staff service was really pleasant & helpful with their recommendation & sharing of photos of dishes they took themselves.

Great food! Great ambience! A little hiccups here and there but overall is good. Surprisingly reasonable rate, unsure if due to pandemic or something as i recall it used to be pricey. Anyways overall is great! Great taro dessert too! Very traditional goodness

I had the Chilli Crab here. While it was good, I felt it was overly priced. The warm curry sauce tastes really good with the small buns that you need to order as an addition to the dish. My husband tried the king prawn soup. He really liked the soup. Downside was - only 1 king prawn in the soup! My honest review - it’s okay to try this place one time.

Didn’t expect such delicious, affordable seafood along One Fullerton so this was a pleasant surprise. We loved the drunken prawns (slurped all the broth too), roasted chicken ($18 for a big portion) and satay (who knew!?) and ate till we burst. Only the deep fried baby squid was a disappointment so will avoid that next time. Only minus was that the crabs are so big that it didn’t make sense to order any for our small group of 3A2C. Too busy eating to take any food photos …
