It’s been a while since I’ve been back to Mezza9 and the ambience was soothing! I was really hungry and ordered a few appetizers but the main event was the 1kg Porterhouse! I was surprised that they did such a good job and with the steak! It was grilled to medium perfection and the charred skin was crispy! And of course, I cannot resist dessert and everything looked sooooooo good on the menu! The natural choice was to take the dessert platter to try everything! My final verdict is a satisfying meal with attentive service! Will be back for sure!

Worst steak I've ever had in Singapore. Tendons were not trimmed, steak was undercooked (we received Rare instead of medium-rare), and it was tasteless. We had to season it with salt and pepper ourselves to even get to taste anything. I gave this feedback to the floor manager/waiter twice, and he did not bother to rectify it at all. The steak was not sent back to cook even more or to replace it. We had to pay full price for something that was inedible. How can they serve this to their customers? It was a disappointing dinner, because looking at the open kitchen concept and the grill, I was really excited on the meat to be served. The sashimi was good, so it's a shame. I will not come back to Mezza9 again, not will I recommend it to anyone else.

Had a wonderful 3 course set lunch in comfortable spacious environment with cosy lighting. Great place to have long lunch and catch up with friend. Selected the lamb for main as I wanted to try something unusual (I’m not a fan of gamy taste of lamb), medium well. It had nice char on the outside that give it a slightly crunch that contrasted with the tenderness within. The gaminess was mild for someone who doesn’t like lamb and the mint sauce was a good counter to balance the lambness of it. It’s quite a hearty portion and feeling very full after that. Starter was sashimi salad, from the look I thought it would taste flat but it was anything that, the dressing was vinegary sesame that lifted the flavours of sashimi and crunch of the vegetables. Desserts were great in quality. We sat through the whole lunch till 3 before asked to leave. Took advantage of the dining vouchers from Hyatt e-shop, so this was at 50% discount $56 for 2 pax.

Great hospitality by the team at Mezza9 . Fresh Seafood section had lobsters , prawns and oysters. Be assured of the fresh quality . Only feedback is by 115 or 130, lobsters were out. Sashimi counter had tuna , salmon , hamachi and quite a variety of maki rolls. Desserts served at the table was heavenly ! Why this review is getting 4 star is becoz the roast section was average , the ham was too dry. Chinese section was average too, the char siew is really too dry and tough.

Was here to celebrate my birthday, Got a steal using some dining vouchers from Grand Hyatt! The 3 course lunch set was amazingly valued, had a USDA Ribeye steak that was perfectly medium rare.. (What is in that sauce for the fries, chef????) And the deep fried barramundi had such a crazy good sauce, so much so we finished all of our rice!! (Sorry we ate it so quick, we forgot to snap a photo of the mains!) The service was great from start to end, everyone greeted with a smile and with the safety measures, it was great to see a full restaurant on a weekday, just like the good old times! The lady was nice enough to give me an extra birthday cake on top of the ones from the courses! What a perfect ending to a wonderful lunch! Will definitely return!!!

Decent food, just that service can be slightly slow and inconsistent. Had to request napkins for a few guests because they were missed out at the seating placement. Food: Crab cake - tasty enough, quite large. Liked the sauce Steak frites - steak itself was very thick, and done to perfection, also enjoyed the fries. Apple tart dessert - incredible presentation and unique preparation of the apple in the tart; it was one long strip coiled up. Ice cream was fabulous with real vanilla beans.

Second time there. Food was good and portion just right. Price for 2/3 course set lunch increased by $5 to $40 and $50 respectively. It was full house during lunch time. There was 30% discount with OCBC credit cards. They charged $4 for water for 2 pax so I am giving 1 star less.

4.5 stars, lunch set has great value but less offerings. Go for their dinner if you want more selections. Meat is lean but tastes great, not hard, good for those who prefers less fatty meat.

Finally we are able to eat in a group and we got a private room in mezza9. It was a really enjoyable experience. The food was really good and the service was excellent. My favourite was the steak, lobster noodles and the sweets at the end.

Nice & quiet ambiance. Interesting that they have different types of cuisine in 1 restaurant. Food was nice, all good quality though portion size was small for the price but its hotel restaurant pricing. Had a bit of challenge finding a staff few times during the course of meal but all staff were professional & friendly.

the service was honestly quite commendable, with all the staff members being friendly and hospitable. the food was good too, with slight exceptions in the mash potatoes that had no gravy (and were too dry as a result), as well as the lobster being on the tougher side.

We have visited a few places for "Sunday Brunch" during the Covid19 period and I must say Mezza9 has got the best one by a mile. This was the second time back here. The "Brunch" is of course very different from the traditional ones before all the Covid restrictions but the Mezza9 menu and concept works. Good selection of food, well presented and delicious. Add the excellent service from Kevin and the rest of the staff to top of a perfect Sunday dining experience. We truly enjoyed our brunch and will for sure be back again.

We had a great time there! The food was awesome, so as the ambience. The seats were not comfortable though. The staff were helpful but some of them were rather cold. Water is charged at $2 per glass.

Good food - great lunch sets with a variety of choices and cuisines, attentive staff. Three of us had different orders (steak, soup, barramundi etc) and the food was mostly good, only the beyond burger patty was a little dry. But overall this is a reliable place for a nice lunch.

The Sunday a la minute brunch is a pale reflection of the glorious pre-pandemic selections. The "free flow" appetizers eg sashimi platter, tom yum soup were pedestrian and hardly luxe. I wasn't impressed with the lobster noodles recommended by a fellow reviewer either. At 800g the Porterhouse was the only highlight of our meal. The staff kept the champagne going free flow but do note the excellent cocktails are not included in the package.

Back at one of my favourite eating places in Singapore. So much choice and almost everything on offer is delicious. Back at Mezza9 restaurant in the Grand Hyatt Singapore. One doesn’t normally think of a hotel restaurant for Chili Crab but I kid you not, the version on offer here is absolutely yummilicious. 😊❤️ The service provided by the staff is just outstanding too, which adds to an overall immensely satisfying eating experience. The chocolate cake dessert here is excellent too… as are most desserts at Mezza9. @whiskydev

Been a while since my last visit and the food continues to amaze me. I'll recommend the steak made in medium rare, and the oysters were delicious though slightly small. Wine was great and service was decent.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and had the Grand Hyatt 50th anniversary special dinner set among other things. We were seated near the open kitchen and found the music too loud although we were told it was centrally controlled and nothing could be done about it. Aside from this, we had a lovely dining experience thanks to Vesalan & the mezza9 team. It was especially meaningful as we held our wedding at the Grand Hyatt 16 years ago on the same day. Thank you for the complimentary anniversary cake!

Food excellent, service brilliant, however one caveat. I have been coming here on and off and got told l can wear Bermudas but no slippers. The host who showed us to our table seemed a bit flippant telling me this. He said smart casual.. last time l checked l have gone to Wooloomooloo Steak house and other higher level restaurants with no problem. So may not go back because of this geeze. However overall barring this incident it was brillaint

Enjoyed the 3 course set lunch, nice place for a quiet and hearty weekend lunch. Appetizers: Maki roll and sashimi salad. Mains: lamb and steak (both decent). Dessert: chocolate fondant cake (very good! quite small), matcha ice cream with azuki (pretty good too). Great service.

went for the 3-course lunch set (ori. $49++) at mezza9 as part of the klook staycation at grand hyatt! winners were the crab cake for the appetiser, the seasonal fish of the day (salmon) for mains and the desserts! we had the coup of the day (vanilla softserve and chocolate fondant) and was given a complimentary cake for celebrating our anniversary. overall it was a good experience, service was great and we’ll come back again for lunch set again for sure.

Lamb chop and sides was really good, however the pork chop was sadly a bit too tough. Service could be better.

Had a nice experience before so went back again for dinner. Mutton has extremely strong smell and plating was disappointing. Charge for sauce meant for main course?! Only got to know they charge water from pitches as well. Explained that it went thru 7 filtration & it's refillable when settling bill. Unfortunately, during the dinner, the water was not refill nor ask if I wanted when my cup was empty. Will not go again.

Good food and even better service. Been dining at Mezz9 for the past 15 years whenever I visit Singapore and have never been disappointed.

This is a place that is fit to be a everyday venue as it has a wide spread of cuisines from western, chinese to japanese. Or just a juicy burger which my husband loves. It is a pity though the bar adjacent to it seems to be closed throughout Covid ... otherwise a perfect place for a night cap.

Best seats are at the bar counters watching the chefs at work. A-class service and attentive staff. Great for mix and match meals like sashimi starters and steak mains; also great when dining partners want different cuisines.

Nice, cosy restaurant with good service. Food was slightly above average. I had the Sirloin steak for the main course. Steak was cooked to my liking but the quality of the steak was not up to par. My partner had the Salmon and it was delicious. Seared perfectly. Dessert was normal. I was served by the waitstaff named Ji Hong. He really took good care of us. He was friendly, professional and polite. Glad to be waited by him.

Was there to use my World Of Hyatt "Globalist" benefit as the Grand Club Lounge of the Hyatt has decamped to the private room of Mezza9. The burger (full sized no less not a slider), prawn cocktail (huge crustaceans) and the soft serve ice cream are the standouts.

Service was bad! When asked them how come they served main course almost immediately with appetiser, the staff insisted we asked to go ahead but we meant "go ahead with orders while waiting for guests" . When manager came to explain, she was impatient and kept cutting my friend off. Total disappointment for an well established restaurant to have such poor services. If this goes on, this place will be tarnished by the unprofessional staffs!!!
