😐 Food is tasty and good but had a unpleasant service experience. Ordered our food using the tablet and waited only to be told that they ran out and deleted our order 30mins before closing. Asked what they have left and had to scrambled to order before they run out. Price is high for the portion serve... Came here for lunch on a weekend and was surprised it was rather empty so we actually didn’t have to make reservations. My helper is indo so brought her here. The Indonesian food is authentic and very delicious! Actually everything we ordered is nice! Service is good too.

Had a very pleasant dining experience at this Indonesian restaurant. Was introduced by my girlfriend for some authentic Indonesian food and this place was on point. The avocado drink was very gao and the food wasn’t too spicy. Doreen, our server, was extremely nice and kept dropping by to check on us. Because we booked under a reservation and left a remark on birthday celebration, the manager, Mr Lim, was so nice to surprise us with a kueh lapis birthday cake.

Really solid Indonesian (halal) food. Most of the dishes were delicious, especially the chicken satay, green chili fried chicken, yellow rice, and beef rendang. Definitely worth a visit if you are craving Indonesian food, one of the best in Singapore. I came back again recently. The quality of the food remains excellent. I ordered so many dishes, but what I really loved were the satay, tahu telor (fried tofu and egg) and Soto ayam (chicken soup).

This place sells pretty good Indonesian food - the sambal promfet is really good. The taste of the spices, the wonderful touch of the meat etc is really awesome. However the vegetable dish was a bit of a disappointment. It was too bland, too watery and lacks taste. The curry chicken was nice but expensive for a single piece of chicken. Overall, not bad but need to improve on inconsistency.

Cosy setting if you get a hut corner when the place is not crowded. The following taste pretty awesome, especially the curry chicken. Sambal petai w prawn, sotong with green chilli, oxtail soup, beef rendang, curry chicken, bakwan jagung. Only that the bakwan jagung would be nicer if it is less floury. Order the normal white rice if u need staple; both yellow and white rice taste the same but yellow rice is a dollar more.

Indo Chili has a great traditional Indonesian ambiance. By far our favourite dish was Sate Ayam Madura, which is definitely the best satay I had in Singapore. The sauce with it was simply lip smacking delicious. Ayam Kari Padang was pretty nice, although we would've liked a bit more curry. Nasi Goreng Seafood was meh in my opinion, I found it too spicy and smelly. Worth mentioning though, they had less spicy and not spicy options. Btw they charge 50 cents for even tap water, which I felt is not really justified. Pro tip: book the restaurant via Eatigo to get great discount - we got 50% off on food items.

Went down today to eat. Awesome delicious indonesian food, Reminiscent of the local restaurants. Their chicken curry is delicious, with satay in a nice thick peanut gravy and kecap manis.

First time here and it was my best experience in year 2022. Best food, best service! Aunty Doreen alone to handle the whole restaurant, thumbs up. She was so lovely and very good customer service! My friends from Malaysia enjoyed the food too!

We tried the signature yellow rice set. Rice was ok, can do w more flavor. Curry chicken was so so. We also had the stirfried long beans. Although we indicated "less spicy", food was still spicy. If you can't take spicy food, better order "non spicy" version.

Visiting the outlet at Tanjong Pagar on 23 Nov 2021 with a little apprehensive notion that most indonesian restaurants have much less expected service (not sure if it is because of our native or that is not just a thing with indo restaurants in Singapore). In any case, we came because we wanted to try some food that we get used to, though not that we miss it, it's just kind familiar taste (we are indeed more used to local food with - some people say - 'bland' taste which my family, who's been living in Singapore for 16 years, refuse to accept. In any case, we do not be on any side, once in a blue moon, taking Indonesian food in Singapore is fine, especially because of the 'adjusted' spices, toward local taste-bud :) Surprisingly this branch of IndoChili has one lady who surprised us with nice and friendly gesture since we stood waiting outside the restaurant. Almost 2pm, lots of tables had not been cleaned yet, we did not know one part of the restaurant will be closed (lit off), probably staff will have a break before serving dinner? not sure. Anyway, the lady requested us to sit a little outside, which I and family did not accept well the place of the table and I asked her, 'is there any table inside?' and she quickly said 'oh many are not cleaned yet' & pointed her finger to the part which I was not aware it will be closed, she said again 'and that part, the light will be off soon'. In our hearts, why so? just clean up the table and why you turn off the light? without knowing that probably they will have a break. Soon I realized, the lady by the name DOREEN was the only one does the cleaning! She did heed my request and while we sat outside, she kept saying, 'I give you this table', pointing to a table located inside although not the ones further inside that will be closed. Afterwards, she served us well, being so nice and friendly. Besides, when we made payment, we asked whether the food is cooked with MSG and she succesfully convinced us that it is not, btu beyond that, we believe it is a true statement. We kind of dislike Indonesian food due to its strong spices + commonly with lots of MSG, because the spices themselves will have already enhance the taste and why need to add MSG to enhance it again? Anyway, not IndoChili I guess, their food is typical Indonesian food but with good variations (we had: Lontong Cap Goh Meh, Soto Ayam Lamongan, Bakwan Jagung, and of course kerupuk which was complementary but we bought 4 package more, since it is without MSG too:) We are going back there again soon for dinner, but the one attracts us the most is the service for sure which at least debunk my apprehensiveness at the beginning. We do not ask to be served as 'somebody', but a good service will definitely bring good sales, even the product may not be as perfect, which is not the case either for IndoChili. Once again, I & family would like to commend Doreen for her dedication working in this place, going through the low season during pandemic whereby many other restaurants are struggling, but she is still with IndoChili, though quite a hard work to be on her own during busy time on the day we came, but she mentioned that she has been with the company for some years (5? if I remember correctly) and she served us with great attitude and not only us, she did it to other patrons as far as we could notice. She was also with another staff, Zaf (if we caught the name correctly). We appreciate their service, that although the branch was about to close for a short break, our order was in order, beside one orange juice which was supposed to be hot, but it wasn't a biggie. As I mentioned, service always comes the top when we look for a place to eat, regardless the over-the-top taste of the food, if the service is "CMI" (can not make it), we often never come back, unless some friends invite us or we have no other choice. Kudos to Doreen and the team! She indeed deserves a raise or at least appreciation from the owner :)

A little pricey for their meals but taste decent. Lunch crowd is bad but at least service is fast. I like their beef rendang but a little too thick Gravy. Tauhu Telok is also not crispy enough in my opinion. But the taste is still ok with the gravy. Waitress services is quite prompt and friendly. Will recommend to others for a quick Indonesian food craving near that area.

Used to like to order when i was craving for gado gado. Today tried something else, which is vegetarian bento. Instead of happy for the meal i feel like being scammed. The order completely different from the description on the grab app? Vegetarian bento is basically just fried tofu and urap urap?? With very little of chilli + belinjo????? And cost me $8? Are you kidding? Please prepare carefully next time. I dont think i will order from this restaurant ever again.

Thoroughly the food there, especially enjoyed the tauhu telok (good if you're looking for something a little savoury and sweet)! And the service staff Doren was very friendly 😊

Wasn't very sure about this place when my friend suggested Indonesian food in CBD area. The only place I can think of PS but it is expensive and the portion is miserable. The place was quiet at 6.30pm. Only 3 tables were occupied. We ordered a couple of dishes. Gado gado, Tahu Telor, chicken satay and a beef main dish which is a must-order. We skipped fish as I am not a fan of fried fish. The beef dish was delicious but salty. We didn't order rice but I am sure it is perfect with rice. I was very impressed with the 2 tahu dishes. For the price, the portion was pretty decent and extremely delicious. Both dishes are must order for me. Other than the food, there is a very attentive server at this place. She was friendly and made some recommendation. Honestly, I have not met any server/waitress who asked me if I liked the dishes. When I replied yes, she politely requested that I write a review. I guess business is affected during this period. I will visit again soon. Great food, great price and great service!

Yesterday, Dec 12th, we went to Indo Chilli at Guoco Tower. The staff there were friendly but one of the staff, Doreen was really GOOD. We called her few times because a lot of things didnt been served yet. She kept on saying sorry. We feel sorry for her though because shes the only one who did most of the work there but we also cant do anything because my friend’s break time only 1 hour. The company should appreciate staff like her. May God bless you Doreen! ❀️

we’re @ Guoco Tower on Sat afternoon 28 Aug around 3pm searching for food but restos were lights off except for Indochili. No regrets the foods were deliciouso and desserts were amazingly appetizing! There was an issue with airconditioning but we understand aircon is centralized so the Tower management should rectify the issue. Overall Amazing food! Very hospitable staffs!
